My working.
12 divide repeatedly by 2 gives:
12,6,3,1,0. Including the first argument,12.
The first 2 even numbers generates 1 multiplication each, thats 2 .
The odd number 3,generates 2 multiplications.
1 generates 2.
0 generates no multiplication.
Total=6.

I have solved your problem, bro. It took me an hour. its titled "Larisoft Clean Desktop". I will drop the larisoft name in it once its accepted as something useful and something everyone can work on.

The code is currently very basic, but serves the functions above.

If the guys here approve of my efforts, we can then work to make it better.

Airsaylongcon, excellent explanation. It is much clearer now that you have expanded on the role of the int m field. I feel that your initial post didn't explain its purpose well enough. But when I read the explanation now, it was easy to solve.

I have decided against popular opinion not to engage in this any longer. I hope the thread dies of soon. When you need answer to something you need to learn to be polite and not haul insult on the person who has the solution. I guess thats what some of the commenters on the thread lack. They want to bully me into given them solution for their f*ck up. It does not work that way.
