In your system Manager, check if you restricted any app from using data.

Check if there's an update for your phone, then update.

Reset your phone if any of those doesn't work.

After reset and it still doesn't work, just wait for an update from Gionee, if no update comes, download your apps from Google.

Clear play store cache Check what method your device uses to store data SD card or phone memory? Force stop playstore(last option)
