If not for selfishness of some people in authority, going cashless will minimize these issues. I remember when we had currency change and limited physical cash, these kidnappings stopped. We may need to redesign currency again put a timeline for swap with limit and do more with digital channels. Kidnappings thrive where physicall cash is readily available

Whenever I visit a public pool and these teenagers come around I am forced to leave for my safety. The level of horseplay coupled with stubbornness they display will put other swimmers at risk. It is possible the young man slipped and hit his head or his friends held him down under the water in cause of their rough play. Most lifeguards do not know their job or are not equipped for it. How many pools have a standard life guard seat that is well elevated and allows the guard have a broad view. The loss is unfortunate. May God console the family

For those who remember, FRSC at the onset had authority. Sighting them from a distance puts some fear in you. The thought of meeting them makes you ensure your vehicle is in good shape with all other requirements. They book you and send you to a different location to pay. The did not collect bribes. They had authority without guns.

Is the Commissioner of Health telling us that scarce equipment like Magnetic Resonance Imaging Machines (MRI), Computer Tomography Machines, Digital Mammography, Digital Radiography was in a store. These ought to be deployed immediately procured. Only consumables and vaccines should be stored. This is what we get when a contract is executed for selfish gains without the people at heart. Who buys these expensive medical equipment and keep them in the store?

It is painful the accident was fatal. If asked the true reason for the chase you may be amazed. Was the driver being chased a wanted person? Was there a crime being investigated and they needed to stop that vehicle? It may be a matter of settlement that they risked their lives

They may not necessarily be kidnappers. It could be a set up. The main kidnappers may have just asked an innocent bike man and his friend to just drive to a particular sport and stay say 5mins. With that, the kidnappers could call the family and give description and place just to be sure police are not involved. Don't be surprised they may have promised the bike man 10k for just that acting alone.

Which right thinking parent will send a handy man to her home without adult supervision.

Why should an arrest be done by 1am like you're arresting a dangerous armed criminal.
