Properties / Re: Estimated Cost Of A Storey Building by ajileko: 2:11pm On Feb 05, 2009
@battleaxe, my apology on the calculation for the granite and sand request. I was kind of tired last night.
Granite 60 tons @ 50,000 naira per 10 tons = 300, 000
Sand 90 tons @ 40,000 naira per 10 tons = 360, 000
Also depending on your bargaining power on all these supplies, you could save significantly.
Properties / Re: Estimated Cost Of A Storey Building by ajileko: 2:38am On Feb 05, 2009
Larry, based on my experience, you will spend conservatively around 10-14 million naira to complete a project like this. And depending on where you are building your house, it could be more if raft foundation is required.
- about 6000 blocks 900,000
- 60 tons of granite 3.0 mil
- 90 tons of sand 3.6 mil
- 200 bags of cement 320,000
- 4 tons of iron rod 500,000
- assorted woods for setting and forms 100,000
- complete roofing Will run you about 800,000 naira
- labour 2 million naira

Hope this helps,

Negro_Mts, is this the best you can do? At least we now know ythat your alter-ego is Ajileko. It's a befitting name for a 419 guy who has been programmed for self hate. Because you live in a world of deceit does not mean that you should project your life unto others. I bet you find it hard to see anything good in anything Black or African. You have been mentally shackled with low self esteem and expectations. Run along now,

Hey guys, this boy is a fraud and a con artist, we looked him up here in ATL and all his story doesn't add up. Transact with him at your risk.

You are right about that, this thread is for more fulfilling purposes that idle talk about people. But you've lost your integrity by coming here and making up lies/stories about who you are and claiming to be what you are not. And I doubt very much that anybody here will want to do business with someone with integrity and sincerity problem like you. But anyway, gook luck to you and I hope you can learn from this. Also, misrepresentation is a no no on this forum and you will be reported to the forum moderator "Lawyer"

@mr. larez, you need to watch what you say because you never know who may be reading this forum. Did you say you bounced Carl Lewis off your table in ATL. First of, you can not bounce Carl Lewis out of any restaurant in any city in the US, not especially in ATL. C Mon, the guy is a sport icon/hero He's well known every where he goes in the whole World. Remember he won his 4th Olympic gold medal in long jump here in Atlanta in 1996 which by the way has never been done in track & field before. This guy is a celebrity here in ATL and we adore him. This is a legend you're talking about. It's like saying you kicked Mohamed Ali out mile high stadium. I know one thing for sure, if you were dumb enough to lay your hand on Carl, I'll hate to see you the next day if you leave to see the next day. Plus if Carl was in that restaurant that night like you said, I though it very much that you will be able to be that close to him let alone bounced him off plus he will definitely be surrounded by the TV media and track fans. And let's just say that if Carl was here in ATL, I will definitely know, trust me.

BTW I did a search on ajc website and did not find a single thing on Larez Animashaun but on Carl Lewis, well, you be the judge.

I'm not sure how much money was involved here but you should have consulted a lawyer. For a small fee, may be around 10,000 naira, he could have saved you all this stress. The lawyer will make sure that all legal papers are signed and the whole transcation will be video taped and recorded.

Travel / Re: I Want To Give Birth In Us by ajileko: 12:27am On Dec 16, 2008
@Shinatu
You are very wrong. Hospitals here in the States do ask for proof of residency/citizenship, income, current address if you don't have medical insurance before you can be treated. Unless of course you are unconscious or in a bad shape. So don't confuse people with your statements about no hospital do this, no hospital do that. And yes, hospital will release your financial information to the INS if you received public aid while in the States
Properties / Re: Granite Supplier (get What You Pay For) by ajileko: 7:19pm On Dec 11, 2008
So let me get you correctly, You said 2,300 naira per ton for granite. That means a 10 tons granite will cost me 2,300*10 = 23,000 + 70,000 = 93,000 + 10,000 = 103,000. That is way too expensive. I can buy 20 or even 30 tons for that price at Berger in VI.
