I think the issue isn't all about non availability of jobs in those state but that most of the youths in those areas prefer not to work but look for meal ticket illegally.

I don't even understand her claim anymore after looking at the two concept. First she design for female while Ebuka rocked a distinct male design. Secondly, even removing the "sex" part of it, it still look much different. That is supposed to be a jumpsuit, the buttons configuration are quite different, her own open chest bare, the corlers are different.

This insanity Fayose started was totally uncalled for, these kind of elected officials and their juvenile gimmicks are part of the reasons we are the butt of jokes in the comity of other countries.

Imagine a whole two term governor acting like a teen that just hit puberty and still in his formative years. A fool at 40 is.....

People like him and Dino have no place in the corridors of power and government, governance is an extremely important to task and they enjoy making a joke out of it.
I can't agree less bro. it is just so wrong and unacceptable to think off.

Nigeria and its institutions are now a joke under the dullard. If only the Lifeless knew that selective justice is no justice.

See as the mobile police man is in on it and laughing heavily, while covering his face with a BB cap.

Where is February when you need it now, to help boot the dullard back to Daura.
if this joke and mockery will end with Buhari, it'll be reasonably understood but unfortunately, the joke won't go away after him because things like this goes in circles. What you guys fail to understand is that this is a mockery of our country and institutions and not on the Buhari; not even on the presidency. What we don't reject now, will be a normal child's play in the future under either a PDP or APC government. May God help us.

What i don't understand is how you'll call someone your fiancee and you can't be getting a firsthand information of her health status and you have to rely on what his brother posted or his calls. Why that is so need explaination.

To some extend you're right. Can't agree 100% because rape in the real sense is real and can be a very traumatic experiece but like you said, ours laws have to change to protect the innocent once what can be accused wrongly.

Truth be told, with that word "consentual" rape happens technically in almost all marriages if not all.

Not at all bro. For tinubu to ask for and insist on direct primary in Lagos, he is relinquishing his power and given it directly to the people. No single person or group of persons can determine the Destiny of Lagos state anymore without the agreement of all party members.
Only a true leader can do that and I respect him for that.

Nice write-up!
The level of voters education in Nigeria is generally low all over the country Let alone the basic knowledge of the law. Let me remind everybody who care to know that the last kogi state guber. Election was declared inconclusive based on same ground and against APC the rulling party and I remember raising the issue of the supremacy of the constitution over the electoral acts.....the case was later challenged to the level of supreme court and the court backed INEC in her rulling.
This case isn't controversial at all based on the precedent as stated above but then, when people want to be mischievous, they close eyes to the truth.

You goofed big time by keeping such secret before marriage; it's called deciet and pls stop justifying your actions with such shallow reasons but the deed is done already and now unto the way out.
Don't talk to your parents until all other means fails...pls don't?
"Genuinely" say you're sorry and apologize while taking responsibility for your insincerity prior to now; don't try to justify or find excuse for your action while doing that.....I know you claimed you've done that severally but trust me, you may need to do it properly if you want him to understand.
If the above failed, look for someone he "respect" and listen to like his pastor or anybody that he respect dearly and talk to him/her about the whole issues and let him apologize on your behalf and talk to him.
If that one fall too which I doubt, then report him to his parents.

Politics / Re: Your Blackmail On New Amnesty Boss Has Failed – Niger Delta Emancipation Group by Alexk2(m): 1:48pm On Sep 12, 2018
Babygiwa:

The Niger Delta Emancipation Group has on called on Nigerians to ignore the online publications saying that the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo has continued to hobnob with one Ms. Tahirah Ikharo.

In a press release by the President of Niger Delta Emancipation Group, Ochuko Edevebie said the publication is an attempt to blackmail Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo by for fighting corruption in the Amnesty Programme.

“Some people are out to tarnish the image of Prof Charles Dokubo as he has blocked all the loopholes of siphoning Amnesty funds so the allegation of womanizing is a proof that he has brought to bear on the activities of the Amnesty office, Edevebie said.

“His financial prudence and good ethics is one of the the reasons they are disparaging Prof. Dokubo to discourage him. Prof Dokubo can never be distracted to reshape the Amnesty Programme so that it could positively impact those who are meant to be catered for.

