please, I've got issues with my laptop. the last time I complained that my (@) key changed to (" wink

and vice versa, till date I haven't got an answer to that. Someone however made an attempt, blurry though, to answer that.

It has happened again o. My harshtag key now shows the Pounds symbol (£), I cant find hashtag on my system anymore. please help

i don't think its a program...try blocking those site..find a program called host (who help but don't really remember the location..away from lappy for week now) you'd see a buncha sites there..edit then add the name of the site and save..you'd never be able to connect to the site with your browser..hope it helps,sorry its not very detailed

Welldone house, please anytime I connect my browsers (Windows edge, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc), there is this site ('cv.org' or 'search pile' I am automatically directed to. this site brings all sorts of unnecessary adverts and promos on my browsers. please, who has an idea on how to uninstall this malicious programme from my system. thanks

if you wanna update via your laptop (which is fasterand without the hassle of freeing disk space), kindly download blackberry link to your pc.( make sure your pc is connected. connect your phone to any of the usb ports available. A pop up would show, prompting you to dpwnload bb link. if it doesnt, go to 'my computer', you'll see the blackberry logo, open and you're on the way to installing bb link.)

when that is done, bblink will prompt you of available updates, click on 'update software' and you're good to go.
N.B: Make sure you have a stable network, your phone must be fully charged, back up your device first.

I deleted and reinstall the whatsapp from bbworld. it solved the ish. However, i guessed rebooting my phone might have done th trick

Onegig, weldone here, please I've got numerous issues with my Brian Laptop.
One, the computer has been giving me warning that the hard disk is faulty and that I should consider replacing it soon.

Two, I can't connect to the wireless network anymore. I think the driver is the issue.

You would need to change the hard disk. What size do you currently use? As for the wireless. What's the exact model?

The current disk capacity is 400GB.
