PoliticsRe: Suspension Of Twitter: SERAP To Sue Buhari's Government by Akposy(m): 8:38pm On Jun 04, 2021
The FG (Lai Mohammed, Garba Shehu and Adamu Garba) should be sued and brought to the street.

Every patriotic citizen should Soro soke. This is when we need our pastors, imams, influencers, business men/women, celebrities, etc to speak up/against tyranny.

Where is Osibanjo? May God not let me and my loved ones be as useless as him.

This is really nice. I have been buying smoothie.
Please teach me how to make it. Thanks
Thanks.
It's all about preference and goal
You may decide to do fruit smoothie, veggie smoothie or a combo of the two.
Just blend your favourite fruits together, you can add skimmed milk or yogurt

This is what I had for breakfast this morning.
I made this with
Celery
Pineapple
Watermelon
Orange and lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Tigernut powder (I made this)
Protein powder (I made this too)
Honey

It ain't sweet at all but the goal is HEALTH

Happy new month foodies!

This is to remind you to prioritize your health this month. There have been so many sad news of kidney problem, cancer, diabetes, ulcer et Al. If you can, grow those small vegetables you eat at home organically. Too much use of pesticides and failure of many farmers to adhere to their PHI is one of the major causes of cancer.

What's your health goal for this new month. Mine is daily exercise and smoothie for breakfast.

The entire fruits in the first pics cost me 800. Bulk/whole buying help you save cash.
Pics 2. Prepping for freezing
Pics 3. First smoothie of the month. It was made with banana, pineapple, orange, watermelon, strawberry and milk
The last pics shows the peels. I will use them in making zobo later

Health is wealth. If permitted, I will talk on how I make my own body butter (cream) and soap soon.

Meanwhile, join me celebrate my 1year and 5 months of no carbonated drink (coke, fanta et Al) and alcohol consumption

Made a chocolate cake desert with frosting (frosting for the first time and it was a bit runny).

May God continue to help us do.the right thing at the right time.

Dang! shocked

Akposy's kitchen skills made me have stupid confidence the other day to enter the kitchen and explore my cooking "potentials" as if I have one.

I ended up embarrassing myself in the kitchen after sweating for two long hours plus the time I spent running in and out of the toilet. Thank God I no kee myself with food poison that day.

Well in this life, I've come to the conclusion that all fingers can never be equal in certain issues.

Some men will be good at cooking while other isiokpukpus like me can only be good at eating. grin
You wan kill me with laugh here cheesy cheesy. What did you cook first? I started like this too. Consistence and persistence is key.

Yea man wanted to employ him as a personal chef..he declined.

The pay was good ..we could even renegotiate on it...if he wants a raise
Lol. Thanks once again.
However, 50k is not a good pay for a certified chef and it ain't a bad pay considering the offer (part-time), but we ain't in the same state. Also, I prefer teaching. You can DM me to learn at a cheap rate. We can video call, voice or picture learn/teach.

Love his dishes style though.[/quote]

Permit me to wet your day with the mouth watering, brain scattering & appetizing meal i made this morning.

Steamed beans pudding (vegan), corn pap jelly & air fried fish rolled in pepper sauce.
Both moi moi are vegan. For the green one, i used some herbs (parsley, basil, spinach, green chillies and scent leaves) harvested from my garden.

I don't know the English name for curry leave, but it belongs to the Basil and Scent leaf family.

Parsley on the other hand is an exotic herb. It looks morphologically similar to celery and cilantro.

I will take pics of the Celery and Parsley in my box garden and send later today
First pics. Parsley
Second pic. Celery

Turkey Stew..Ate mine with bread tongue

INGREDIENTS
●Extra virgin olive oil
●Garlic
●Onions
●Carrot
●Celery
●Tomato puree
●Basil leaf
●Salt
●Sugar
●Red wine

Na like this today take end, tomorrow na another day, make i write market list for tomorrow before I sleep, food nor go kill person cheesy
Yummy!
Cooking stew with Extra virgin olive oil is not an option for most of us in Nigeria. It's damn expensive. I bought a 100ml bottle for 800 naira. This same amount will get me 750ml of Golden Penny soy or groundnut oil. Anyway I bought the olive oil for making my cream and not for cooking

How do you use sugar to cook stew? How did the stew taste? I may try this

Akposy, how did you achieve this zobo pap?
I ❤ the colour.
At first look, I thought it was beetroot...

Was it bitter?
First, I made normal white pap at home.
For the colour, I have this zobo infusion I made for a long time seating in my refrigerator.
To make the zobo infusion, get zobo leaves, lightly rinse in running water to remove any debris/dust. Put in a container, add water and allow it sit for hours or days. Use this water as to mix the pap. You can store the remaining infusion in the fridge.

It's not bitter but kind of tart. However, it had the aroma abi na scent of Ribenna.

Wait o, what did you sprinkle all over - is that edible?
For the banana bread, the topping is coconut
For the normal bread, the toppings are Chia seeds and sesame seeds. They are edible and very healthy, the chia seeds are highly nutritious and expensive (a peak milk cup costs 1,800)
