Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Ajibolaoi: 12:56pm On Oct 25, 2019 |
Good Day sir, My name is Ajibola Olatunji. I am also interested in the proceedure, my wife is also a Nurse(RN,RM and BSc). Please sir, i will need ur help to guide on the proceedure u and ur wife follow. Thanks in anticipation. Regards. ]Hello Everyone. I have been a silent reader on this forum. Most of the posts I see here are for study visas. Actually my wife is a nurse and got an employment with one of the biggest private hospital in Ireland after obtaining her nursing PIN. The hospital got her a critical skills employment permit which enables her to apply for visa with her family immediately, which we did on the 24th of July 2019. My wife's application was for employment while that of me and our four kids were for join family. My wife's visa has been issued and she traveled to Dublin to resume work but the embassy is yet to release ours. They said the application is undergoing some checks and next four days makes it 3 months whereas they said visa application will take about 8 weeks. Our application is being processed at Abuja Embassy.
|

The book processing is highly confusing......yes it was started that u av to meet up with one of the requirements before u go for A. But, still yet scholarship is a requirement to complete and submit the portal page of category A. Meaning that u fulfil one of the requirements and still have scholarship. I will suggest that those people that suddenly change to A yesterday and av not gotten date should quickly cancel and we wait till like tomorrow Wen we av a verdict before we go the right category. I pray we all get it right to achieve dream.
Lol.. the condition is there, it’s only if you are trying to to confuse people on here. Saying the truth is the best.
|

Please are u in Kassel? [qquote author=naijaobi post=78269673]My advice to all: Don't just apply, get admitted and then sit back. Research about the city you are going. When you will arrive, how do you get to your destination? Let's say you are going to Kassel and you arrive at Frankfurt airport, how do you get to kassel?? By trian or taxi abi u go trek?? I also see a lot of people are not even thinking of where to live/stay when they arrive. smh.. Many are not even thinking of knowing some German words and sentences.. I see some people still asking for schools they will apply to..Lol. If you cannot search for a school and successfully apply, how do you expect to survive in Germany? Some don't even know much about the course they applied to..if you are such, your name will be sorry when you arrive. Some just want to run away from Nigerian by all means..lol..take it easy so you don't rush in and rush out. It has happened to many. I know many already have it in their head to come impregnate oyibo or get pregnant for oyibo..lol..well, that will be discussion for another day. Germany is a lovely nation and if you keep your ways straight, and use your head, you will go far.. Over and Out
1 Like |
2-3 months was clearly stated in category A too[/quote They don't expect who has not gotten admission to apply tru any of the categories. If u check both categories required resumption date of prospective student... Therefore, say category A is for those who has gotten admission alone is not correct. |

Travel / Re: Canada Or Germany, Which Country Is Better? by Ajibolaoi: 9:26am On Apr 29, 2019 |
Please how easy to move from Germany to Canada or US? Now this is what I am talking about. I have not lived in Canada(though considering it) but I have lived in Germany. I have been told that Canada is kinda similar to the country I live in, so bear in mind that my opinion of Canada might not be accurate 1. Germany was not favourable to me. As a professional, I couldn't climb up the ladder because of my skin color. I always felt caged...like I shouldn't be where I was. So I left. I am a career hustler not business hustler, so it was a struggle. But there are a lot of business minded Nigerians in Germany who are doing very well for themselves. 2. If you have the choice of Canada's skilled migration, I would strongly advise you go for it. It is so much better. There are a lot of German backpackers in Australia who are fighting not to go back to Germany. Having a PR gives one peace of mind. Canada has made that possible. There is that peace of mind of not worrying how to go from a work visa/permit to PR...what if the law changes before your time and stuff things up for you? 3. Finding a menial job was a challenge in Germany. I finally found one in a warehouse that paid sh!t money. 4. I think Canada. I had a nurse friend in Germany who moved to Canada and told me, after a few years when we reconnected, that she earned twice as much in Canada than she did in Germany. Health workers during my time were not paid well in Germany...I don't know about other fields. 5. Racism: I can only speak to Germany. The racism I experienced there was bad. I remember being on a train once and over heard two Germans talking and one of them said "Ich hasse diese Schwartzen" (I hate these blacks). I have never experienced that kind of racism anywhere else. I have friends in Canada who are managers/supervisors in their various fields. Things are mostly done by merit in Canada...I think. I don't know how many years a black man can work in Germany before being made Manager over them Germans 6. Security: I can't answer that one...but from the news and as long as Angela Merkel continues to let all them insane immigrants in, Germany is in trouble....but recently a colleague who has Canadian PR, recently returned from a trip and told me that there is so much violence in Canada that we on the other side of the world do not get hear about. She said there was always one stabbing or the other in Canada...don't know how true that is 7. Weather: Germany has the better weather most definitely I will never live in Germany again...It did not work for me but hey it might work for you All in all..... it is important we all migrate legally
|
