Politics › Re: FG And AIT-- Confusion Or Deception...pdp Fund Raising Turns To Another Topic by alizenbohr: 9:58pm On Jan 25, 2015*. Modified: 10:34pm On Jan 25, 2015 |
AUTOCRATIC: The programme today on A.I.T 25th jan 2015 at about 8pm started with a topic, PDP fund raising dinner,to my ultimate surprise, after few minute, the topic was changed on A.I.T live programme to PREDENTIAL MEETING WITH ORGANISED PRIVATE SECTOR.
At the fund raising were the present minister for petroleum, allinson madueke, oba otudeko, aliko dangote, femi otedola, musiliu obanikoro, joseph yobo and many other dignitries. My question is -why the sudden change of topic on a live programme,is these man truly clueless?, and who is deceiving.
I noticed the later topic was posted on nairaland front page and later removed. The question you should ask yourself, if you truly watched the programme, is: "Did the topic of discussion center on fund-raising towards GEJ's re-election campaign or was it strictly on FG - Private Sector Partnership?" There you would find your answer... P.S: Before asking if someone's father is clueless, try to also make sure your grammar does not appear clueless. (I know they could be typos, but I believe you can do better). |

barcanista: I want to appeal to the Northerners in the SS to remain calm and be assured that there is no cause for alarm. As long as they respect the laws of the land, no harm will befall them. They should disregard the rant of Dokubo, he's an empty coward. The Ijaws are never known to attack strangers in their land without provocation, we are not known to play tribalistic politics, we are not known to take up arms against non indigens because of politics. I assure everyone that the Spirit of Ijaw will never allow such violence that is alien to the Ijaw nation. There is no cause for alarm.

barcanista: A serious country and a serious government creates working environment for job creation through favourable fiscal policies, security, sound education, infrastructure provision and others. Sadly, the government of Jonathan has instead created environment where Bokoharam thrives, very warp fiscal policies, lack of necessary infrastructures and churning out educated illiterates as graduates. Rather than create job, they kill graduates (RIP Immigration Victims). Yet, the President still has the effrontery to seek a second term- A second term of disaster. Nigerians must embrace change, we must embrace Buhari. Our Country shall be great again. Yes o! Keep blaming Jonathan for 'our' misfortunes, while campaigning for Buhari... But I guess that might be your own source of income. From this guy's story; it pays to take your life in your hands and make the most of it instead of seating at home and blaming govt. |

Politics › Re: Buhari certificate scam busted. by alizenbohr: 2:44pm On Jan 21, 2015 |
chukel: Op, u r very ignorant. I will assume from ur write up that u never finished ur secondary school(that is if u enrolled for one in the first place) or u never went to university. West African examination certificate comes out 2-4yrs after the exam. On applying to the university for admission, the secondary school issues u a testimonial or a spreadsheet from waec showing ur result and that of other students. That is y universities do result verification after 2-3yrs of admission of a student. Again, the process of obtaining certificate from waec is tedious, sometimes taking beyond 1yr. Each secondary school has a database of students who took waec exam. What buhari is asking the school to give him is not the certificate but the spreadsheet which is a valid proof and waec document that he had a waec certificate. So Buhari who is very intelligent had to wait for over 50 years to realize that his certificate is not in his possession, not with the military board, not with IBB, ... It all goes to show that the man never placed a premium on academic qualifications anyway. From your line of reasoning, if the army had decided to verify his papers while he was in service, what would've been his excuse?

donphilopus: Can the PDPians now keep shut and bury their heads in shame?! Most of those Piasts requesting for Buhari's Certificate can't even remember their Mat Numbers let alone their Exam Numbers. But they just felt they could spew hocus-pocus for spewing sake. Unfailingly, we will get Buhari's Certificate between now and Monday.
Now awaiting their (PDPians) next plan of action.
Whether they like it or not, Jonathan is vacating Aso Rock come May 29th. What I don't seem to know now is where he would be heading to. Some are saying Otuoke, while some are saying Prison. The incoming President (the People's General) will decide! Well done bro. I can see you're working hard for your pay.

ItsMeAboki: A certificate is one among others. Buhari had provided another option through an affidavit. The military board had provided yet another - copy of a letter from his school. There are many more e.g. school year books, a testimonial and other similar records.

sisicalabar1: Have you forgotten Neighbour2Neighbour (N2N) organisation? N2N is the group that TAN replaced in the drive to mobilise Nigerians for President Goodluck Jonathan’s re-election process.
N2N’s philosophy is to align itself with any sincere, non-partisan and solution-seeking effort towards Nigeria’s nation-building objectives. I was reliably informed that N2N has finally decided to work for General Muhammadu Buhari for the 2015 presidential election.
The group, according to my source have commenced mobilisation exercise for its members across the country for house-to-house campaign for the APC presidential candidate.
source: http://www.sisicalabar.com/neighbour2neighbour-sets-to-dump-president-jonathan-as-the-group-commences-mobilisation-for-buhari-nationwide/ Guy, why don't you wait for Buhari's press release tomorrow before all these your lies and propaganda. As far as the certificate matter remains unresolved, your neighbour-to-neighbour stories, or Agbaje-Dangote lies cannot sell. |

johhnnie: If we read the principal's recommendation very thoroughly, he stated that Buhari 'will 'pass the WASCE exam and not that he passed.
I guess he never went back to finish up because of the allure of the army. A grievous mistake I would say. So my guess is that if the law would take its full course, Buhari will lose all military honours he has attained all his life.. God dey sha... Bros, is the Principal's recommendation letter already in the public domain? I would appreciate if you could post a link. |

At first, "it was with the military board". Then, "it was destroyed when soldiers invaded my house". Again, "it was 'siezed' by IBB during the coup". Or you can "ask the US War College". Finally, "he doesn't need certificate to contest for President". What next?
Only the truth shall set Buhari free. ... But I hope he has the mind to say that truth. |

The one thing I can deduce from Lai Mohammed's statement is that Buhari did not tender his certificate to enrol into the army (you can't give what you don't have)...
...But he (Lai) is begging Nigerians not to probe the matter too deep because it might expose the rot in the activities of the military and indite other officers who came in through back door and not merit.

Firefire: Records available indicate that Major General M Buhari applied to join the military as a Form Six student of the Provincial Secondary School, Katsina on 18 Oct 61.
It is a practice in the NA that before candidates are shortlisted for commissioning into the officers’ cadre of the Service, the Selection Board verifies the original copies of credentials that are presented. However, there is no available record to show that this process was followed in the 1960s.
Nevertheless, the entry made on the NA Form 199A at the point of documentation after commission as an officer indicated that the former Head of State obtained the West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1961 with credits in relevant subjects:
English Language, Geography, History, Health Science, Hausa and a pass in English Literature.
Neither the original copy, Certified True Copy (CTC) nor statement of result of Major General M Buhari's WASC result is in his personal file.
Buhari, the Nigerian Army have denied holding your result, please where is it? Just a photocopy will Suffice. He will explain how he got 5 credits and 1 pass when he didn't seat for the WASC exams. |
