Address issues based on facts.

The group has been outlawed and any procession embarked upon by them is an illegality. As such, security agencies can lawfully disperse them with minimal force.

I know you guys are wired to support anything and anyone having issues with the government of the day even though there is no sense in doing so.

Iran CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO NIGERIA under PMB. That much was told their president by Buhari himself the last time he tried to interfere.

It is absurd to outlaw Shiia anywhere in Nigeria. The Ashurah procession is recognised and being carried out annually in every shiia state. No harm has been recorded for decades of carrying out Ashurah in Nigeria until when Burutai was send by Wahabis to kill innocent people (including children). We are suppose to guard against evil, but some foolish people are supporting it. wicked people

You do that because empathetic and loving people accomodate that as well as the law of freedom. But here you are antagonizing others.. mind you shitte people are in other regions of Nigeria also.

Thank you so much this statement. Who so ever is involved in the killing and name calling of Shiia will face the wrath of Allah. What have the shiiate done to be out-casted the way it is being done in Nigeria. Shiia has done no wrong before being killed unjustly. Let people follow their own believe provided it did not cause harm to another person. What has the shiiate done. People are just coming out to say rubbish things about shiiate...

These religious zealots.

The Authority told you to stop holding rallies, but you guys said you are above the law.

And now the Religious Strife tired Kano people, have taken the laws into their hands, and all of a sudden you guys get the message.

The police should let the masses of Kano teach them a little lesson.

While not trying to disrespect Islam,I must confess the religion is very confusing to me.

Islam has only two types or sects, and yet they can't see eye to eye. Christianity have like a Million type, and yet they seem to get along well.

So,what exactly am I missing here?who stands to gain when Muslims kill each other?

Please dont be decieved and stop saying things which you know nothing about. Who told you christians dont disagree? Can a deeperlife member fellowship with a Jehovawitness? Or Can a Catholic fellowship with Living faith member?

Who so ever is involved in the killing and name calling of Shiia will face the wrath of Allah. It is no longer the Army that is killing Shiia, its now transfered to stupid mobs. Allah is watching those who do good and those who do wrong. Shiia has done no wrong before being killed unjustly. The Government has also back this extrajudicious killings with law prohibiting association of Shiia and portraying Shiia as terrorist. Ok, from the above picture now, who are the terorrists? As far as Allah exists El-Rufai & his government, The Army and foolish mobs will be put to shame.
What is mot annoying is that Nigeria are in support of the killing of innocent people (including women and children).

Why must we continue this way in Nigeria? Why are we treating ourselves as enemies? Its quit unfortunate that Human Right Commission is just the government watch dog used to attacked perceived enermy by an incubemnt government/politicians. Why can the Human Right Commission coming to the rescue of Shia members in Kaduna? It is a shame on El-Rufai and the Military to continue with this absurd law and actions.

JAYTUNEZ:
Barely days after Kannywood Best Actress for the year 2014 and 2015 got banned by the Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria, MOPPAN, the body regulating the Hausa film industry for featuring in a music video, the embattled actress Rahama Sadau has resurfaced and will be making her nollywood debut in a new TV drama series titled, “Sons of the Caliphate.”

The 13-part drama series, is being produced by Mo Abudu’s EbonyLife TV. Recall that Rahama was banned last Sunday, by MOPPAN for featuring in Jos, Plateau State-born singer, Classiq’s new music video. In the video, she was shown hugging and cuddling the music artiste, an act, which the body said, was a violation of its professional ethics.

However, no soon the news of her ban went viral on the Internet than many Nollywood producers expressed their willingness to feature the embattled actress in their new films.

Already, TV producer, Mo Abudu has set the pace, having featured the embattled actress in her EbonyLife TV produced 13-part drama series, which is due to premiere on Thursday, October 13.

http://www.tunezmediablog.com/2016/10/banned-kannywood-actress-rahama-sadau.html

If one door closes another door opens. We were not happy what happened last week but we prayed that better opening should come and here it is.

Islamic religion does not condone unmarried people to go closer even to shakes hands but we all know it was just a role you are playing on that music video, but with some restrictions. Even in the islamic movie, you won't tell those people hugging and even kissing are married. They just playing a role.

