Happy to be "properly" back I have been off this thread and off exercising for the past 50 days. I have been able to do portion control correctly thereby stagnating my weight at 82.5kg, although at some point i bloated up to 85kg due to medications which also left me sick. Now am ok and good at 82.5kg and ready to continue bigger than when i started. Anyways, i may not be able to log my daily exercise and food routine, i will write how my weekly exercise log looks like. Day 1: Cardio*/Flexibility Workout (stretch*) Day 2: Rest/Abs or Total Workout (circuit*) Day 3: Cardio/Flexibility Workout (stretch) Day 4: Rest/Total Workout or Abs* Day 5: Rest Day 6: Circuit Training/Abs and Back* Day 7 Rest Cardio - Brisk-walking, Jumping Rope or Jogging Circuit - its just working out (all forms of aerobics) without breaking at all Abs - Crunches, back extensions, plank, bird dog etc Back - Dead-lifts, back extensions, bicycle crunches etc Total Body Strength or workout - Squats with dumbbells, push ups, lunges, chest press, dead-lifts, dumbbell row, triceps, biceps, bird dog, crunches etc. Sets and time increases as the weeks goes by. I will always log my routine in when the time or sets changes and of course when i eat the wrong food too . The only new diet i added is soya oil and labelled NO CHOLESTEROL, i dont know how true that is anyway. Log for 1/12 Brunch 12 noon - 4 slices of white bread with spread Dinner 9:13pm - 4 medium slices of yam and egg sauce (fried) Water intake - Above 2 ltrs Exercise - Nil (but on the move for an hour) Romeo where art thou? |

Actually all the instructions are well defined in it, but its just like the usual hpt procedure you do with first urine but this one is urine taken within the period of 10am to 8pm whichever time is convenient for the user. Another thing is dis no water/liquid intake, 2 hours before test to get a full concentrate. Anyways eja, tell the person to read the instructions wella, take care |

modath: thanks for asking modath, i dey o, been on some medical procedures that had given me some symptoms that made exercising really impossible. I have exams too, so surfing the net is completely outta my agenda (infact there is a ban on it), anyways portion control what ave been doing just to keep on, lots of vegetables and fruits and more water of course. I will resume exercise immediately am medically fit to do so and continue posting my daily logs immediately i wont check my back to log onto the Internet to all new entrants (mightlove, okoji), welcome and meet the gurus, they are never tired of helping out. take care and keep on loving @ eja, how far? how body? |

@ chyk91, pls on a personal note, you can be different, there are good doctors out there and we appreciate them, its only unfortunate that the ones that dont have our time have out-numbered the ones who are passionate about their jobs and their patients. If you decide to explain what you are doing to ur patients, they ll know you for it and appreciate you always. My present doctor is someone like that and he is known for it, infact they call his clinic 'community centre', we pay good money for the services but we are not moved because someone have time to listen and explain things to us when we ask. |

Log for 10/10 B - 8.30am - 2 slices of wheat bread and butter L - 1.00pm - 4 slices wheat bread, stew and beverage with skimmed milk, no sugar L - 2.30pm - 2 servings rice, 4 fried plantain and a piece of chicken D - (I think nil) Water Intake - 2 ltrs, Exercise - 6.45am - Brisk walking on the spot for 5 mins, Lunges (20, 15), Squats (20, 20, 15), biceps curls (2x20), raising dumbbells both upwards and sideways(20, 10), stretched for 3 mins. I cant run evening session, feeling really sick. |

Snowwy: My brother, you are really lucky and thats it. I never knew about the sulphur part anyway, but all i know is prayer and more carefulness is what we all need, the system is so decayed that one does not know where to run to any longer. As you rightly said, some of these medications are administered by doctors, yet they are "poisons in doses". And with the online stuff you advised, how may people are literate enough to do this. But to be on the safe side too, we can still check into the nearest clinics for any drug administrations as some of the doctors are still awake to their responsibilities. But we can still do one thing, WARNING OTHERS |
