It is impossible for any one human being to satisfy all the needs of another, unless the person whose needs are being satisfied is in a persistent vegetative state - then their needs are either just being fed and cleaned - or none at all.

I dream about going to school in the morning. . .then i goto school. Is that supernatural? When my parents walk up to the door of our house and knock, I can tell you exactly which one, or if both are there, without having to look and see. Is that supernatural, no. Sometimes, I can predict exactly what my SO would do in a specific situation. Is that supernatural, no.

Something that people would consider supernatural: predicting the future of someone totally unrelated to you or predicting lottery numbers, reading someone's mind, or predicting exactly which playing card someone else will pick up from a deck - most of those have been extensively studied by scientists (with people claiming to possess these powers). You know what the conclusion is - absolutely no demonstrable supernatural abilities by anyone. The best a human has gotten to predicting the occurrence of something is equivalent to the statistical odds of the even happening. In laymans terms, that means the best a human has gotten to predicting whether a coin toss would result in heads or tails is 50%, the exact statistical odds of getting either a heads or tails. This means that I could just guess and still be just as good as the "psychic".

Tell me, if there are people with supernatural powers, why don't they do big things. . . like winning lotteries, becoming president or governor, inventing something great, etc? How come all the "great" predictors of events like 9/11 or something are only able to show their ramblings could be interpreted to predict something AFTER the event occured?

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that currently, there does not exist any supernatural anything among humans.

a fit environment is one where a child is raised where they learn right from wrong. They are guided towards paths that provide the foundation for future success (ie going to school) but are allowed some reign to pursue their own interests. They are presented wit h examples of how people treat each other in normal and loving relationships.

In any case, I don't see how being straight or homosexual impacts a person's ability to raise children. The only thing that should stop someone from being able to raise children is prior crimes against children or professed tendencies towards pedophilia or somethng related. Since being homosexual or heterosexual has nothing to do with whether or not a person will do harm to a child, it cannot be a factor in determining who makes a fit parent.

how is my post destructive criticism? It seems wrong to me to let someone delude themself. I suppose to the person suffering from a delusion. . .it would seem like destructive criticism. . . since they already have a warped view of what is right and what is not.

you are not the only person on this forum. You are not the only person who will read my thread. What if you realized something was wrong and changed your thread to say something else. Then, my reply would be meaningless. I quoted it so that there can be no question what I was talking about. Obviously, you are pretty new here. If I was agreeing with you, I might have quoted you too!

nigeria could very well be the 2nd poorest country in the world. I'm sure the ranking does not only take into account the money and resources available in nigeria, it looks at imports and exports, expeditures and revenues. I'm betting nigeria spends a whole lot more money than it makes. This difference might be so large, it makes it the second poorest country.

Here is an example: there are two guys, A and B. They both own similar companies. A has a lot of customers and spends $5000 to build product which he sells for $3000. B on the other hand spends $500 on his product and gets $300 in sales.

According to whoever did that study, A is poorer than B.

as to the topic, think about this: what romantic things do girls do for guys?

guys tend to be upfront and don't like hidden meanings unless they are playing some girl or flirting.  For most serious conversation, its annoying to them when someone seems to be all worked up about something and then they later find out the conversation was actually about some other topic.

i didn't say you are telling lies, i'm saying that people who claim that fat men can get a better "thrust" are lying to themselves. Now, if you are such a person, then yes, you are telling lies. If you just happen to be putting up that argument and it has nothing to do with you personally, then no, you are not telling a lie.

there are usb tv tuners as well. In fact, I just purchased one a couple weeks ago, and it works great!

most guy's i've talked to don't fully understand what women mean by romantic.

Here is an example:

A guy has a girlfriend. One day, he's at her apt when she's out. He decides to clean up her place, have food ready when she gets back, and buy flowers to freshen up the place, why - well, she usually has it clean and had live flowers. As for the food, he feels that he owes her that every once in a while. The girl gets home and is "WOW" you are soo romantic. The guy is like. . .(to himself) really. . .i didn't do anything special.

There is no strict definition of romantic. . . i think it is unrealistic to expect a guy to know exactly what you feel is romantic. If there is something you want, you gotta make it known in plain english or whatever language you like to speak. Guys aren't going to attempt to read between any lines.

If your post cannot stand on its own and requires further explanation, then that is up to you to provide. Don't post crap and expect me to read your mind or determine any nonobvious context. You posted something about fat men developing more thurst. . . I posted a counter example, apparently, you only meant they get more thrust with thin girls, fine, I still have a counter example. Your point . . other than you don't like my counterexamples?