But remember that humans are not perfect only Allah is perfect. May He forgive us our short commings.

Its babaric to disregard the freedom of association in democracy. The Nigeria govt has been biased towards the Shiiats and this is very very bad. No wonder the guilty is freed and the innocent prosecuted in Nigeria. El-Rufai sorted Sheik Zakzaky's support and shiiats voted him. Why is he covering the murder of unharmed innocents people including women and children? The Nigeria Army is shamed for not doing the right thing by making sure justiced is served, rather they cover up their mess and throw the blame to innocent unharmed people and calling them terrorists.

The reality is that both of you have communication issues. She has ego and you have pride. I would say is that "you should also stop haboring things in your mind for your wife". You should be able to manage your "emotion" (anger) and stop pouring out on your wife.

I will recommend you take her out and spoil her alittle. You guys should go for a date. It can be a weekend date "very perfect time". Moving away from your comfort zone to a new environment; during this time, you can have a heart-to-heart talk. Trash issues out during this period and never ever let a third party come in between you.

However, what your wife told you after threaten not to eat her food is true. That thing you are running from may be what you can meet in front. So trash you issues out. These are marriage tiff and you can always sort things out. Goodluck

Brilliant Nigerian Makes History in the United Kingdom

Ignatius Akpabio, an Indigene of Akwa Ibom state, has won the British Petroleum Prize for the best project on the course at the School of Computing Science and Digital Media’s 2016 Annual Awards Ceremony of the Robert Gordon University, UK.

A Nigerian Masters student who has graduated with distinction from Robert Gordon University (RGU) in Aberdeen is also celebrating picking up an industry prize for his academic performance.

Ignatius Akpabio (23),graduated with an MSc in IT for the Oil and Gas Industry in July, and was awarded the BP prize for the best project on the course at the School of Computing Science and Digital Media’s annual awards ceremony.

Ignatius said:

“I feel very excited to have won this prize as I didn’t expect it and I’m very grateful to the best project supervisor anyone can have, Dr Iain Pirie, for been very supportive of me during the implementation of my MSc project.”

Ignatius decided to embark on the course due to its unique nature in the higher education sector, as well as the growing importance of the oil and gas industry in his home country.

“Oil and gas being the major source of GDP in Nigeria means that the future of the country might well depend on the sector,” he said. “I’m a strong proponent of the ‘Nigeria of Tomorrow’ and therefore, in every possible way I want to contribute my own quota to the development of my country.

“Coming from an IT background, I would like to use IT to develop and improve the oil and gas sector.”

Ignatius developed an inventory management system for an oil and gas servicing company as part of his MSc project, which was able to monitor and ensure effective management of goods to and from the warehouses and also record sales and purchases of goods while automatically updating stock levels with each transaction.

He said: “Implementing the system was very challenging as it consists of a lot of functionalities. It was developed as a web application to aid authorised access from anywhere around the world as long as there is connection to the internet.”

Ignatius added: “The MSc course content itself is a very rich one which encompasses modules from core oil and gas engineering, petroleum geoscience and information technology.

“I have found my time at RGU very rewarding and the School, alongside dedication on my part, has helped me improve on my software development skills.

“Thanks to lecturers like Dr David Lonie and Dr Angela Siegel, I found software development very interesting and this enabled me to excel exceedingly well in both modules.”

Despite offers to stay back abroad, Akpabio has resolved to return home to pursue the Nigerian dream!

Well done my guy! You have truly represented Nigeria well. Coming home is a very good decision you've made. Usually when EFCC nab politicians, they (politicians) agree to forfeit certain amounts or deny owning such properties since the funds are in someone else name.

This woman didn't deny owning the funds, in fact she came out to claim ownership. She didn't forfeit it, she is fighting for it. Maybe, just maybe she earned this money.

How did she earn that much, I don't know. Let her go to court and convince a judge how she earned it. EFCC should stop harrassing the woman and take her to court.

NB: she was the first lady from state level to federal level. Favor seekers, well wishers, politicians, industralist, lobbist could have all contributed to that money....

