Arsenal are the true GONERS |
What we can clearly deduce from recent findings is that several companies that had no legitimate business with the ONSA were awarded all manner of dubious contracts. These are the days of accountability and no stone will be left unturned in the recovery of stolen funds. All we are saying is "return the stolen yams peacefully" or do it the harder way(where you will expend on legal fees, provision of sureties and loss of acquired assets) |
meforyou1:. Signing the undertaking is just the easy way out. Court arraignment comes with its peculiar kind of ridicule and shame especially when the facts on ground are clearly not in his favour. |
masterchi:. To make your assertion believable please quote the judge appropriately. There is nothing like "Supreme court says" in a proper trial. Lawyers were quoted earlier and so be well guided. |
Lost at the elections petition tribunal, lost at the court of appeal and yet some folks think there will be a miracle for Nyesom Wine at the Supreme court. They can't even wait for a pronouncement by the 7judges who are sitting on the matter they are already broadcasting falsehood. NA WA O |
coolhamid:. I'm sure wouldn't have asked people to stop talking about Jonathan if he had done well while in office. Nobody celebrates failures. When your failures are far more than your successes your failures will be most remembered. |
GANJAFARMER:. It only takes a demon to identify other demons. Please allow the Supreme court to adjudicate on the matter. The Lagos case is entirely different from the bloodbath you had in Rivers all in a bid to grab power forcefully. Wailing wailers are really depreciating in IQ these days. Wike lost at the tribunal and court of appeal, let's wait and see who wins today. |
BELIEVE!!! 1-1 is possible |
Sorry to disappoint all the wailers above, the Supreme Court has reserved judgement for February on the competency of the CCT as presently constituted to try him on the charges preferred against him. For the wailing wailers it's been one failure and another all in a bid to stampede this government. |
Jusmudi:. Don't talk about 2019. Does PDP stand any chance if elections were to be conducted next month, next 3months, 6months, 9months? The future is certainly unpredictable but the fortunes of the PDP will further dwindle with each revelation of past financial mismanagement. It's that simple. |
OsusuMustFlow:. Are you not aware that Mr Fix It is receiving treatment abroad? EFCC has already invited him and he wrote back to them detailing how he disbursed his share of the loot to False, Ladoja, Tanko Yakassai and others. |
What yams has joined together!!! Not even Kuje prison or some nice looking bangles can put asunder |
richeso:You guys obviously need a truck load of diversionary tactics because there are still 16more witnesses to be called to testify against Olisa Metuh. The courts are in the business of dispensing justice to petty and big thieves. |
tinktanker:. You wanted the government to try the alleged looters in court instead of on the pages of newspapers. Now they are in court and you are alleging the story is fabricated by the EFCC. Are you serious at all? For the umpteenth time the law is no respecter of persons. If Chief Olisa Metuh is found guilty of any of the 7-count charge he will be convicted appropriately by the court. In developed climes the rich and the poor end up in jail upon conviction. |
mykl01:. Obviously you are the ignorant one here, you said the case has not started. Are you in Mars? Are you sure you went to school at all? 2 witnesses were examined and cross examined by the prosecution & defence counsels and you say the case has not started. Maybe the court should relocate to your parlour before you realise your principal, Olisa Metuh is facing the trial of his life. |
maestroferddi:. You will forever remain shameless in your vain pursuits. We know you exactly for who you are. Alleged thieves like Olisa Metuh have been charged to court, have they been denied the right to fair hearing? NO. How has the President usurped the powers of the judiciary? We will continue to name and shame folks like you who are unashamedly in support of the totally corrupt politicians. |
maestroferddi:. You guys have got no iota of shame. Perpetual defenders of thieves and money launderers. The President is not the problem because his intentions are clear which is to end the vicious cycle of corruption in Nigeria. Your intention is to keep undermining our corporate efforts at fighting this monster by playing on cheap and ungodly sentiments. |
