Ishilove: I really don't want to be the voice of dissension here, but what macof has proposed seems to me like unnecessary duplication of awards. What really is the difference between irreligious and non-religious?? You guys still don't get it. Atheism is not being against religion. There's Satanism for that. Atheism means non-belief in your bullshit. Neither for nor against. Just doesn't believe.

As vote time is approaching, these are the questions we need to ponder on.

How many people can a person nominate? (1, 2 or more?)
What members can be nominated? (active, old, newly registered etc)
Can people nominate themselves? (Self-nomination)
How many nominees should be selected for vote for each award category (2 or more?)

Mr Troll: I understand that nomination is not voting. But you dorealise that the nominations are gonna be plenty and then we will have to cut it down to say, 5 final nominees so a persons nominee might not make the final cut and then he/she will have to vote for the finalists. That way, we make sure the nominees are not too much blah blah blah...


As for the last 2 awards, the people who voted for 5 awards should come up with something...

I am thinking, the 2 members with most nominations in each category will stand up for vote.

As for the bolded, we are a team here and as a team we adopted 5 awards. Even though some of us were against it, I think it is better if we work as a group once something has been adopted and not leave it for those that voted it as if we have factions here.
