If you live outside naija, you will become master in DIY.
Nigerians don't even try. If not for diasporeans that come out with cooking alternatives etc we will still be stuck preparing dishes our ancestors started with. Our comfort zone is something else. We are not adventurous. And this has affected all facets of our lives. We will rather buy spagetti from the market than prepare spag ourselves or make common bread.

We only know how to buy dry fish but we are blessed with the environment to smoke our dry fish ourselves. When madam is busy being madam that will relegate duties to housegirl and oga will be like ' it's unafrican for a man to enter the kitchen'.

Kpomo
Fresh pepper
Tomato
Seasoning cube
G. Oil
Spices
Onions.

Wash and boil your kpomo with salt, seasoning and ginger/garlic till it is soft. Set aside.
Fry your onions in oil till it is fragant and translucent. Add in your roughly blended (or diced) pepper and tomato. Fry very well.
Add in your boiled kpomo. Fry for about 10 minutes or so
Serve.

Sellers here should also be reasonable with their pricings. Some "unfairly used" items for sale here is about the price of a new one. Some even are more expensive than a new one. When you call their attention to it (I guess they ignored their common sense), they assume you are bad energy. I sometimes come here to laugh

I've been on this thread for some time now, yet I've not been able to successfully buy anything here.

Most of you sellers lack basic human relations skill. The last seller I contacted here is in Abuja. I was interested in a wardrobe he advertised. Unfortunately for me, I am in Jos. I called him and informed him of my location, I didn't negotiate the price because it was a good clearance price. I spent 600 to and fro a park to get a commercial driver to pick up from Abuja and bring to Jos.

...long story short, he said the driver had to pick up from his place. Driver said he can't go into town due to task force wahala. I pleaded with him to send his account details so I can make payment (proof of seriousness) while I look for another alternative, I was ghosted.

Dear Seller,
You guys should try and come to a common ground with your prospective customers. We make efforts/sacrifices most of the time to make purchases. The least you can do is inform the buyer that you can't sell instead of blocking/ghosting people. This attitude is nauseating.

Na money I no get sha, if I get money before wetin I day find for clearance sales.

Yes sir. It is not very cheap now but still cheap. I got the shombo and hot pepper used from my garden. I also got the onions used from my garden.
I also bought 2 ponmo for #200. I've been craving this for some time now.
