And they built up a lot of things from scratch...with their money.

We are in bondage to IMF Because we think that subsidy is the way. Well, because we cannot do anything about rising cost of production, subsidy costs always keep rising. And helping to push us into debt, and putting us at mercy of imf.

It's a tough choice, I effing wish it was not like that, but here we are.

Right now, we should be paying 184 per kWh . Apart from band a, most of us pay 50 to 70 naira per kWh. That's 80% of consumers. Naturally no profit is made, and government subsidies are not enough.

And gas suppliers are getting fed up with being owed.

Are u indirectly proposing a hike in electricity tariff across all bands as the solution to our predicament? What about corruption? Just like Government releases funds in Billions and ended up being looted, how sure are u that the profits made from hiking electricity tariff will be used to fix transmission and generation of our power sector?