In 1985, Dasuki arrested Buhari.

In 2016, Buhari arrested Dasuki.

In 1995, Al Mustapha arrested Obasanjo on the order of General Abacha.

In 1999, Obasanjo arrested Al Mustapha and he was jailed for 8 years.

In the 90's under Rawlings regime Dr. Spio Gabriel was the minister of communications and Mahama was his deputy.

Today John Mahama is the President and has employed his former boss as minister.

Life is like a COIN thrown up in the air. You can't really predict which side will turn up.

NO ONE STAYS ON TOP FOREVER. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND SEASON.

That Person you Despised/Ridiculed/Treated like shits and act like GOD over today, may have control over your Life/Career or Save your head tomorrow. NO ONE KNOWS TOMORROW!.

Treat everyone with respect and show some kindness because there will always be a tomorrow. Be good to all!

A Boss today might become a Subordinate tomorrow because there's no permanent state in life.

ALWAYS USE YOUR POWERS AND POSITIONS CAUTIOUSLY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL.

Always stand for what is right, fair and just.
Like Mugabe said: "...treat the towel with care because the same place you used in cleaning your bottom today might be the same place you will use in cleaning your face tomorrow."

REMEMBER THIS, NO ACT OF KINDNESS IS A WASTE! OUR PRIME PURPOSE IN LIFE IS TO HELP OTHERS AND IF YOU CAN NOT HELP THEM, AT LEAST DO NOT HURT THEM!

Not a mistake. Read and Reflect.

Thank you so much men for this inspiring write-up even though you deviated from the main topic. This is really good. This morning I found myself in a similar situation where I help somebody three weeks ago. But God help through a person "my subordinate" to solve the problem. I'd never imagined that that boy could do something so important in my life. Lesson I learned: Give help to people if you can, never look down on people, be grateful at all times
Politics / Re: Buhari Rejects Marketers’ Call On Petrol Price Hike – Daily Trust/Reuters by aisammy4: 12:26pm On Sep 15, 2016
omoodeogere:
THE REAL NIGERIA
I just realized that the
hardship faced by many Nigerians is simply as a result of the fact that almost everyone of us benefited from the cycle of corruption.
The bricklayer, plumber, labourers, tiler are all
complaining because building construction has slowed down massively cause the thieves no longer have money to spend on real estate.
The car dealers are
grumbling because their cars are begging for buyers.
Thieves can no longer spend wastefully.
The private school owners are shouting because parents can no longer pay outrageous sums and are withdrawing their wards.
I was shocked when I learnt that in a popular private University in Abuja, parents are writing undertaking at the account section for their children to be allowed to write exams... and it goes on and on.
The fact is, a lot of people are returning to what
someone referred to as ''default mode''.
We mostly have been living above our REAL MEANS.
We have been staying in houses that ordinarily our
incomes can't afford.
Our children going to schools we can't afford. Driving cars we ordinarily can't maintain.
We have been living a FAKE LIFE all along.
Now the reality is before us and we don't want to accept it.
This shows how morally bankrupt we are.
You can't eat your Cake and have it. TAKE NOTE.........
You got billions from bank without collateral using your political influence.
You put half into your business and spent the other half on exotic cars, jewelries' etc.
Your business employs 100 people normally. You get illegal waivers and concessions to import raw materials at rock bottom prices, you get over inflated contract to supply government some goods your company produce....
in short your company is kept afloat by corruption.
You have been paying Tithes, Sowing Seeds that includes money from corruption and inflated contracts.
Now, the new Sherriff in town say NO more ridiculous waiver, NO more inflated contracts, NO more bank loans without collateral, in fact its time you or your company pay off the billions of debt owed.....
AMCON takes over your company, staff are laid off......
And you go on air and say the new sheriff is killing business and causing unemployment..
The truth is....you and your company were never in business, you were only feeding off the corrupt system.
Too many companies and banks are funded by corruption.
Remove corruption from the system and they collapse.......and we end up blaming the person that remove corruption for the collapse of the corrupt company.
Its like our system and corruption are so interwoven and un-separatable twins, that, removing one will kill the other.
Maybe we should tolerate and learn to live with corruption so that Nigeria can survive?
But count me out of the BRING BACK OUR CORRUPTION campaign.
Blessed are the few incorruptible and hardworking Nigerians, for they shall be rewarded by the new emerging Nigeria.

