I think I agree with your statements. I've not seen any statement from EFCC accusing this woman. Probably, somebody is just coming up with this story to draw attention to himself.

I am very sure that so many people will have nothing to say about this. But when it comes to "Based on Logistics" they can analyze every beat of it.
