Answer:

First and foremost, those who pray oh Lord give us David’ should also be ready for a David that will COMMIT ADULTERY with Uriah. I think that we have gone past that.

The position of the PFN is that we are encouraging the Pentecostal to be interested in the politics of their country. THE DAYS ARE GONE WHEN WE SAY WE ARE NOT OF THIS WORLD, WE ARE GOING TO HEAVEN. And then we spend our time in the prayer room and allow those who don’t know God to play the politics the way they like. I believe that if we want to change this nation, Christians must be willing to be involved in politics. Good people must go into politics. That is the position of the PFN.

This is one case of the misconceptions, that folks have about atheism.

Like I said earlier, there must be sterness in your demeanor no matter how soft you appear especially for someone who feels he is confident enough to occupy a 3bedroom flat alone. If not some people will throw anything at you and when I say anything, this is an example.

What I actually meant is that it is not enough for a man to have the capacity to rent 3bedroom flat alone, he should also have an aura that displays a no nonsense attitude no matter how soft he may appear.

With the preponderance of atheistic threads here, i observed that these threads have become an effective rehabilitative therapy, for folks who are victims of religious idiocy and harm.

2. Therefore, these folks are free from eternal guilt consciousness.

3. They have now realized that sin is a "disease" maliciously fabricated by religious obscurantists.

4. God is now seen as mere idea. Undeserving of any form of attention, other than that bequeathed to an horrific and monstrous fictional character.

5. Folks can now do better things with their resources, than give it to the fraudulent characters, who masquerade as agents of the scarecrow.

6. God is now known to be fictitious force, incapable of deflecting a feather.

7. Religious rituals are now known for what they really are - space occupying foolery.

Above all, these victims of religion, are scaling to religious skepticism (all thanks to atheistic threads), a not too distance step to atheism.

I own houses here and in nig,I have spare keys,my tenants here leave the rent on the table at the end of every month I go there to collect their rents,when I arrive there I press the bell three times if no response I open the door and go in,there's no law that restricts a landlord/management from entering his house,if you don't like it then move out.

Yes you guessed right, I am a landlord. Nigerian tenants can be devious but a landlord or his agent has no right to go into a rented space without the express approval of the tenant. If that occurs going to court is not the right course of action. There must be quiet talk between the parties, if no change you go to mediation. Going to court occurs only if a valuable goes missing and there is sufficient evidence to present in court. The landlord will be liable for such loss. However following a win in court the landlord can issue a quit notice to tenant and follow up to a quick eviction citing relationship breakdown.

I once heard a judge (in a private conversation) said that, the landlord can't be charged/convicted for "breaking and entering", because he owns the house.

A yearly tenant, who is occupying a three bedroom flat in a compound, that has another three bedroom flat occupied by the landlord and his family in the same compound.

The tenant has 3 months to the expiration of his rent. The tenant returned from a one week try trip, only to discover that his flat had been opened and strange properties packed in.

On enquiry from the landlord, the landlord's wife replied by saying - "don't be angry, one of my children had issues with his accommodation, therefore i packed his properties into your flat".

The tenant then asked how they gained entry (there's no sign of forceful entry), the landlord's son said - "i tried calling you, but no network connection, i then got a master key to open your door".

QUESTION :

What legal action(s) can be instituted against the landlord by the tenant?

Brethren, imagine a beautifully woven basket or sweat shirt, you can't but be awed by the creativity and intelligence brought to bear on such pieces.

Brothers and sisters, i bring to you today the mind and the counsel of God. There are many people out in the world today, who are now subtly agents of the devil, with the sole mission of depopulating the kingdom of God and his dear son Jesus Christ.

These agents of Lucifer are everywhere, they have particularly taken over the virtual media, they propagate the message that outrageously Challenge the existence and supremacy of our dear God.

These people are daring, they have brain that flows endlessly with reasons why the existence of our God is just a mere tale.

Brethren, i myself never believed that these agents of darkness exist in Nigeria, not until i checked the religion section of the popular online forum called nairaland. Brothers and sisters, i advice that if your faith is not strong, pls and please, don't read the threads of these messenger of Satan.

On good authority, i learned that the owner of the nairaland, is also one of them. Brethren, can you now see why Jesus said in.....

Luke 16:8 And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.

If you Christians are wiser, you would have formed such forum like nairaland, rather than mere unbeliever owning such strategic tool for mass communication.

But the good news is that our God, owns everything, including the unbelievers, he owns the very breath in their nostrils, God can put an end to all of their works... It doesn't take our God a second to do it. It's just his mercy and lovingkindness that's still keeping them alive.