I FULLY SUPPORT THIS POST. INFACT, I LOVE THIS POST! THANK YOU! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT SINCERITY!! THANK YOU

QuotaSystem:

It's interesting how people skimmed through the article and ignored the key points only to make baseless conclusions.

1. The Ibo community in Abuja went to meet the FCT Minister in his office where he asked them to support the President, not the other way round. Were you expecting the minister to tell visitors to his office anything else?

2. The Ibo community led by their Eze Ndigbo went begging for appointments into the FCT board and others. How can iPods now claim the government was begging ibos?

3. While Ibos will like to tell you all they now want is Biafra, their actions across the country shows the opposite. While some have sacrificed their lives agitating for secession in Onitsha, their kinsmen led by their King ( which they claim to not have) are busy asking for representation in Nigeria's affairs, most particularly in the FCT board, which ironically is the center of unity, thereby making the lives lost in the agitation appear a complete waste.

If any iPod is looking for those frustrating Biafra, they should face their brothers in other parts of the country desperately trying to weave themselves into the 'Zoo's" affairs.

One can clearly see the confusion of these people and I must say it is a waste of time trying appease such people who are clearly so pained about being called 5% that they printed t shirts to show their pain.

This is good, giving Igbos independence and let them be. But i bet you that it will never last. A replay of South Sudan will happen to them. Look, I stand a chance to be corrected, Igbos don't even like themselves. Anambra man hating Abia man, as Enugu lady hate Imo lady. The Igbos are not united, that is why they have not reached close to power. Check the Nigeria history, even if they are given Senate president, impeachment will be the next on that fellows ambition.

When did it become a crime to put money in the bank?

When did it become a crime to keep the money meant for; building first class hospitals, world class educational equipment and facility for research, purchase modern transformers and upgrade our power plants to modern facility, build more refineries in all 6 geopolitical zones, create more road for movement of persons and products into one person's private account and allow your children stay hungry?

Can't wait to see the evil childless witch in jail. She is the worst first lady in Nigerian history. She abused power and acted like a proxy president. She amassed needless wealth at the expense of poor Nigerians forgetting she is a barren witch who has no child to inherit all her loots. Her public speeches and appearances embarrases Nigerians and the education sector. No wonder she campaigned vigorously against buhari by telling her gullible flock of IPOB yoots that buhari's mission is to jail Nigerians. She truly saw the future. How can a woman who can hardly complete a sentence in English build a 5 star Aridolf hotel of 10 billion naira ? How much was her networth before Jonathan became a politician? How did she came about $20m? What business was she known for before nearing the corridor of power? No wonder the country is in recession yet ignorant folks expect Buhari to perform miracle to revive the economy. Yet the same deprived youths of the Niger delta who could have benefited from these funds will be the one's screaming witchhunt due to their high level of ignorance and ethnic jingoism. $20m will build a world class school or hospital in bayelsa state for the masses. The amount spent on that hotel is enough to transform the infrastructures of bayelsa. The foolish Avengers will turn a blind eye to people like patience who are the true enemy of their region's development and instead blame the FG for their woes. Their son was President for 5years and the only federal government financed infrastructure in bayelsa during their tenure is Patience Jonathan's Aridolf hotel while the masses wallow in abject poverty. I hope she is prosecuted and punished accordingly. Useless woman angry

Well said jere! All this haters of Buhari are just ignorantly blaming his administration for bringing the require needed Change to the citizens. Look people, Buhari has a very great plan for Nigeria. If we dont give him the required support, he cant accomplished the set goals.

Set him up. Carry someone go. Let the person act like your husband and catch you guys together. But make sure you have his voice recording asking for sex in exchange for the job. Just before you enter his room, let your bobo jump in and cause commotion then make him pay to be let off the hook.shikena. send a copy of the recording and video if possible to his employers too.

This is good too buttttt dont conclude yet; go there with somebody you trust. Maybe its a second phase to the interview.