We called on the Niger Deltans to ignore the allegations, the statement concluded.

What type of press release is this one now. The said alleged "honobing" was never debunked let alone giving us reason to ignore it but you people went ahead to praise the prof. To high heavens; saying he isn't corrupt. Hope you know what moral corruption is all about? Bad follower everywhere!

Mordecai:

Igboland shares borders with a large number if ethnic groups, Igala, Idoma, Isoko, Urhobo etc, all the way down to the SS.

But honestly, apart from online commentaries that talk of frictions between them, I am yet to see or hear of Igbos fighting with their SS neighbours on the ground. All we see is them living together, marrying one another and fetching water from the same streams.

As for our politicians, Amaechi, an Ikwerre would tell you he's Igbo. Patience Jonathan, though born Igbo was adopted and grew up an Okrika woman. GEJ, an Ijaw man bears an Igbo name. Peter Obi's wife is from Akwa Ibom, and throughout his eight years as Governor and his wife the first lady, it's as if that fact is nonexistent.

So do not tell us to conveniently "forget" a fact. We are not enemies with the SS. We might not agree on everything, but that's the point of politics, isn't it?
I think you're either distorting history or you just don't know well enough about the subject matter. Whatever it is, no offence. What do I know self. lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

2019 election isn't about who the candidates are. every single voter would have to search their conscience thoroughly if the last 4 years have been productive to him, in terms of economy, security and general well-being, or he/she would be better off with the 5k been offered at the polling station
If it's not about candidates or the personalities of would be aspirants then generally we haven't learn anything from our past failures. So after searching conscenices and making the choice btw the options you itemize above, is it not human they'll vote for? Is it not candidates that'll help votes make such informed decisions and right choices? I know where you're driving at bro but that was the basis for our failure in time past; playing the ostrich game.
Your hatred for one shouldn't make you vote for any devil because that new devil may be worse than we can bear; let's do away with sentiments and propaganda put together by same elites who don't care about us, face the reality and vote wisely.

Before nko, they aren't stupid and they never forget history so easily. You need to read of how they were persecuted and called different names during the civil war. How can they stand it when within the "real" igbos, there are halfcast and second citizens. Forget wike style or Dickson large heart o, they know what's up when it comes to that one.

The below bolded is the reason of the indifference of being the president

"A group of boys were going to the field to play, he came accross a mango tree and on top of the mango tree is a ripe nice and delicious looking mango, this mango enticed them so much that they started using stones to bring it down from the height it is. They tried this for many hours but could not. One of them said to the other, "I think that mango up there is sour, so wont be sweet" the other boy agreed with him and they walked away without feeling bad"
Your story get part two because in the second part, that boy who claim the mango is bad will most likely come back to plug it and enjoy it all along and the other boys will put up a serious fight when they get to know... shocked shocked shocked
My point remain, they don't know what they really want.

Personally I don't care where the president come from as long as he genuinely represent the interest of the entire country and put an end to unpatrotic, selfish and corrupt leaders we've been having all along....but sorry to say, your assertion reek of hypocrisy on all side. If igbo presidency won't mean anything to SE region, why is your likes crying of marginalization, why will it mean anything for biafra actualization? Why playing party politics(though with sentiment) with all strenght and vigor?....I'm not surprised though, it seems an average igbos don't really know what they want though I salute those who choose to stand out and tall despite persecution from within. Sorry bro.

Jonathan and co. release the greatest and most dangerous brand of ethnic and religious politicking in 2011 which peaked in 2015, but when Nigerians and PMB overcame that dangerous scourge, the result was the birth of a deadly virus into the Nigerian political space called Nnamdi Kanu. Unfortunately it has infected a lot of unimmuned people from my place.

It was terrible back then. There was a tape circulated about even in churches claiming APC was an Islamic party and Buhari is coming to establish Islamic agenda and so much hate speeches everywhere against the then opposition party; APC and her bigwigs like Tinubu.
We just have to do away with that type of politics.

@ the topic, I just wish and hope SE get the politics right this time around and stop been used as porn in Nigeria political chess game.
