CareerRe: Surveyors, Builders, Architects & Estate Mgrs' Corner (Aspirants & Professionals) by akyus(m): 12:26am On May 30, 2011
I needed counseling on the O'level requirements and the university to apply for the course during my Jamb reg. but was not fortunate to meet with the professionals on a forum like this. Felt so happy when I came across it. Though people are yet to join, I must confess that the discussions here are educative. Thanks.

PoliticsRe: 24hrs Light During Presidential Elections A Good Omen I Guess For Gej Continuity by akyus(m): 5:52pm On Apr 16, 2011
The few that can afford giant generators and fuel won't even complain that we have power problem. Why are we so self-centered? We draw conclusions that everything is alright because we're living comfortably. But we know very well that the gap between the poor and the rich is getting wider. That is wickedness.

PoliticsRe: Buhari Is Not The Change We Need (be Wise) by akyus(m): 11:16am On Mar 11, 2011
@Poster you're very correct. No individual can take us to the promised land it has to be a collective effort. You will agree with me that for the past 12 years, the PDP have done alot but when you look at the position of Nigeria in Africa very well, you will know that we have a long way to go. So as for me if Buhari had come under the pdp he would have missed my support. I'm not saying pdp is a total failure I know of pdp governors who deserve a second term.
PoliticsRe: David 'misadventure' Mark And The Shooting Of Lawrence Onoja by akyus(m): 12:30pm On Mar 10, 2011
I don't believe that David Mark as a person would not do such a thing. He is a peace loving Nigerian.

PoliticsRe: Mammoth Crowd At Ribadu's Rally In Benue State !!!! by akyus(m): 8:00pm On Mar 05, 2011
The crowd were out to support the ACN guber candidate in the state. Prof. Steven Torkuma Ugba. What I know is that Nigerians will not vote for political parties but the individuals. Prof. Steven and Young Alhaji is a good combination.
CrimeRe: Bizzare: Education Minister's Son despoils Six Months Pregnant Woman In Dad's Hotel by akyus(m): 2:09pm On Mar 04, 2011
~Bluetooth:
Never under-estimate the power of woman ! This is somebody that may have been receiving phone calls and text messages with the bou behind the husband and now wey kasala burst, she turned saint.
What would a responsible woman go and do in a hotel with a stranger ? I blame the woman here.
This is a very sad incident. And I like the points you raised. The meeting was not arranged at the party. So it's obvious she was in touch with the guy. I don't know who to blame here but my, but my sincere sorry goes to the two major victims, I mean the husband and the unborn child.
FamilyRe: How Do I Get Rid Of Cockroaches? by akyus(m): 7:54pm On Feb 26, 2011
Emperoh:
While buying the snipper, pls but about two wraps of camphor
U won't believe how effective they are in keeping cockroaches away!!!
After your snippet spplicstion, just drop them around corners and where they mostly parade.

U won't see them in a long while. I used that instead of any pesticide ans they are mostly goneA
I have used snipper for years truely, it used to be very effective. But most of what you have in market now is fake. I prefer insect powder it's cheap and very effective.
PoliticsRe: Bakare Liable To Death By Stoning In Islamic Law- Jibrin by akyus(m): 11:20am On Feb 18, 2011
Kobojunkie:
This is no new phenomena. And this is reason why I go by individual belief, not by what the majority view on issues of faith. In this particular case, this man believes it is OK to put another to death for switching religions. Would I say  because it is not in the Quran, I should not take this man's statement seriously? HECK NO!!! I will judge him by his own belief, whether it is or is not in the quran.
. Bull's eye @ Kobojunkie, Nigeria will be a better place if Nigerians begin to reason this way.
PoliticsRe: Bakare Liable To Death By Stoning In Islamic Law- Jibrin by akyus(m): 10:23am On Feb 18, 2011
@aspabay, I understand how you feel. But let's look at it this way, according to the newspaper, this is an individual speaking not even a group. And the man did not even quote a single verse from the Holy Quaran. And you that is supposed to laugh and at the man's ignorance is reacting and calling a whole region primitive.
PoliticsRe: What Wher The Hausa's Doing When The Igbo,s & Yoruba's Wher Developing? by akyus(m): 10:33am On Feb 12, 2011
@Poster, I know you were expecting to see a paradise the Hausas have built with the oil money. All thanks to The NYSC at least you're now enlightened. Those few corrupt leaders in the south like the ones in North can't deceive you. Let's begin to hold individuals accountable. Let's stop this North/South, Christian/Muslem thing it won't help us. They are using all these to confuse us while they carry on their looting. God help Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Riot In The North Over Jonathan's Win by akyus(m): 3:06pm On Jan 19, 2011
God is the mighty warrior. He did not need any body to fight for Him. He is ever ready to fight our battles for us. All He requires of us is to worship and praise Him. And show love to even the person that claims to be our enemy. I don't know what is happening, but I'm just beginning to hate seeing words like christian, moslem, north and south.
PoliticsRe: Ekiti: Panel Invites Ex-gov Oni Over ‘missing’ 593 Cows by akyus(m): 6:21pm On Dec 28, 2010
Excellent! Exactly what should be happening in Jos. Let's begin to hold people acountable. It's sad when people who swear to protect lives and property are not doing so and to make matters worse they still want to remain in office.

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Killing His Own People by akyus(m): 12:31pm On Dec 05, 2010
@dplordx, that's a very powerful comment. Do you know that people have different opinions when they see a half glass of water? While some may see it as half full, others would say it is half empty. Don't mind some comments here, everyone is entitled to his own opinion. May those departed souls rest in the bosom of the Lord. Amen.
PoliticsRe: Why Yoruba Must Support Jonathan by akyus(m): 11:43am On Dec 03, 2010
@malu-brain, how is your mother in-law. Did you succeed in taking her to bed as you planned. Seems like you're suffering from malarial. You need to see a physician.
PoliticsRe: Jumbo Pay: Reps Back Down, Sanusi I Will Be Back : by akyus(m): 11:15am On Dec 03, 2010
What makes me very sad is that non of them even cares about the rising cost of things in our markets. Sanusi, may God empower you with more wisdom and boldness to save our economy from the hands of wicked politicians.
