You are very wrong. Hospitals here in the States do ask for proof of residency/citizenship, income, current address if you don't have medical insurance before you can be treated. So let me get you correctly, You said 2,300 naira per ton for granite. That means a 10 tons granite will cost me 2,300*10 = 23,000 + 70,000 = 93,000 + 10,000 = 103,000. That is way too expensive. I can buy 20 or even 30 tons for that price at Berger in VI.
