The Police had announced he will be extradited to face charges bordering on his time as PRTT Chief.

You can't place ban on rice importation, just to protect local producers, they should be allowed to compete freely.

Mine was 14 weeks, but it's been a long time ago. The timeline for completion was increased to 20 wks at some point, I've lost track now

I can see on their website that standard fee is 200 CAD, is it compulsory to pay the extra 75 CAD for courier delivery which makes it a total of 275 or I just go ahead with paying only 200 CAD?

Second, do they receive documents via email? Instead of going through courier which may take weeks, my school is willing to send the documents via their official email address.

I paid $200. This is because I didn't pay for courier, had it sent to a Canadian address.
Courier fee is $75
