@thirdeye, I think the reinforcement iron rod come standard as 40 feet length (12.192 meters). So going by this figure, the estimations for the iron rods in this article may need to be adjusted and recalculated. Also, when you referenced "a trip of sand or gravel" in your articles, does that equate to 5 tons or 10 tons. Thanks. |
Thanks Tosola. I appreciate your urgency. |
@Yosola, What is the standard length on the reinforcement Iron rod plus what is the count per ton for each size. eg 16mm 12mm 10mm |
@woodpecker, I will call you and discuss. Thanks. |

@3rd eye Please correct me if I'm wrong but from reading your calculations on this project, the dept of the excavation for this foundation will be about 3' 6" or 1.10 meter. |
Is this item still available for sale ? |
Same here. Ajah. |
How much will a 30 tons truck cost including delivery. |
How much per plot ? |
Please list your current price. I will be needing some very soon. Also do you supply iron rod ? |
Still waiting for your response. |
Hey Lanre make you cool down, we got your point but in Nigeria unlike Atlanta, we maximize the land when we build. No waste. |
Don't go with micro Bank, they are too risky. |
@lehniger , Can you give me michael's email address, We had bad connection when I tried to speak with him the other day. Thanks. |
I will go for the 0.55mm thickness due to the fact that it is better quality than the 0.45mm and weigh a little more and better insulation. Less noise when it rains and helps cool the house. 0.45mm is the minimum you can go. 0.45mm ----> good 0.55mm ----> better 0.70mm ----> best 0.90mm ----> best x 2 |
@zyl_kenny I will be using the following appliances: AC Refrigerator 2 TV's Desktop computer Laptop pump Fans lights and etc Stereo |
This can be fixed but your builder will need special tools like the concrete cutter and concrete drill bit. I've seen these things used in the States and boy this stuff works like magic. It cut and drill thru concrete and steel so smoothly with no vibrating effects on the foundation or the entire building. Oh boy, how I wish our professionals can invest in high tech tools like this. |
Thanks. what amperage will you reccommend for the average residential building ? e.g let say a 4 bdrm duplex. |
Ok thanks. |
Do you do doors and windows ? also do you sell wood for roofing? |
Does this price include installation ? |
