merahki: Your dishes are beautiful For one so young!? And a guy too (Excuse my sexism and ageism)
Good luck in your life career as a chef surely? I have a male friend who works in Dubai as a chef
@pasta, one time a guy made a pasta dish (will try and remember what he called it) ...and was watching me eat his "delicacy" (after I had made him eat into soup and Jollof- he is from a French colonized WA country)
I remember I ate 6 strands, he kept watching me, expectant and all I retched....badly and excused self from eating further
I embarrassed my ancestors that day, I am sure...that's the largest amount of pasta I ever had, 6 strands..,,I adore rice (not basmati or any other scented, exotic rice ) ....in fact, I am rice itself...no space to share with any substitute in my heart-couscous o, pasta o, all Cheers
(P.S- your birthday cake? Sinful, jeez) You are quite excused. Oh! Is he Nigerian? Lol.. You can still learn.... Have you tried jollof pasta? Try something new. Thanks |

Gently add the boiling water. Mix with a spatula till you get a uniform mixture. Pour in a baking tin/pan Bake for 25 - 30 mins in a preheated oven (180degree) Remove from the oven when am inserted toothpick or knife comes out clean. Allow to cool and frost as desired! Note The cake batter will be very thin after adding the boiling water. This is correct and results in the most delicious and moist chocolate cake I've ever tasted! |

There’s a few easy things you can do that only the mamas at the top know about. But I’ve discovered them, innit. Holla at me.
This thing I can recommend works even better if you’re based outside Nigeria. Share pls |
