Olu1000: Why weren’t the results announced at local government level as is the norm before final announcement at State level? Why were the results all taken to INEC headquarters by passing local government collation? Why were only APC agents & party members allowed into InEC headquarters and the former governor & PDP agents refused entry ? There was collaboration between APC and INEC to rig the election ! Only three LGA results where initially taken to inec headquarters but after pressure, two where returned to LG collation while one wasn't. If you add the figures pdp claimed there, they still lost |

ogaemma: Stop wasting money 💸 on lawyers and court cases. Even the Supreme court will uphold his victory. The Nigeria judiciary is a Department in the APC. How do you expect them to remove a Governor who ran to Kano Emirates to bow before them, cry before them and quickly promise to compensate families of bandit's that were killed in his state. How many Northener Governor's have rushed to Edo State in the past to compensate for the Fulani killings of the people of Uromi, Irua Auchi, Ekpoma and Agenebode? That is the kind of mumu governor APC love. Which case did pdp prove to be factual? Are the judges Fulani |

Olu1000: You don’t necessarily need to call polling unit agents to prove over voting! Evidence from IREV and EC-8A used at polling unit level were tendered before the tribunal. The results sheet from polling unit level and the sheets uploaded on Irev were different in those disputed polling units. The tribunal look for the only excuse they could find to pervert justice.Anyway the case will be appealed and the Supreme Court will have final say.How can the tribunal say the BVAS were dumped on them? Was it not the same BVAS that was used during the election? It’s clear the tribunal was compromised! Shame on the judiciary!!! Oga, you don't know what you are saying. You PDP keep doing the wrong thing expecting different results. What the tribunal decided is based on supreme court rulings. You must call witnesses to speak to documents or evidence tendered in court. It is a settled law that you cannot interpret documents you didn't make. To prove overvoting, you need Bvas itself plus inec register and only inec are the ones that can be called which you failed to. The supreme court has rubbished irev results and you are still depending on irev instead of your own agents copies? Can you see the nonsense. You cannot bring a machine like bvas and dump it at the court without operating it and showing it to the tribunal how it affected the results. So you where expecting the judges to operate bvas and start searching for evidences for you? Better go and rest |

ogbonti: Thank you for this advise, sore losers should accept sefeat and stop wasting everyone’s time
The CTC presented by ASUE IGHODALO which was given to him by INEC shows Ighodalo won!
So why should he call witnesses ? when the law states that where the CTC is available, there is no need for witnesses
When the people resort to self help and elexrion day becomes a civil was were INEC officials are burnt alive, pleaae dont statt ranting online that “jungle justice” is not cool
This behavior of yours is what made Uromi tragedy to happen, when the people feel it is a waste of everyone’s time to seek justice from the legal system! Oga, the SC recently ruled that you must always call witness. No CTC showed Asue winning |

fergie001: Under cross-examination, some of the PWs admitted serial numbers on the ballot papers, hence there presents an evidence of prior recordings. Another error I spotted. You cannot bring witnesses who will collapse under cross examination and contradict their written statements or witnesses who brought anticipatory evidence |

fergie001: Documents tendered from the bar were dumped on the Court. There were no competent witnesses to defend same, the Court is not a Father Christmas to open it for them.
The witnesses were expected to speak to those documents and even some Prosecution witnesses who did for some of the documents were not competent witnesses as they were neither PU agents nor witnesses who witnessed the non-recording of results live. Exactly what I have been saying from the beginning of the case.. both of us are legends of electoral cases |

fergie001: The tribunal has adopted bvas, CTC, IREV and all documents submitted by the petitioners.
The tribunal also hold that proof of over-voting was established, non-serialisation by the 1st respondent, INEC, was also established.
The tribunal also held that there was error in figures as some results were not entered for the petitioners.
What the tribunal will seek to determine is the computation of the figures, whether in view of these discrepancies, the actual figures is enough to beat the 2nd respondent or not. I love this detailing although irev shouldn't have been admitted as it is inconsequential. The bvas was dumped and wasn't demonstrated |

Remember you earlier said that: “The Documents and BVAS-Machines were DUMPED at the Election Petition Tribunal, and cannot be admitted as evidence..”
So, which evidence were then used to establish the so-called Non-Compliance which you are now saying that it is not substantial.?? It was established to a minor scale. I never told you that nothing will be established after all theres no perfect election. I never told you that the bvas cannot be admitted. I told you they will admit it but later trash it... I told you based on evidences PDP tabled, it wasn't enough to prove substantial noncompliance plus the witnesses defeated the case |
