Chapter 6. But the entire book itself is very enlightening. There's a more recent 5th ed but I'm too lazy to google a PDF version of it. The book is titled Digital logic and Design by Morris Mano

I've got three different years copy of the questions. I'm starting from the oldest and most of the programming questions are in Pascal (which I love cos that's the language I cut my teeth with) but I'm sure it will put people off as its syntax might look scary. I'm trying to translate them into C/C++.

Meanwhile is anyone interested in questions computer science theory? Flip-flops? Karnaugh maps (otherwise called K-maps)

Let me tell you how possible it is. When loading the database with questions and answers there is the possibility of a mismatch such in either the question file or the answer file such that the answers for question 12 may be loaded as the answers to question 13. The fact that examinees are all complaining of the same set of questions in the same subject makes me believe that this is what likely happened.

Only if the prospective candidates would read this post! The truth is that the last Trainee Operator test was computer based.The test for Lagos center was written at Chams City(Dragnet) but never conducted by Dragnet. NLNG had their questions displayed in the computer screen of dragnet and the supervision was done by NLNG staff.The last test was a bit different from the one they used to have.The parts were made of Data Checking, Mechanical reasoning, Shapes manipulations, Numerical and Verbal reasoning. Dragnet materials can only be relevant as a practice guide in the areas of verbal and numerical ONLY.GMAT could be studied for the areas of Mechanical reasoning and shapes orientation.Data Checking requires a lot of speed:as a clue,check and memorize the first and last three letters given and compare it with the given options.You can visit assessmentday.com for real live simulations of verbal and numerical.Don't be scammed or deceived by anybody who might claim to have the exact questions of NLNG as things have changed.All what is required is speed and accuracy.

But what is key is that while everyone was jostling for dragnet questions this guy right here was already telling us about SHL. This quote is from sometime in October 2013. I'm not agains CBT but NOT one Nigerian student should be made to suffer for imcompetence.

At the bolded toefl is written by a large number of people some of whom are foreign students. Several other non-students write toefl annually. The total worldwide population of toefl candidates is waaaaaaaaay more than JAMB.

The problem with JAMB is that they try do the entire thing within a short window whereas toefl is written year round. Also the useless infrastructure and poor connectivity worsens matters. But there is a way they can organise and coordinate this exam whereby the only inhibiting factor will be power.

I support this Cbt exam but Jamb should Pls improve more on it and they should avoid using anyhow centres. Please can you clarify what you mean that questions are missing. Like they vanished from the computer? Or a subject (say mathematics) hasn't got any questions at all

Funny thing is a sizeable number of people on this thread were screaming for the biometric scanner to be used during the last election despite it been unproven technology (sorry I'm making this political Comparison). The truth is that while CBT is a proven technology, we lack the capacity to conduct such large scale test via CBT. But just like INEC went ahead with election despite a large number of people being disenfranchised, a lot of students are going to end up in tears with "this can never be my result"

yes u can..its the activation count count that wld differ now...ie if u re-activate it on another hdd,that would mean ur activation count=2...it think its a max of 3counts...else u clone the harddrive to still retain the 1st count

Cloning will be better as you preserve the count. If you are an IT geek you can download clonezilla to clone the HDD. Or any other HDD Cloning software will do
