Lasyem, what I heard is that you can apply for and get your building permit and start building provided you have applied and start the processing of your c of o / governor consent. Is this not true any longer ? Let us know.

All that we are requesting is for you to break it down for us how you can fence two plots for 500, 000 naira. Nobody is saying it can not be done, all we want is how it can be done. Remember, we've all engaged on several projects and have gained valuable experience and have shared those here on nairaland forum. If you must know, my one plot of land cost me 660,000 naira last year to fence including gate. (11 coaches)

You meant #250,000 naira. That is not bad at all. If this include the survey plan, architectural drawing , building permit, etc. This is not bad at all. I will jump on it before the price change if I were you. Just verified that this is all the cost and there no coming back for more. If possible, have them break it down for you. You should be lucky because in Lagos, 250,000 naira might just be enough for your architectural and structural drawing. Good luck.
