@poster, It depend on the size of this house and what type of roofing materials you are using. Klas has explained it better. Aluminium sheet will always cost more because it's good and very durable. @Larez, I can't help but ask myself "why do we need houses with chimneys and fireplace in nigeria hot climate" Please modify these designs to fit
nigeria style and taste. These designs works well in Europe and North America but definitely not in our country.
