If you place that picture into a different context you will realised how lucky we were to have Arsene give us CL consistently despite little effort in the transfer market.

Since after Arsene we have been buying and buying yet little to show for it. It doesn't take buying to achieve success but buying well. If Arsene had the calibre to players we have now at his disposal, he will still finish top4.
