you are absolutely right. relationshp should be a way of love sharing and knowing each other the more. one of the many things that can ruin a relationshp is s*x because of lost of value thereafter and a host of other negative implication. I strongly belong to team-abstainance.

you actually didnt say much abt the guy. i'll advice that the guy should accept Christ as his Lord and savour and then join a bible believing church because in Him he'll find real care and help. I'm so sure that he'll find the solution he desire.

is it biblical to pray for the dead?...can such prayer be answered?
just few days ago, Ondo state governor, Mimiko call for a three days fasting for the departed souls in the ill-fated plan crash and it is very common to hear comments like; 'may God grant you eternal rest', rest in peace, rest in God's bossom..e.t.c...i have never come accross a place in the bible where prayers like these are offered. Can such a prayer be answered by God?. if you believe it's biblical, i'll want you to explain pls. because i want to know.
i'll appreciate it if you can quote bible references to support your view on this.
