There should only be one Omo onile, the rest are vagabond and hooligans. |
Yeah man. |
Well said. |
Where in Lekki is the land ? I'm interested in buying a plot. Thanks. |
Yeah, they want a guy like Ajileko that can nak them hard like there is no tomorrow. |
No, use 9 in block for the whole project except for some of the inside partitions. |
@ayo Please get back with me soon. I need the laterite immediately. |
@design5 Are you a builder? |
Good work. |
Thanks, I will like to see the picture of the house because I'm doing a small project but not quite as big as yours. It's a 3 bdrm bungalow with 2 baths. Just finished the foundation and working on the German floor. |
Nice!!!! |
Can somebody help me out on this and provide me with a rough estimate on how much a german flooring for a 3 bdrm's 2 bath bungaloww will cost? Labour only - Any builder/bricklayer in the house? |
@badboym What and what has been completed so far and what is left to be done. What size is this house and how many bdrm's ? Six millions including land maybe fence plus building plans/drawings and the building structure is not bad. I don't think he's cheating you that much but I'll have to see the size of the mansion you are trying to construct. |
85k is what I'm williing to pay. Thanks. |
I need a rough estimate for a German floor for a 3 bdrm flat bungalow (Labour Only) All inputs will be greatly appreciated. |
I'm not sure how he came up with that estimate but there should a quantitative way of doing this. Have him break it down by per sqm or per sqf or per room for the inside job. I don't like this rough estimate/guess work mentality. He must be able to quantify and estimate his work. Also on the materials being used. |
I need about 20 tons. The site is Okun Ajah in VI. Thanks. |
Good point, chitown. |
Thanks. |
I need 3 ton of granite. Also do you supply laterite? |
What is the price for a 3 tons lorry of granite? Also do you supply laterite ? Thanks |
Sultaan said it best. It depends. Also, it may be cheaper to buy a rebuild engine than to try and service it your self. |
@jumeks You haven't fenced this property up till now ? Anyway, try wood or concrete fence reinforced by iron bar. The later could be expensive but it will look nice. |
6 coaches is great if you can afford the extra cost of blocks and cement plus you will be sitting quite high and your house will never be flooded. The concrete mixture ratio should be 1:2:4 for cement sand and gravel. |
My site is in Ajah, Lagos Island. |
@tundysho German flooring is very important in the construction of a building only if done right. Make sure the laterite is well packed and preferably let sit for about 2 weeks after the initial packing to settle and harden. Your German floor or concrete slab should be no less than 4 inches in thickness and up to 6 inches in the car garrage if you have one. Also, depending on where you are located the 6 coaches of 9in block is on the high side. 4 to 5 coaches is normal. |
Any supplier for larerite/granite in the house ? The area is Ajah ? |
Can you supply to Ajah area ? |
Ok the lawyer, here is a six pack of miller light for you and please don't dring and drive. |
@siparaporo Please tell me what the 120k fee will cover. I'm interested in the 4 flat of 3bedrm. Thanks. |
