@yink99, Any update on this fencing project, it's been about 8 months now and I'm just curious. Thanks. |
Well, transportation is included with the the price I gave except the cement which I use my own truck. |
Sure. |
Is today lawyer's birthday ? how old is he ? Anyway happy birthday Mr. Barrister and many more to come. |
From what I can see it looks like you are getting ready for a raft foundation. You probably have to source these materials for yourself separately because I don't think you can get one supplier that can deliver all these to site with out making you pay dearly. Anyway here are guidelines on material pricing based on my recent experience in that area. ** Use for Reference only ** Cement 1,600 naira per bag Granite 30Tons @ 45,000 per 10Tons 10mm Iron rod @ 125,000 per Tons 12mm Iron rod @ 115,000 per Tons 16mm Iron rod @ 110,000 per Tons Sharp Sand just in case you need it is 35,000 per 10Tons. |
The contractors should also take it easy on Nairalanders. Why charge us 50,000 naira on what you normally charge local resident 20,000 naira. |
Sorry. my fault. |
@poster is asking for estimated cost/quote for a 3bdrms not 4 |
Do you have a secured site? Or else dem go thief am ooo |
Ebi like sey actonpark is not a real professional. In fact I can smell fish from far far away, |
@Ytechconst, you are too aggressive and determine on making money on NL at all cost to the extend that you refused to give simple advice/opinion on issues at hand. How much is your affordable cost for a BOQ ? Give us your price here and let us see. @design5, very good advice, you are doing great. Keep up the good work. We appreciate people that share ideas and willing to help out other nairalander when in need. @gen2boi, I'm afraid you may have been taken to the the dry cleaner and cleaned up. As design5 suggested, You shouldn't spend more that 2.5 at most for a raft in that area. I can say this because I just finished a raft in that area (Okun Ajah) and the total cost will be about. 2.5m naira. The foundation cost me 1.3m and the German floor will be completed soon for about 1.1m. And this is a 6 bdrms duplex. It might be too late now but thirdeye, the online building architect wrote a very good article on the breakdown cost of a raft foundation in that area. |
Bungalow or storey building? |

And are you a lady or a boy ? I may be able to help. |
How much do you charge to fence a 60 x 120 plot of land. |
Abouit 2.5 million naira. |
I need soft sand and granite for my project. Please list your price. |
Some areas in Ibadan do enjoy fairly good power supply from NEPA. Areas like Mokola, Liliput, Jerico, Eleyele to name a few. |
Please post more pic. I'm interested in the bathroom layout and cost. |
Well, raft foundation or not, that place is a steal for those who know the value of a beach front property. And sure, raft foundation cost a little more but that is the price we pay for living close to nature. |
solar power |
@Dubstic , please post your email so that we can contact tou. We need some granite tiles for our project as soon as possible. |
Please where is mayfair garden? Is this in VI Lagos? |
The price you gave reflect Lagos or Ogun state. |
Yes we do but it's a long process. Read the "lawyer" articles on how to go about it. Let me know if you have questions. |
Oh Oh Oh, I can smell the F I S H, from Warri to Ajegunle |
Any idea on the prices because I'm really low on cash at the moment. I need something not too expensive. |
I'll be interested in a good second hand one if you have it. About 6KW of power. |
