ElevationD: Akpakomiza are you in court?
If this ends 2 - 1, in favor of Okpebolo, do you not see danger ahead for him at the appeal court and Supreme Court? I am talking with respect to the leaked court papers.
What do you think? No danger. Appeal and supreme are more strict |

BluntCrazeMan: But it was established.??
Remember you earlier said that: “The Documents and BVAS-Machines were DUMPED at the Election Petition Tribunal, and cannot be admitted as evidence..”
So, which evidence were then used to establish the so-called Non-Compliance which you are now saying that it is not substantial.?? It was established to a minor scale. I never told you that nothing will be established after all theres no perfect election. I never told you that the bvas cannot be admitted. I told you they will admit it but later trash it... I told you based on evidences PDP tabled, it wasn't enough to prove substantial noncompliance plus the witnesses defeated the case |

ElevationD: And you added your voice to this speculation? Akpakomiza, I know it is your state. I do not know more than you there. Whoever wins will work to keep his party in power at the next elections, we know. But e don reach you like this? Speculation? Haba. And you think that such information can leak? Is it now WAEC question paper? Why na? It has not gone so bad bros. Which speculation sir? I never mentioned anything concerning speculation or speculated anything .Right from the beginning of this case, I clearly told you that pdp case is weak, that they will fail at the court... I repeated this severally so why are you surprised? I am very versed with electoral matters sire It is unfortunate that it has leaked but this is clearly the fault of the registry or the Secretariat who typed the judgment and not the judges. I think a judgment leaked recently in Borno concerning Senator Ndume and also in the SW. The appeal court judgment of Anop vs Wamakko in 2010 leaked. The supreme court judgment in the case of Igbeke vs Okadigbo also leaked in 2012 and after investigation, support staffs where indicted |

fergie001: I just wonder... I am so appalled.
Kekere-Ekun isn't impressing me a bit... I am been honest, it's like Ariwoola is still on board.
Forget it, that's the judgement....
I will wait for what the CJN will do... This happened in Igbeke v Okadigbo, that a Supreme Court Judgement leaked.
Vexed by that, on the day of the judgement the appellant who lost the case, presented the judgement right in front of the Justices before their own judgement. There was serious investigation and 6 workers of the FJSC (5 in the Supreme Court & 1 in the Appeal Court) were suspected, investigated, had their phones subjected to forensic examination, arrested, named and sacked.
Aloma Mukhtar was CJN, she fired many Judges for the rubbish these ones condone. This is purely the fault of the registry of the tribunal and not Kekere Ekun or the judges.. I can't forget the famous case of Alphonsus Igbeke ubaneze vs Okadigbo |

The nwc decided based on the appeal court judgment pending when SC will rule and with that judgment dead, the decision is dead. Besides, it is Nec that decides. |

kelly72: By the provision of law, every signature on that list must have a name, address and phone number and these details must tally with the details on the voter register for the constituency concerned. They know some of you are starkly ignorant and that's why they proceed with impunity.
Only about 20 people sat to sign those 250,000 signatures, that's why they had no time to copy the addresses and phone numbers. Again, if they put phone numbers, the fraud will quickly cast.
Nigeria is presently in the hands of an armed robbery syndicate. That's a blatant lie. Which law says all the signatures address and phone numbers must be captured on the petition? Quote the law. so not forget that those details is already on the voters register which they will verify soon.. Which evidence do you have to show 20 people sat to compile those names apart from that fake video? Natasha is going, get used to it |
Politics › Re: Senator Natasha Warns INEC Against Delaying Service Of Recall Petition, Accuses by Akpakomiza2: 1:40pm On Mar 29, 2025 |
Blazetrailer: Lol.... you dont know what you are writing
Tthe law states that
1. " upon receipt of the petition, INEC shall notify the nstional assembly memberbwithin 24 hours of the receipt of the petition for recall formally with the details of the members who have signed the petition( details include the names, ward, adress, voting centres, etc)
INEC notified her via a latter but failed to include the necessary details. Abi how do you tell me my people want to recall me and I cant verify that they are te Ruly my people......that is why her lawyers are boldly 2 steps ahead by asking for that publicly and formally. They knew INEC had goofed on its own laws
2. The Commison shall within 90 days begin the pricess by verfying the names, addresses, wards, polling units and the signature of all the petitioners.
It is obvious 1 is being dragged back because 2 can not be achieved with what was submitted, all those details in 2 should have been contained in the petition to start with and all those were not there as at the time of submission. The proper thing for INEC to have done was to have rejected the petition for not meeting the requirements but because they are partisan they fell into a stupid trap
Based on this, this current process of recalling her will fail woefully when it gets to court unless they start another one
They can blow money to start another one but this current one...is a waste already
She is well advised Can you show the part of the constitution or electoral act that states where she should be furnished with addresses? Oga, they are going to remove her and there's nothing you can do about it. She will win in court in 2027 when it's too late |