I thought some guys were lecturing us the other day about the fact that Olisa Metuh's bail terms were being over exaggerated on by nairalsnd contributors as he didn't have to drop the cash as specified by the judge. Now his lawyer is telling the court how difficult it is to meet the bail conditions. To allegedly give $2million cash to ARM wasn't difficult but to secure bail has become a tall order. But then I remember there is a serious scarcity of sureties as the commercial ones have been overstretched already. |
The scriptures are right after all. The last shall be the first. Chief Olisa Metuh was the last to be arraigned out of all the members of the DASUKIGATE family 1st batch but he's the first to have his prosecution get underway. He said he will only talk in court but he forgot that the prosecution was always prepared for him. |
2 witnesses testifies, 16 more to go. Chief Olisa Metuh please enjoy the ride. Kudos to the EFCC and Alhaji Ibrahim Magu for the excellent job. |
I hope no one is screaming "media trial" anymore. At least the media owe us a duty to report what transpired in the court of law as regards the prosecution of the alleged looters and embezzlers. God bless Nigeria. |
Ranks007:. Alhaji Lai Mohammed is committed to a much better Nigeria, for 5days at a stretch he met with several influencers in the media-editors, columnists, OAPs. He even invited critics of the President and the message was clear. Let's all seek to build a NEW NIGERIA devoid of corruption. If you are still dwelling on his role as the opposition spokesman then you will live in the past for the foreseeable future. The CHANGE truly begins with you and I and most importantly the culture that throws up the worst amongst us into elective and appointive positions. God bless Nigeria |
Love Machine:. Unfortunately, your ignorance is beyond redemption. Was Dasuki not charged at 2 separate FCT high courts were he was granted bail in the sum of N250million with two sureties in like sum? Was Dasuki not produced before the same judge last week where his lawyers sought to halt his trial? The counsel to the EFCC, Rotimi Jacobs pleaded for the trial to commence last week saying he had his witnesses in court before the judge adjourned till February on the matter. At this level you must be able to search and verify information and not join the bandwagon of folks who are always out there to mislead the public (the very debased and corrupt fellows who are fighting back against "the fight against corruption" . The journalists are covering the courts and they are reporting back to the public so what's secretive about that. As for PDP and Uche Secondus OYO is their case. |
Glad you talked about referendum after a long period of war, so, who among the igbo elites is ready to fund such war. Or do you think war is fought with sticks, firewood and catapult. In the alternative, who is that army officer of Igbo extraction who's ready to create a rebel faction within the rank and file of the Nigerian military. It's simply not enough to name countries where a section broke away without studying their modus operandi. South Sudan clamoured for independence from Sudan and got it but today they are fighting themselves for power control and distribution of resources. The UN is having serious headache over this young nation because wars and conflicts naturally metamorphoses to serious humanitarian crisis and the UN is overstretched already with conflicts in Sudan, Central African Republic, Somalia, Burundi, Mali, Libya talk less of the crisis in the middle east that has led to unfathomable degree of migrant crisis in Europe. |
I told a few Arsenal fans that we were going to knock them off the perch. I told them Arsenal was going to make loads of millionaires today. A Chelsea win today was worth at least 3.5times your initial capital. Ultimately, we showed Arsenal that we are still the undisputed kings of London. The reigning EPL champions. |
What a delicious win for my DARLING CHELSEA |
Chelsea winning |
sokera:. 85min quoting you. How market? |
Mertesacker & Giroud in well tailored suits. Getting ready for the Chelsea defeat afterparty. |
Wonderful goal from Diego Costa |
Deserved red card |
Johnsinia:. Just to remove your imminent doubts "you are the bigger fool" So, we should have continued with monumental looting of the treasury and gross incompetence under GEJ. You need to have your head examined. GEJ remains the worst President of the last 16years and his image is forever dented. Once upon a lootocratic President. |
. The journalists are covering the courts and they are reporting back to the public so what's secretive about that. As for PDP and Uche Secondus OYO is their case.
