Truth is, if govt wants to curtail Japa syndrome in the country, it's actually a simple thing to do.

Just by placing a 2yrs temporary ban of new passport issuance and renewal will do the magic and drastically reduce the Japa syndrome.

But the thing is the majority of those moving abroad are the youths who are in their military age. If there will ever be a revolution, they're the ones to make it possible.

The large population of youths facing economic hardship in this country is a time bomb and a threat to the kleptomaniac political elites.
