When in Rome do as the Romans do.

Instead of saving money for real estate, why don’t you borrow money carefully to get a nice ride and real estate on mortgage

Will he borrow money to pay the insurance and other expenses as well?

Thank you for the laugh😂 but I don’t think he can let close to £5000 ‘go’ just like that.

I know, it's really sad. I have experienced the same myself, since then I have made a decision not to ever loan out my hard earned money.

there is a 9ja person who charges 3k for one of those courses 😅. I warned my friend he didn’t listen o. The consensus from majority of those in the class was that it wasn’t worth it , many went on to enrol in actual schools and colleges . My friend continued with his current PM job and has not been able to change jobs like the tutor advertised . But the tutor still used him as part of success stories without informing him, he saw his pic on a linkedin advert.🤣🤣🤣

They never listen, it is the same in calgary. Why do people pay 2-3k for scrum an ba courses to non approved individuals. The tutor will promise them jobs, 6months down the road dm still dy hustle skip

Good day my people.
I work with a company where I'm being appropriately taxed, and I sometimes pick shifts on index flex during weekends when I'm free just to add a few extra quids. The pay is mostly between 100 and 120 pounds. I noticed indeed flex does not remove any tax, just wanted to ask if this is not an issue make dem no go talk say person dey owe tax after sometime.

You dy do overtime? If it's not taxed expect letter with payment details from hmrc

My take is that in uk you can never tell what is in the mind of most women so is better you give them space. A woman can switch up and say you harrased her just by giving her compliment or glancing at her. Is your words against hers. My brother I will not allow my name or reputation to be ruined by any woman in uk. So I am very catious around millions of them here. Why I made exceptions for nigerian or african women is their is little or no bias. The chances of being accused of one thing or the other is low.

This sha. In 2017, I went to a club in Manchester from Sheffield, a pal and I were lucky that night as we got free babes grin Unfortunately for him the 2 Spanish girls he went home with woke up in the morning and claimed they can't recognise him.

I was around Bolton still eating the goodies, he buzzed me as I was chopping the last ride. grin On getting there, these babes started demanding substancial amount of money in order not to get the police involved, we wy never pay school fees finish grin. Eventually they called the police...Long story short

The videos we made before they got drunk and the audios that were made during several arguments saved him.

Since that day, I no dy follow oyinbo girl go house. I stay jeje with our naija babes even though dm use my eyes see shege grin

Hello everyone.....Happy new month!!!

It has been a while.... as it started to get quite hot with arguments and fights here and there.

Anyway...like I promised, I have been able to defeat my lazy self and decided to finally pen down my experience with Egypt air to and fro Nigeria.

To start.... who gave that negative review? 🤔

Aha.... here we go. Relax and read.....

You would excuse my interlacing the story with pidgin English.... apologies.

Is English your first language? Are you related to Queen of England? Why do you need to apologise for including pidgin in your write up in a Nigerian forum? Even if you add yoruba, ibo or hausa you don't need to tender any apology. Anybody wy no fit read am should ask for translation

My own is to see food chop and go about my business and earn money nothing concern me with Japa because am enjoying this country oo

Keep enjoying mate until 9ja happens to you then you will realise... remember the doctor girl that was shot in the train....she was enjoying as well.

People mention USA when it's comes to shooting but they forget you have a 50% chance of survival when you're shot in the USA. In canada, your bills will be paid by the govt or paid by insurance, plus you will keep receiving money from Employment insurance till you're fit to work if not you keep receiving benefits forever. If you're shot in Nigeria, you will bleed to death in the scorching sun, if you're taken to the hospital, they will request for police report and before that arrives, you must surely have joined the angels, if you're lucky to survive but not 100% fit, you will be a beggar for the rest of your life.. you may as well commit suicide along the way.

Goodluck

I wish 9ja could be better.. so painful.

A Quick Question to the Financial Gurus: A friend of mine whose father’s friends has a company in Uk have recently been sending about 10k to 20k£ monthly to his Personal Uk account (from his company’s account) which he changes via lemonade or sometimes sells to students for school fee payment/visa/IHS and then eventually send the equivalent in naira to Nigeria. He wants to know if he will be liable on tax on such money.

The popo will soon come for him, if he cannot explain source of funds or show evidence.. e don be for him.. I have personal experience with this.

I am helping myself. I have always wanted to but just been dragging my feet as I was waiting for certain things to align. I don't have a problem with him doing it as he's the one who needs it the most now. Either way, we wil start the divorce process.

Thanks for your input.

Exactly my point. grin Best of luck.

Where did she say she is rushing? And if the relationship has broken down, she will be right to rush the divorce so she can move on with her life. Imagine if she finds the love of her life but cannot commit because she is still married to the guy.
How is she "dragging divorce"? You guys just form an opinion and spew it out as facts.

Kindly read and digest my post properly before quoting.

The OP was asking if there is anything she can do to facilitate the divorce process so that her ex can travel to the UK ad a dependant to another person.

She never mentioned she has seen another love of her life. My response was based on her post here.

In my opinion, I believe the ex should be the one looking for a means to speed up the divorce process and not her. That's my own opinion, yours may be different

From the OP's post

Thank you. I intend to start the divorce process asap but divorce in Nigeriq takes time the reason
I'm asking if there's anything else I need to do to enable him be with whoever he wants as a dependent.

If she wants a divorce, she can file one immediately, I am not against that

Should I inform the HO of my current circumstance?

You want to help him by rushing the divorce so he can travel with another person as a dependant?

I don't understand this your matter. You are the one dragging divorce, he should be the one rushing for divorce not you abi there is another thing to this matter.. e get kleg

Thanks for your response. He isn't coming as my dependent. He is coming under someone else. I just wanted to know if my initial application in Nigeria would affect his chances of coming to the UK.

Definitely it would affect it, he cannot be married to 2 individuals, he has to divorce you first. Once embassy sees that application, na straight to denial bin that if he doesn't get 5-10years ban but if he has a divorce letter already, otilo
