This is the result of empowering militants/cultists/hardened criminals by all parties in the state for do-or-die politicking and d-day electioneering activities.

Death is no respecter of age and that's why several ignoramuses made a complete mockery of themselves in the build-up to the last general elections. We must all endeavour in our little corners to make this world (not just Nigeria) a better/safer place to live in. RIP AMODU/KESHI

If your own state governor is finding it difficult to pay workers salaries that is entirely his headache. He was also voted in by the state electorates to solve their problems. If states are free to manage their affairs (capital & recurrent) and they also employ workers if the need arises, the onus is on them to pay their workers as at when due.

PDP did great by blowing the whistle. They posted Airline, sit and destination. Are these not verifiable? The FG and first family should either deny totally she was involved in the said airline or say who or what entity sponsored such trip and the person must publish evidence of tax payment from 1999 till date.
You are sleeping on a bicycle as the president's family won't even dignify them with a response.

Politics is based and won on lies. Buhari campaign was full of it and the funny part, was that Nigerians (including i) fell for it. A man that was a former head of state, PTF chairman, claiming to be broke. Nawaoooooo

Make him sha do and waka comot, if doesn't have anything to offer.
So, you think that childish tweet is how to play opposition politics. The PDP has been caught offside severally over the last 2months on that twitter handle. It's one irresponsible tweet after another. They are truly LEARNERS an 4years may turn out be so insufficient in time needed for the rejected party to learn the ropes

He is a jester for the wailers. The president only responds to serious-minded people. Have you noticed how he has become a laughing stock for all Nigerians?

We are not campaigning now but time for work and this is the time if this government didnt do any thing now nothing tangible will come out from This government
Your mindset is horrible to behold and so engaging you is simply a sheer waste of time. I learnt recently that the bitterness in the bellies of supporters of the failed era is simply astonishing. Even their godfathers in the PDP have been scoring own goals in recent times. Wailers simply have nothing to offer in terms of constructive opposition, they are just good at wailing endlessly.

You see that's the problem, most of you zombies know nothing that's why u support the dullard in every decision he makes no matter how bad it is, back to your comment u said we need the loan because of the slump in oil price then my question to u is this : do you increase your budget when your income decreases? don't you think that the best decision your dullard should have taken is to reduce the budget since oil price has slumped so that it can be able to implement the budget with what we have? again imagin that the last government he was criticizing budgeted 4.something tr when the price of oil was $67 and now that the price is almost half of that is it not more reasonable to reduce the budget and cut down on expanses? I know you may not understand my point. just go school pls
Reducing the budget simply means laying off several federal government workers scattered across the federation and not just in Abuja-MDAs, federal universities, polythechnics, unity schools, research units etc. Governance is far more than elementary school, if your income drops the solution is to block looting loopholes and increase revenue generation and doing this will ensure enough cash flow to settle acquired loans in the future. It's all about STRATEGIC THINKING and not cheap armchair/nairaland analysis.

Bitterness will only shorten your lifespan. There are no quick fixes anywhere and the CHANGE that we seek is here already. This is a painful process of rebuilding and we must not lose faith in our country. The president has got his priorities right, he has a cabinet to take care of issues while he's on the week-long trip. Nigeria will survive.

Politics / Re: Sinners And Saints: Who Destroyed Nigeria? - Enemi George by akinsbaba2015: 12:36am On Apr 08, 2016
The party in power over the last 16years was the PDP and their fortunes were largely determined by their performance in office as the dominant party over that period. The music has changed and so the dance steps must also change. Articles like this only goes to reaffirm several reasons why the people were tired of 16 largely unproductive years. Several nations across the world have switched political parties but why is our case different. PDP truly put Nigeria into this ugly mess and that's the curse they will live it till the next electoral cycle. They enjoyed the good times looting and frittering away the nation's fortunes, why are they shying away from accepting responsibility for below-par performances from 3 presidents elected under their platform. If PMB/PYO makes the difference for the APC who and what does the PDP have to offer? Who are their sellable candidates for the foreseeable future? None at the moment

So, amechi is not corrupt? How come the monorail is yet to be completed despite the huge money he spent on it?

I hope you are also warming up to defend oshomole too by the time he leaves office.[/quote ] We will all be glad if you can give us a comprehensive list of all corrupt politicians in the Nigerian political sphere. Feel free to also tell us when/where/how they were convicted. The law is not based on hearsays, newsstands analysis or beer parlour gossips. Just imagine the progress we would have made as a nation if the previous governments and the citizenry were tough against corruption. Instead the Nigerian populace saw it as a way of life and see where it has led the country to.

I say Amen to this prayers and so shall it be to any other politician in this present government currently masquerading themselves as agents of light whereas they'd looted their state treasuries in one way or the other. May God visit them in His anger and afflict then with an incurable sickness till they perish except they repent in Jesus name. Amen. Shalom!
Just be careful what you wish for other sinners (alleged looters) if you are a sinner yourself. Let justice prevail and let God rule our hearts and those of our leaders.

You should be ashamed of yourself for even attempting a cover up for amechi.

Where did saraki's trial begin? It started from a report given by sahara reporter.

The saraki's loot returned by US bank to the federal government, was it also online trial? So, does the federal government need anybody to tell them again that Amechi is a thief even after the bank sent a mail to the federal government to that effect?

I understand that you are a paid per post agent and you must post unreasonable nonsense. If not, your handler will not pay you.
It's amazing that PDP with their affiliate newspapers like Vanguard, Tribune, The Union & Authority have not deemed it fit to expose Amaechi like you would want us to believe that he is corrupt. He who alleges must prove, where is the money trail? Even Wike knows he has nothing concrete to show. Let's even leave Amaechi, what of his commissioners and other political appointees? Are those ones also too strong for Wike & the entire PDP establishment to expose if they were corrupt?

The PDP social media group will be its ultimate undoing. Men of questionable characters cannot produce anything tangible talkless of credible & vibrant opposition. If the P in the word PSYCHOLOGY is also of no use then why should the generality of sane and reasonable Nigerians bother about these "men of yesterday".

First, you have to look into the way Buhari is fighting his political enemies; under the guise of fighting corruption.

APC doesn't merit any moral support after they even refused to change from their deceptive ways after the election.
Education in Nigeria is gradually turning to a huge waste in the face of parochial sentiments. If you are an alleged looter you are automatically an enemy of the federation. The antigraft laws were not made for political parties but violators of such laws amongst the rank & file of the nation's citizens. Nobody needs to fear me but the consequence of their actions-PMB

Buhari's actions so far shows unnecessary pride and insensitivity. Salaries are owed till like forever. You know that if you don't import fuel there will be scarcity, yet you wait to see how Nigerians will suffer first. The lives of those being wasted by Fulani herdsmen seem not to matter much to you, while condemning a terrorist attack in Belgium, you keep mute about the sacking of a village here, as though you are secretly happy about it. Nigerians are eagerly waiting for 2019. We will show APC small something
So, with all your education it's the president that pays salaries of all workers in Nigeria. If state governors are owing their workers salaries running inyo months Buhari should also as if the FG in the past years employed staffs for any state government.
