Interesting eternal triangle. |
@Siena Thanks a plenty. Am runninng a print straightaway. |
dhardline: He does but on exceptionally rare occasions.Even heard he has the ability to teleport to his desired location in seconds.Hmmm but his great grand father could not teleport when the British had him in chains and exiled him to calabar. |
naijababe: Akani, just so you know, love can make people do really stupid things. Shae is a woman in love. She has seen enough examples of the treacherous nature of the nobles. I hope she does become the target of the pointy ends of Jeoffrey arrows. I get it sha love can make people stupid. |
Try the properties section. |
naijababe: Abi o and I used to think she be sharp girlI just hope her foolishness will not make her a casualty of war. The eunuch was very magnanimous- calling her lady and all. |
Just saw episode 10. Joeffery baring his fang at his grandpa. Foolish Shae rejects the offer of her life. Arya got her first kill. The handless one returns home. Khaleesi found democracy. |
Halleluyah, stones like me can finally enjoy swimming. |
Please google, start beaming over Nigeria and release us from the hegemony of mtn et al. |
He died with dignity. RIP |
Nigerians fear what they do not understand. Enya sings in an amalgam of languages, she even makes up language on her own. The voice layering makes it even more esoteric. |
Play me Orinoco flow anytime any day. ...from cali to bali..... |
earthrealm: hmmm..this cable issue don dey fear me oh.....my system is going to be outputting abt 35-45amps am wondering what type of cable to run from the charge controller to the batteries..a distance of about 20ft. guys help me o.....checked the charts n they recommend about 38mm cables!!..where on earth would i see such cables to buy?....my initial plan was to but the single braided ac cables using in conduit house wiring for heavy duty loads...but it appears that wud be a bad moveYou can get it at alaba intl. should be about N700 per metre. |
TotalGreen: @akanniade : very nice...Thanks. |
George_D: all,I hope you are choosing similar panels to the existing ones. |
George_D: akanniade,Bros na so o, we have to spread the joy. |
ile naira: @akanniade, congrats. The panel setup looks very professional. The battery bank looks good too. What the ah rating? Thanks. This time I used scaffolding for the main support legs and clamped aluminium profile with U-bolt for the crossbars. It was 50% cheaper than using welded metal work. The battery bank is 24 x 2v/600ah, although its not new. Arthur gave me guarantee it would be ok. Am still waiting to see how well it performs. I have space constraint and cant stack battery cos the room is top floor. So battery of that form factor works best for me. |
Mellisandre's leeches are working. I am waiting to see more deaths. |
bodejohn: I saw some shadows on the panels by the trees. You should try and fix this because a considerable amount of energy download will be missed. That is correct. I already cut off the offending branches. |
Finished installation on last friday. Its been raining since then. Will post performance data when am back in lagos.
|
naijababe: I honestly can't wait for those fooking Lannisters to be taken down one by one starting with that psychotic Joffrey and his motherYes Talisa would have made a great queen. The stark trouble started the moment Catelyn freed Jamie. |
django1: I think bran is the future. He's got some interesting powers!Lets see if mellisandre will have an antidote to this power. |
Am so sad Seeing the Starks die like that has gotten me down since morning. |
abunafiu: Akinade, thumbs up 4 ur latest installation.Am modifying the initial spec. The point George raised is valid. The array will now be 5.25kw i.e 21nos 250w panels in a 3 x 7 array The charge controller remains flexmax 80 The inverter is now tripplite 6kw/48v Battery bank is 2v/500ah x 24 |
George_D: akanniade,The flexmax 80 user manual actually recommends 5kw array. The panels are polycrystalline.I would be suprised if it achieves nameplate power. Am resting today. Will start the wiring on monday. |
Finally mounted all the panels. Thanks to my good friends who contributed substantial man-hours.
|
^^Thanks GeorgeD. I just realise :oyour point about using 2 charge controllers. I guess the easiest way out for me is to step up to a 48v system(I dont want to run two arrays). |
George_D: hello akanniade,Thanks GeorgeD. Its in my dads house. As to your other questions, the panel name plate will explain it better.
|
TotalGreen: Bless u, that's the way to goThanks man. Its a gift for my oldman. |
earthrealm: @ house this issue of dc fuse has cropped up again...what amperage of fuse should i buy...and where is the fuse placed..btw panles n charge controller or btw charge controller and battery? You need dc breaker btw your array and charge controller. Also between charge controller and battery bank. You can also use fuse instead. You can use fuse calculator to estimate wire guage size for your fuse wire. Get the right gauge and install in your fuse holder. |
earthrealm: wow! @ akanniade!!..this na multimillion naira project o.....congrats..Thanks,but its far from multimillion project o. ![]() |
Am using scaffold pipe and aluminium profile. Its less expensive than welding job.
