Pls sirs, on installing a 10kva servo stabilizer at the mains to supply the house. Won't the draw load of say a deep freezer, fridge, washing machine, iron, ACs, &microwave oven being in use altogether at one point or the other in the house affect it. Or is using separate stabs for some of them in the house not a safer option. My concern is about compressors and heating elements. They draw lots of loads to get going. Won't this burn out the 10kva stab in due time. Noting that the owner may not be around to monitor electrical usage in his house all the time & almost all these loads may be in use at one point or the other.

If your total load is more than 10kva,you can connect 2 or more in parallel to make 20kva. At least I know its possible for prag servo stabs.

i called this arthur guy yesterday and i was surprised what he was telling me. first of all, out of his two websites,
one of them is not working. i tried sending him a mail but his email address kept bouncing. when i finally got through
to him on phone and inquired about the suntech panels i was shocked when he told me suntech factory had closed down!
he tried to introduce me to some other name brand panel of which he claimed to be a distributor. at the end of the day
i told him to text me a valid email address so we can continue our conversation but as at this time of writing, i'm
yet to hear from him.

Arthur is more into contract solar installations. He installed a solar street lighting job i was involved with back in 2009. Since then I get my solar supplies from him cos he works with these items regularly.
As for not being able to reach him, all my communications with him is usually on phone. His business is not that big for a sophisticated website. His shop is at okota lagos. I am not sure about suntech factory closing down. Could just be a marketing gimmick.

Its the same endless rat race. Whenever we hear a certain network is the best for internet, we all rush in. Kind of like when stuck in traffic: we seek all kinds of short cuts, even take one-way.
I think we need more fibre optic links and more service providers.

OMG! How could I had forgotten The wire? One of the most realistic cop vs criminals drama of all time! Hate how they murdered the nephew of Avon Barksdale though. I think Idriss Elba was fantastic in that series, as well as the protagonist Dominic West.

But as for saying it's the greatest show on tv...uh huh. There are better cop shows on tv nowadays like Blue bloods, Southland and the best of them all IMO, The Shield.

But to be fair it's somewhere in the top 5 of the greatest ever cop shows on tv.

You said it all The wire is all about realism in the police system. The romance of criminals with the the clergy and politicians. Most of all, I love all the 4 versions of the theme song- way down the hole.

Seun: If you can avoid reading the books until the end of this season or the next one, it may be better to do so. The show is far more interesting if you don't know what's going to happen in each episode.

True talk. I learnt not to read book before tv series, with James Clavell book Shogun. The books are always so much more engaging and detailed; you will find lots of subtle omissions in the t.v.
TV on the other has a magic of its own with suspense and brilliance of its actors. I recommend t.v before book to anyone.

Reminds of sometimes back in Nov 2001. Chris Okotie was being interviewed on nta, about oyak's joshua visit and his estranged wife saga. Chris mysterious started misbehaving on air. To save his reputation, nta tactfully interrupted and apologised that the interview cannot continue. That to me was professionalism, not what some mean spirited channels presenter did to their guest. I mean you could see the glint in their eyes.

Very distateful handling of the interview by the channels' trio. The man probably had his moment of glitch and the interviewers came on him like hyena. Would they do same to aunty Pat?
