I hope Ijaws won't wake a sleeping giant they can't deal with. Benin's can be brutal and daring when they want. Their long history confirms it.
every giant can fall when they face the right opponent

bini fell to the british

yoruba empire fell to the fulani, then british

roman empire fell to the babarians

hausa kingdoms fell to the fulani

nupe fell to the fulani

igala fell to the fulani

greek fell to the presians or so undecided

etc so bini/yoruba can as well fall for the ijaw expansion again. Nothing wrong in that as long as they can handle it

History has nothing to do with modern day warfare

The problem I think has to do with promotion of the company. Organizations and cities need to know that this option exists and know how affordable it is.

Also, how many branches do they have nationwide to buy their vehicles?

I think this is a situation where the government should step in and engage in both serious protectionism from foreign competition and endorse the company more strongly.
they actually have 2 branches  ( enugu and anambra)

the bolded part is well said

I believe that if this company grows a bit more, they can have branches in other states/cities in the country

reminds me of how glo started, it was in lagos before spreading out. Now innoson can do the same

my advice for eastern governors if Nigeria government is not ready to help monopolise them for some years so they can grow a bit is to donate money for the company and monopolise it in their states.

that way people living in the state can patronise them, then they can move to other states

Nigeria is one mess up country  sad

Nigeria Nigeria Nigeria!!!!!!!

What is wrong with this country angry So we can not promote OUR OWN INDIGENOUS COMPANY

We met with the company and told them that the incentives they are clamouring for are good and are the same that we have been advocating in the past, like increase in tariffs for FBUs but we objected to their request of duty-free importation.”

Second, he has happily announced that another Indian group have submitted proposal to establish auto assembly plants in Nigeria.

While Innoson is the biggest indigenous auto maker in the country, research by BusinessDay has shown that in the past two years they have struggled to sell up to 1000 unit of their bus, which compares in terms of quality with those imported by foreign auto traders in the country despite their financial commitments.
This country is a rubbish country i tell you

do they not see the importance of this company

sometimes i think this country called Nigeria is not ruled by Nigerians but by foreign powers undecided In fact I know it is not ruled by Nigerians

how can One explain A  country trying not to patronise ITS INDIGENOUS COMPANY and patronising A FOREIGN company

this to me would be the biggest mistake in the whole of Nigeria history if this company does not grow in Nigeria

Do this people know the amount of jobs this company can create in the matter of 2 years

Do this people know the increase in the standard of living this company can create

Do this people know the money this company would give Nigeria as a country I mean revenue and the money Nigeria would save from importation

Do this people know the amount of industries this company can bring up due to their demands

I tell you if Innoson cars cannot grow in Nigeria I guess Nigeria is not going anywhere soon and we should stop dreaming and wasting our time.

It cannot grow. that is a fact

that company holds the industrisation of Nigeria as a country in their hands

Maybe you should provide some proof, fstranger.

The Ijaws have had disputes with:

Ibibios
Yorubas
Itsekiris
Urhobos

and I think one or two other groups

There's nothing tribalistic about responding to a bizarre argument supporting their claims.

By the way, that "fagamite" moniker was pretty funny.

You should probably end that feud already though. It's from months ago.
1 Ijaws against Ilajes in Ondo State

2 Ijaws against Binis in Edo State

3 Ijaws against Itsekiris in Delta State

4 Ijaws against Urhobos (Ogbe Ijo, Gbarigolo, Olota, Okweagbe etc.),all in Delta State

5 Ijaws against Ikwerres in Rivers State

6 Ijaws against Ogonis in Rivers State

7 Ijaws against Ibibios in Akwa Ibom State

Bros this is not about delta state and warri but from Niger-delta and claim of land ownership undecided

don't derail this thread with insults please !!!

Gbaramatu is an Ijaw town founded by Ijaws. Only a fool like you would claim it is Itsekiri.

I really enjoy your foolishness, its always an entertaining distraction. You go screaming like a camel, only to post evidence that both shows your id!ocy and directly corroborates my words. lol
If I had no mentioned that the Oporoza family gave land to the groups in Delta state, a mere fool like you would never have heard the word, Oporoza.

What a freaking donkey! Go and mind boko haram in your Borno state.
Are you intelligent at all ?

I am not here to start throwing insults or what not.

Where in my post did i mention Gbaramatu not being an Ijaw town/city ?

My post is clear, I wrote west of Gbaramatu .

Now this topic is not about Gbaramatu or any other prominent Ijaw town but about cities where itsekiri, urhobo, isoko, ikwerre, ogoni etc are predominately living in.

When did Ijaw give them those lands and which Ijaw group gave them the lands ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now that said you are talking of Oporoza family in Delta state.

do you mean to tell me that half of delta state was Oporoza family land ?

Which land in particular did Oporoza family give out in Delta state and what year ?

Which group of people or what person did this Oporoza family give land to ?

These are the question you should answer if you Know but throwing insults would not take you anywhere
