I made this for breakfast two days ago.
Fried noodles, beans, fried egg and my baked bread

Recipe
Flour....about 3cups
Yeast
Salt....1 teaspoon
Sugar... 2 tablespoons
Olive oil... 1 tablespoon

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add in the sugar, salt and oil. Mix together with the flour till a soft dough is formed. Knead on a flat surface till smooth. Cover in a bowl and leave to rise for an hour. Grease your pan and bake for about 40mins or so at 190 degree C.

I baked this bread last night with just flour, mixed fruit, sugar, salt, yeast and few drops of olive oil (anointing oil)..hehehe

You sef you stubborn. My wife would be doing back flips if i offered to take her out instead of cooking for the family. You like wahala too much. And yeah, we all got nicknames in my abode. My wife's Ayinke, because i pamper her too much. My first kid is masterflex. It used to be DJ masterpee because it took forever for him to stop wetting the bed. He didn't like it after his bed wetting stopped so i took out the "pee" and swapped it with "flex". My Second kid is Akpons, well just because he behaves like a warri boy too much. im mouth too sharp and e strong strong like winch. Small as he is he can knock out 15 pull ups at a go. That's amazing for a seven year old. As for me, my wife just tags me anyone that fancies her mood. It could be Mr Akpan, Captain foodo, sebalese, (wound that Eba), i love eba too much, and her favorite which is "Temi". My actual name is never pronounced unless i'm in trouble. Lol. . . .

Pls oh, I've been searching for an Isoko movie to watch for a while. I love my movies being absolutely traditional. Epic movies are my preference. The closest I've got are Epic Urhobo movies.

Don't we have any Isoko movies at all? Abeg someone advice. BarryX, Akposy, Cococandy, everyone else - your input pls..

I got mad.. Walked into a veggie store.. Kado estate abuja.. Picked some items (#200) those guys are my friends.. Spent three hours in total from market to kitchen.. Came up with this..

Breakdown..
I got the apple cutting vid from YouTube..

The goatmeat peppersoup is quite easy.. Curry leaf, scent leaf ( i dunno if its d same as curry leaf o, the ibo woman forced it on me), goatmeat, all kinds of peppers, onions. And the ground peppersoup mix

Then I got Basmati rice 1kg for #850... Added my carrots (diced), green pepper, sweet pepper ( i swear, its nt pepperish at all.. Was surprised and very sweet)



And the remaining..
Lettuce.. And those circular stuff are called radishes.. Not a fan sha.. But its fun to garnish with.

Cost of that meal is maybe #1500.. Which is actually worth it.
