BLASPHEMY

Islam = death

Christianity = beyond redemption

Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

Hebrews 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

Hebrews 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

At least, we have something verifiable in those works.

Can you provide any verifiable evidence, of your "biblical dating", of first life?

DoctorAlien:
No. Swallowing the lies churned out by fake scientists is the greatest descent into delusion. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy is understanding.
To you every other human is fake. Look at your complex below:

Humanity has been degraded by sin and sinful living for 6000 years, each generation being more infirm than the one preceding it.
*the earliest fossil, puts man's age at 200,000 years. How you can now say your imaginary Adam and Eve, lived 6000 years ago, and are the first lives (without any verifiable evidence), is not only ridiculous that you're putting this nonsense on NL, but that you're saying it with certainty.

DoctorAlien:
This is contrary to the false claim of evolution that human beings become stronger and more fit as the years go by. Man today is but a joke compared to Adam.
Contending scientific facts, with biblical craps, is the deepest descent into delusion.

Yes, i go to church, i love God, infact most of the moments i live to remember most are the ones i knelt at the alter to pray fevently to God, i like communicating with God.

On d other hand i'm into the world, i have a lovely girlfriend, loves dancing and wont live without hearing worldly music, infact the hard core raps.

i'm caught in the web of two opposing ends and cant seem to consider which to dump. Any time i consider being born again, i cant help but imagine how to explain to ma chick, even if i find courage to explain, how can i stop listening to music that feeds ma soul and make ma world go round.

When i think about this and many other things i bcome afraid of giving ma life to christ, cos i feel earthly passion is still so much in me.

i dont know if somebody is in ma kinda shoes, what do i do to forsake all these earthly passions?
You see, the "born again" concept, is just an illusionary and esoteric doctrine, of the Christian religion.

It's a mirage. Everything you mentioned as your hobbies, are normal human behavior. Stop bringing yourself under needless guilt.

Ask Oyakhilome of the Christ embassy, he'll tell you that all those habits you called "worldly", are covered by "grace" - you can't "sin", as long as you're a born again".

in other words, you can continue in your "worldly habits", and still claim to be born again.

Two options for you:

*Continue to live your life, without any guilt (Oyakhilome's style)

*embrace the understanding, of the whole God idea and Jesus, as tales by Jewish shrine.

Pew Forum Religious Knowledge Survey: Atheists, Agnostics Score Highest

Washington, D.C. — Atheists and agnostics, Jews and Mormons are among the highest-scoring groups on a new survey of religious knowledge. They outperformed evangelical Protestants, mainline Protestants and Catholics on questions about the core teachings, history and leading figures of major world religions.

These are among the key findings of the “U.S. Religious Knowledge Survey,” a nationwide poll conducted by the Pew Research Center’s Forum on Religion & Public Life from May 19 through June 6, 2010, among 3,412 adults.

On average, Americans correctly answer 16 of the 32 religious knowledge questions on the survey. Atheists and agnostics average 20.9 correct answers. Jews and Mormons do about as well, averaging 20.5 and 20.3 correct answers, respectively. Protestants as a whole average 16 correct answers; Catholics as a whole, 14.7. Atheists and agnostics, Jews and Mormons perform better than other groups on the survey even after controlling for different levels of education.

On questions about Christianity (including the Bible), Mormons and white evangelical Protestants show the highest levels of knowledge. Jews, atheists and agnostics stand out for their knowledge of world religions, including Buddhism, Hinduism and Judaism. Jews, atheists and agnostics also do particularly well on questions about the role of religion in public life, including what the U.S. Constitution says about religion.

While previous surveys by the Pew Research Center have shown that America is among the most religious of the world’s developed nations, this survey shows that large numbers of Americans are not well informed about the tenets, practices, history and leading figures of major faith traditions — including their own. Many people also think that the constitutional restrictions on religion in public schools are stricter than they really are.

Additional findings include:

1. More than four-in-ten Catholics (45%) do not know that their church teaches that the bread and wine used in Communion do not merely symbolize, but actually become, the body and blood of Christ

2. About half of Protestants (53%) cannot correctly identify Martin Luther as the person whose writings and actions inspired the Protestant Reformation, which made their religion a separate branch of Christianity

3. Roughly four-in-ten Jews (43%) do not recognize that Maimonides, one of the most venerated rabbis in history, was Jewish

4. Fewer than half of Americans (47%) know that the Dalai Lama is Buddhist; fewer than four-in-ten (38%) correctly identify Vishnu and Shiva with Hinduism; and only about a quarter of all Americans (27%) know that most people in Indonesia are Muslims.

5. There is widespread confusion over the line between teaching and preaching in public schools. Nine-in-ten Americans (89%) know that U.S. Supreme Court rulings do not allow teachers to lead public school classes in prayer. However two-thirds of people surveyed incorrectly say that Supreme Court rulings prevent public school teachers from reading from the Bible as an example of literature, and only 36% know that comparative religion classes may be taught in public schools.

6. Most Americans are able to correctly answer at least half of the survey’s questions about the Bible. Roughly seven-in-ten (71%) know that, according to the Bible, Jesus was born in Bethlehem. More than six-in-ten (63%) can correctly name Genesis as the first book of the Bible.

