Leyland was a british company. They opened an assembly plant in Ibadan in the 70s. It was taken from them through the indigenisation programme and given to some yoruba chiefs. They bankrupted it. It was revived by Obasanjo in 2006 and they are now assembling chinese made trucks from China Fist Auto Works (FAW).

Thats why I researched Innosons cars to the point where I even know that the engines on one of his older model SUV| Pick-up Van and Bus are all the same.
