This is a bit dicey.

I can't advice anyone to quit their job because I do not know their mindset about business, however, seeing that I myself is a mobile money agent, i can advise thus:

I for one don't like anything that has to do with working for someone, so if he really wants to leave his job, your friend should be very smart, rugged and open minded if he wants to start doing POS because firstly, business is not for the faint hearted, you have to be ruthless with yourself in terms of discipline and all and secondly, POS business involves money and you know how people can be with money.

The most important metrics for starting a POS are a. Location b. Traffic of people (i.e number of people that move around the location daily) c. Type of location (i.e business area or residential) d. Number of existing operators e. Proximity of the location to an ATM/Bank

Your friend can carry out a survey on these metrics and if the results are good, it means he can launch business.

He should just set a target of 3 to 6 months of diligent hard work, in this time, he will have built trust, gained customers and know how the whole thing works, above all he'll know the range of transactions he does daily and expected daily income, once he has a grasp of this, he can employ a recommended trustworthy person (pay attention to the word recommend and trustworthy) with this, he can get something else doing or even look for another location to start second branch.

If he decides to quit his job and follow this, the only regret he'll have his not starting earlier.

In my school, we used one old red golf car... Imagine thousands of students none had a car.

On top of the golf was a very huge lady. She was the fattest on campus. With serious vigor, she was dancing in the sense of celebration and making her heavy breast bouncing up and down like Agege bread.

And that was my only joy giver in the whole parade because every look on bombing brought telepathic sensation to my dick making it rock hard like the pillars supporting the 3rd Mainland Bridge.

Twice or Thrice the car broke down but the spirit of celebration wasn't rather it brought down untold frenzy because, As the mechanical students worked seriously on it, others danced merrily around it in the manner of a chalked eyed native doctor.

The Parade only came to an end when the Head of Mechanical students announced ontop of his lungs that the "Engine has knocked" One might expect us to kneel and cry for the loss of Monster Car but Never! We only kissed her goodbye on the Dusty road of this particular school in the heart of Kaduna.

Lending a hand, I helped the fat lady get down and boy! Her face looked so flushed and forlorn...I guessed she was scared of using her God Forgive leg-dibenz.

Nevertheless, we continued on our leg-dibenz which was very stressful cos soon as I started running to keep pace with others, I felt like fainting.

Advice Needed. I Have An Issue Bothering My Soul And Life..

I am based on the mainland and I recently came back from akwa Ibom where I did my youth service... I stay with my brother on mainland hoping to get a job and move out..

By God grace, there is possibility of me getting a Job on the island even though it is not yet concluded... Meanwhile the job will be on probation as I am currently being trained on it.

I have a lady Frnd Dt I met since last year, no sexual stuff btw us. We have just been friends. She stays on the island (ajah) and her rent is expired, though she didn't plan to continue living in That house. Our plan is Dt she is moving out and I will pay but recently she had some financial issues and wunt be able to move out again. So she suggested that we should pay another 1 year rent.

My concerns:
1. She is not really troublesome but sumtyms she is very stubborn. Anyway she is a Good lady sha.

2. Possibility Dt her sis will stay with us. I don't know much abt her sis and I don't want trouble.

3. a. The house is located in a ghetto like area in Ajah where the bathroom has no door and even the next person bathroom and people outside will know u r the one bathing. (bathroom fence not tall and no roof)

3.b. The toilet fence are so short that the next person can see u and u can see him/her while pooing . I love privacy and this kind life is not what I wished for..

4. The environment is notin to write about but I can cope...

What should I do? I don't intend rejecting this job due to lack of a good place to stay and I can't stay In mainland to be working in island which of course is still a probatory stuff.