Data from the survey indicate that educational attainment — how much schooling an individual has completed — is the single best predictor of religious knowledge. On average, college graduates answered nearly eight more questions correctly than those with a high school education or less. Religious knowledge is also higher among those who have taken a religion course in college. Other factors linked with religious knowledge include reading Scripture at least once a week and talking about religion with friends and family.

Diseases in what ever way they are formed do not undermine the intelligence of God . Using diseases as a counterexample is more or less a cavil. Diseases are a powerful way of controlling population because it leads to death in some cases. The only time it is deleterious is when one carries two copies of the allele that causes sickle cell . Just one copy of it can be of benefit to you especially when you are in a mosquito-infested region like Africa providing a resistance to malaria- that's why AAs are vulnerable to malaria.

Humans with the growth of knowledge understand that is disadvantageous for two ASs to breed . Didn't the creator say in the bible that His people perish for lack of knowledge ? Humans with time will harness the resources deposited by God in nature to overcome this seemingly insurmountable problems . All these ( the pursuit for a healthy life ) add meaning to life .
It's ok to have general knowledge. But it's foolishness of the pathological type, to begin to make inference from specialized body of knowledge, that requires a requisite certification.

When will you stop this copy and paste, that ridicules you and betrays your charlatanry?

Putting your God in evolutionary outplay, will further expose how the whole claims you heaped on it, will further subject Yahweh to ridicule.

Atheist witches are real
Your difficulty, is self inflicted one. My response bears no recognition of your dark groping. Am simply educating those that may see the idiocy in religious beliefs.

Of course, in your mind, witches and witchcraft, have that singular meaning, that your buy-bull and apron wearing church, gave to it.

If not, the meaning and practice of witchcraft, which has almost become a social group activity, would have intercepted your mind.

How should I practice witchcraft being an atheist?

I have researched about witchcraft, but almost all the results I get are aimed towards Wicca and I don't want to pick a new religion.

ANSWERS
As long as you don’t believe in any gods then you’re an atheist. If whatever brand of witchcraft doesn’t involve belief in gods, then you’re an atheist.

Atheism isn’t a movement or a philosophy. It has no rules. It’s just a description of a specific lack of belief.

If there's anything close to classifying atheists, below is the classification acceptable to the atheists (who are qualified to define who they are).

Whatever OP is shoving around, via his repetitively stale and childish tantrum, called thread, can only be a product of a mind, living in denial of the damaging effects of atheism, on religious beliefs.

akintom:
‘Atheism’ is a much simpler concept than ‘Christianity’ or ‘Hinduism’, but the word atheism is still used in a wide variety of ways.

This can cause confusion. Someone may announce that she is an atheist, and her listeners may assume she is one type of atheist, when really she is a different type of atheist.

So to clear things up, here are 17 kinds of atheism, organized into 7 sets. Some kinds of atheism can be combined in a person, and some cannot. For example, it is perfectly consistent to be an agnostic, narrow, friendly atheist. But one cannot simultaneously be both a passive atheist and a militant atheist.

This list is not definitive. There are many ways to organize and label different kinds of atheism.

For brevity’s sake, I have substituted “gods” for the usual phrase “God or gods.”

1. Difference in Knowledge

A gnostic atheist not only believes there are no gods, he also claims to know there are no gods.

An agnostic atheist doesn’t believe in gods, but doesn’t claim to know there are no gods.

2. Difference in Affirmation

A negative atheist merely lacks a belief in gods. He is also called a weak atheist or an implicit atheist.

A positive atheist not only lacks a belief in gods, but also affirms that no gods exist. He is also called a strong atheist or an explicit atheist.

3. Difference in Scope

A broad atheist denies the existence of all gods: Zeus, Thor, Yahweh, Shiva, and so on.

A narrow atheist denies the existence of the traditional Western omni-God who is all-good, all-knowing, and all-powerful.

4. Difference in the Assessed Rationality of Theism

An unfriendly atheist believes no one is justified in believing that gods exist.

An indifferent atheist doesn’t have a belief on whether or not others are justified in believing that gods exist.

A friendly atheist believes that some theists are justified in believing that gods exist.

5. Difference in Openness

A closet atheist has not yet revealed his disbelief to most people.

An open atheist has revealed his disbelief to most people.

6. Difference in Action

A passive atheist doesn’t believe in god but doesn’t try to influence the world in favor of atheism.

An evangelical atheist tries to persuade others to give up theistic belief.

An active atheist labors on behalf of causes that specifically benefit atheists (but not necessarily just atheists). For example, he strives against discrimination toward atheists, or he strives in favor of separation of church and state.

A militant atheist uses violence to promote atheism or destroy religion. (Often, the term “militant atheist” is misapplied to non-violent evangelical atheists like Richard Dawkins. But to preserve the parallel with the “militant Christian” who bombs abortion clinics or the “militant Muslim” suicide bomber, I prefer the definition of “militant atheist” that assumes acts of violence.)

7. Difference in Religiosity

A religious atheist practices religion but does not believe in gods.

A non-religious atheist does not practice religion.

Of course, there are many more “kinds” of atheism than this, for one may be a Republican atheist or a Democratic atheist, a short atheist or a tall atheist, a Caucasian atheist or an Hispanic atheist, a foundationalist atheist or a coherentist atheist, an enchanted atheist or a disenchanted atheist.
