The FG (Lai Mohammed, Garba Shehu and Adamu Garba) should be sued and brought to the street. Every patriotic citizen should Soro soke. This is when we need our pastors, imams, influencers, business men/women, celebrities, etc to speak up/against tyranny. Where is Osibanjo? May God not let me and my loved ones be as useless as him. |

mariahAngel:One of my favorite snacks. GboyegaD:My cousin, a little girl hates plantain with passion. I don't understand why Petyprincess:Everywhere orange |
Amorprincesa24:Thanks. It's all about preference and goal You may decide to do fruit smoothie, veggie smoothie or a combo of the two. Just blend your favourite fruits together, you can add skimmed milk or yogurt This is what I had for breakfast this morning. I made this with Celery Pineapple Watermelon Orange and lemon juice (freshly squeezed) Tigernut powder (I made this) Protein powder (I made this too) Honey It ain't sweet at all but the goal is HEALTH

Happy new month foodies! This is to remind you to prioritize your health this month. There have been so many sad news of kidney problem, cancer, diabetes, ulcer et Al. If you can, grow those small vegetables you eat at home organically. Too much use of pesticides and failure of many farmers to adhere to their PHI is one of the major causes of cancer. What's your health goal for this new month. Mine is daily exercise and smoothie for breakfast. The entire fruits in the first pics cost me 800. Bulk/whole buying help you save cash. Pics 2. Prepping for freezing Pics 3. First smoothie of the month. It was made with banana, pineapple, orange, watermelon, strawberry and milk The last pics shows the peels. I will use them in making zobo later Health is wealth. If permitted, I will talk on how I make my own body butter (cream) and soap soon. Meanwhile, join me celebrate my 1year and 5 months of no carbonated drink (coke, fanta et Al) and alcohol consumption

This is sad and troubling. Yet, some sects are chanting pray for Palestinians when their own country is on fire. Our president is vagabonding about. May God continue to help us do.the right thing at the right time. Shame on all Buhari supporters Shame on the Northern elites Shame on Tinubu, Garba Shehu, Lai Mohammed, Adeshina and other dirty ass lickers |
JeffreyJunior:You wan kill me with laugh here . What did you cook first? I started like this too. Consistence and persistence is key. |
descarado:Thanks boss! My neighbor once served me that white moi moi (Ekuru). It was tasteless at first till I had it with the sauce he brought. It is delicious Twoclans:Thanks. Everybody wan take the fish leave the healthy moi moi...haba Born2winnx:Lol. Thanks once again. However, 50k is not a good pay for a certified chef and it ain't a bad pay considering the offer (part-time), but we ain't in the same state. Also, I prefer teaching. You can DM me to learn at a cheap rate. We can video call, voice or picture learn/teach. Love his dishes style though.[/quote] |
mariahAngel:Thanks |
Permit me to wet your day with the mouth watering, brain scattering & appetizing meal i made this morning. Steamed beans pudding (vegan), corn pap jelly & air fried fish rolled in pepper sauce. Both moi moi are vegan. For the green one, i used some herbs (parsley, basil, spinach, green chillies and scent leaves) harvested from my garden. Cc MariahAngel. This is it

Prestonn:Yummy! Cooking stew with Extra virgin olive oil is not an option for most of us in Nigeria. It's damn expensive. I bought a 100ml bottle for 800 naira. This same amount will get me 750ml of Golden Penny soy or groundnut oil. Anyway I bought the olive oil for making my cream and not for cooking How do you use sugar to cook stew? How did the stew taste? I may try this |
Laurene:They're not the same. I don't know the English name for curry leave, but it belongs to the Basil and Scent leaf family. Parsley on the other hand is an exotic herb. It looks morphologically similar to celery and cilantro. I will take pics of the Celery and Parsley in my box garden and send later today |
mariahAngel:Yes. I was bored that day, so I decided to play around with creativity ![]() Thanks thanks. I have another crazy stuff going on in my head for the past 2 days. I will post it online when I make it on Saturday |
mariahAngel:First, I made normal white pap at home. For the colour, I have this zobo infusion I made for a long time seating in my refrigerator. To make the zobo infusion, get zobo leaves, lightly rinse in running water to remove any debris/dust. Put in a container, add water and allow it sit for hours or days. Use this water as to mix the pap. You can store the remaining infusion in the fridge. It's not bitter but kind of tart. However, it had the aroma abi na scent of Ribenna. |
armyofone:I've not.eaten ofada rice. I'm not sure |
Prestonn:Thanks boss wanderingsoup:I'm not sure of the date yet but you can DM me for private classes. Regards Born2winnx:Thanks for the offer but we are worlds apart |
Munzy14:Na to come learn from you o Halcyon123:Thanks. Yes i will. |
KanuSE:For the banana bread, the topping is coconut For the normal bread, the toppings are Chia seeds and sesame seeds. They are edible and very healthy, the chia seeds are highly nutritious and expensive (a peak milk cup costs 1,800) Born2winnx:I am a Pastry Chef. I cook for myself. I'm the kind of Chef that loves teaching rather than cooking for commercial purpose. Interested in learning? DM me |
BlueRayDick:Kindly see the attached pics. It tastes yum. This is Quiche aux poulet. We made this during my time at Culinary school. It's kinda expensive to make Prestonn:Okay. It is a French Pastry
|
Banana bread smeared with my homemade mango jam The other one is yeast bread topped with chia and sesame seeds Halcyon123 This is mine. It was almost too salty. I used normal salt forgetting that my margarine is salted
|
Munzy14:Wow....you farm? |
BlueRayDick:Huncle, host me na. Lemme chow half the pizza. Have you guys tasted Quinche? That's the king abi senior brother to pizza. Prestonn, have you? |
