I think our people should conduct and verify information first before commenting. This bill will strangulate the little pressure the Civil Society mount on Federal government and other levels and aspects of governance in delivering a good and efficient governance to the populace. The NGO already has rules and regulations governing them, why this new bill. Implement and execute those ones. Before an NGO is established you have to meet all the requirements before registering it with the CAC. I sense foul play. An example of such NGO is Doctors without Border that has been helping the incapacitated FG. This NGO helps in fullfilling Social Responsibility that our FG can not do. Our politicians will abuse these law to the fullest. It simply means that any Church or any NGO or Civil Society that does not dance in the same tune to them will be denied their License. Imagine Church Organization listing all the donations, tithes and offerings they get to the FG and state what they will use it for before they can spend it. Am not saying that these Non Governmental Organizations should not be regulated, they already have sufficient laws guiding them. They should implement and try any of them found wanting but not establishing this bill. Let us remember that this is Non - Governmental Organization not government agency. We have so many things to monitor if the FG is looking for what to monitor. The Constutiency projects that our Legilasture do away with what have the FG done about it. Our freedom of expression is under treat. This particular government want to cage every body in one corner. That can not happen and personally I don't subscribe to this bill at all because there are laws already to fish out the people that go against the rules and regulations governing the NGO and Civil Society Organizations.

There are two sections in the TPA act that may be deployed into making such declarations: Section 2 and; Section 9.



The TPA act makes provision for the declaration of a group as being a Terrorist group on a number of grounds.

It is very easy to refer to[b] Section 2 of the act[/b] which makes provision for a process that involves judicial processes, procedures and pronouncement. Most applicable to local terrorism.

However [b]Section 9 of the act[/b]makes express approval for the executive arm to immediately declare a group as a Terrorist group. This is specifically in relation to international affiliations and sponsorship.

In the case of IPOB, there is reliable Intel available to the Nigerian Army suggesting the foreign links and backings of IPOB to certain international terrorism networks.

The move by the Nigerian Govt. is therefore in order and can only be upturned by any aggrieved person who takes the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction. In the mean time, the declaration remains in full force and anybody (either physically or over the internet), found to be soliciting for a terrorist group may be found culpable.

Let us be enlightened.

I just got a conditional offer from an Al1 Australian university, to pay around 17000aus dollars as 1st semester tuition. The school is requesting for bank statement in other to issue COE. The question i have now is regarding the Bank statement.My calculation shows that after paying the 1st semester tuition fee, from my moms bank statement showing like 14m, i will be left with like 9m to apply to the embassy. Will the 9m be okay for the embassy application?

I assisted them to work their Vehicle because they were heading to Adamawa state. and after that I have to make sure that I escorted them to a place for them to continue their long journey. The reason why we are taking another one basically is that we don't really have records other wise the 4 full dosage we took when we were small covers us starting 2 months after birth, 4 month, 6- 8 months and final loading dose 4- 6 years of age. Outside this we can take it if the country the person is entering is not polio free, if you are a health care provider given care to patients of such or you are working in a laboratory or handling a specimen that contains such polio virus. Thanks my dear. I have had the polio vaccine before in the hospital but no card was issued for it then. My point is 1, the polio vaccine duration is 6months and am leaving by January. The polio vaccine is it a must to take it like the yellow fever that I took Which has a duration of 10 years.

The payment of the tuition fees is done by the student directly to the account the school provided. Most schools in Australia used Flywire in receiving their payment. Kindly request the details you needed from your agent to proceed for your payment. Always ask your agent questions because you are the original applicant to avoid mistakes or wrongful entering of your data by the agent. Monitor and work closely with your agent.

You must pay tuition deposit before the school will give the coe to apply for visa and this amount will be stated on the offer letter the school gave your cuz.

The agent will inform the student to make this payment directly to the school account.

Becareful of giving money to agent especially if the agent is not from the school.
