Journalist said,
I know for a fact that both gists were spread by D banj. You naive people don't have a clue about the entertainment industry. When Ikechukwu left Mo hits, D banj paid a couple of journalists including me to spread the gist that Ikechukwu beat him. I wondered why he wanted that kind of gist since that is nothing to be proud of but D banj himself is not such a bright fellow. After we spread that gist on blogs and twitter, D banj saw that it was doing more damage to him and not to Ikechukwu and to counteract that, he came up with this gist that he slept with Sarah. I know that for sure because I am one of the people he approached. I did not carry the gist because she has been helpful to somebody that I know and my conscience did not allow me. D banj is a very evil person. If people only knew how this guy lives they will be shocked I know somebody in his inner circle that is afraid of D banj because of the kind of places D banj visits (anybody with sense will know what I am talking about) I am saying the truth.

I live in London and not Ikeja. We have never been friends not to talk of lovers. If he has problems with my man he should take it up with him like a man and leave my name out of this market crap. How come he has not responded that this rumour is a lie? Because it is feeding his ego, but when they said Ike beat him up his team quickly tweeted that it's a lie but now that a woman is involved they don't want to clear names. It's disgusting Nigerian men quickly turn to women to do their dirty work, they cant stand the heat so all the blame is put on a woman. I will not tolerate my name and image being toyed with, if anyone carries this dirty rumour further without proof they will face the consequences. This is libel. NDLEA to search vehicles in Ekiti State

Agency Reporter

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has said it will soon begin search of vehicles on major highways in Ekiti State, in a bid to arrest drug traffickers.

http://odili.net/news/source/2010/nov/19/824.html

The state Commander of the Agency, Mr Akingbade Bamidele, announced the new measure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in the state capital, Ado-Ekiti, on Thursday.

He said the re-introduction of the 'stop and search' measure was in response to the high incidence of drug trafficking during festive periods.

Bamidele further said NDLEA operatives had been deployed in strategic spots and would search both passengers and vehicles plying the highways, saying that inter-state boundaries and township link roads would be the focal points of the agency during the period under consideration.

Bamidele appealed to residents of the 16 local government areas in the state to continue to collaborate with the agency by providing useful information on any suspicious movement of people around them.

LOVE BIRDS with Praise Fowowe, Tel: 08037269483, 11.18.2010
Friday, November 19, 2010

It is a wonderful day to all my wonderful people out dear and Happy Sallah to all the Muslim faithfuls. May the joy and peace of this season never depart from your households.

For some months I have been getting numerous calls from couples, singles and parents on a lot of family life issues and I have deliberately gone into hiding in other to come up with workable solutions on some of the issues raised. To this end I shall be starting a 40day marital recovery exercise for every couple from January 1 - February 9, 2011. It is an exercise that will win back the lovely spouse you marry if you are willing to join the exercise which will involve one task every single day. You may send your name, location, phone and how long you have been married to praisefowowe@gmail.com to be a part of the exercise. I am sure it will redefine your marriage and restore bliss to our homes. I have gotten several mails, calls and read various headlines over the weeks on the rise and rise of incest in our homes and have decided to lend my voice against the evil being perpetrated in many homes across the nation.

A new born baby must not go mad while an elder is in the market square says an ancient Nigerian adage. But what happens when the elder is the reason for the baby's madness?

I read with rude shock how a man in Lagos impregnated his daughter last week and claimed it was because the girl never complained and screamed while he was committing the act. I was close to tears as I read the girl's account but more burdened about what may become of the future of the girl who was defiled by the man she ought to trust the most. How do we expect her to grow up to trust her husband if she recovers and gets married because her view of manhood is already distorted by the man that should give her hand in marriage someday?

I remembered how a woman ran to my office 4years ago after discovering that her husband was having carnal knowledge of their 3year old baby. I was still trying to handle that case when there was another case of a mother who just lost her husband and in her bitterness started using her 7year old son to satisfy her sexual desires. I am bothered at the moment because we seem to be witnessing the dearth of innocence in our society and we all feel unconcerned. Shouldn't we all rise as parents and insist on the prosecution of some of these cases we read in our dailies every day? Are we moved by the plight and what becomes of the future of these children being violated?

What has become of the child's rights acts in Nigeria and how well has it been implemented? How come everyone is talking about rotational presidency when no one cares to respond to the silent tears of the future of our nation who are being violated day in day out by the very people that should protect them? Could the sudden rise in incest be as a result of the non prosecution of the perpetrators or the low publicity of the conviction of the perpetrators (in case there was any?)

I am aware that for the first time in history the number of porn sites specifically dedicated to incest has risen to an all time high and I know a lot of our Nigerian men and boys are hooked on those sites at the moment.

My candid advice for parents is as follows:

Start teaching your children about sexuality education from 18months(there is what to teach from that age -18years)

• Separate boys and girls from age 3

• Do a routine check up on your children at odd hours of the day

• Warn your children to learn to keep their personal space by not jumping on adults or sitting on their laps ( especially your girl child)

• Mothers should pay close attention to their children and report once you notice anything.

• The offender should be made to face the full wrath of the law (I am aware that we try to keep it a family affair but we have to learn to protect the future of a child)

• Go through any material you get for your children including cartoons before allowing them see it because some of those cartoons and games aren't family friendly.

• Nobody can love your child more than you so do everything to be there for them, ask questions and answer their questions as well.

We have gotten to a level where sisters are introducing themselves into lesbianism while brothers are also introducing themselves into gay. Fathers are having carnal knowledge of their daughters while uncles are defiling our young minds. I know that these are signs of the end time but we must do our bit as responsible parents to teach our children what is right. The time to start is now and we can't take chances because the enemy's strategy is to breed a godless generation who are angry and bitter because they have been destroyed from childhood through incest and child sexual abuse.

Will you do something about this situation?

Imo State set for Ahiajoku Festival

Editor

THE yearly Ahiajoku Festival, the Igbo forum for intellectual harvest and cultural renaissance, is set to be held in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

http://odili.net/news/source/2010/nov/14/16.html

According to a statement by the Imo State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr Amanze Obi, the festival will hold on November 25 and 26, 2010, with the theme: 'Nigeria's Leadership Challenges in the 21st Century: The Igbo perspective.' The lecture will be delivered by an erudite scholar, Professor Chinedu O. Nebo, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria and Vice Chancellor Emeritus.

A major highlight of this year's festival, according to Obi, is that it will be spiced with a lot of intellectual and cultural activities. It will begin with a colloquium which parades a number of egg-heads from the academic community within and outside the country. It will hold alongside an art exhibition. The colloquium papers will, like the lecture, draw from the theme of this year's festival.

There is also the cultural angle to the event featuring a cultural night which will showcase the many cultural features that make Imo State a major cultural and tourism haven of the nation.

According to Dr. Obi, Ahiajoku lecture, under Governor Ikedi Ohakim, has been rebranded in line with the new thinking of the administration.

Pupils invent generator that doesn't use fuel

Agency reporter

Two pupils of Doregos Private Academy, Lagos, Olajumoke Adebayo and Eniola Adewale have invented a power generator that does not use fuel.

The invention was showcased at the Pan-African Women Inventors and Innovators Network Symposium, Expo and Awards at the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja.

While speaking during the programme with the theme, themed, "Innovative Women with Innovative Solutions for Africa," the pupils both in SS3 and members of the Junior Engineers, Technicians & Scientists, said the idea was borne out of a need to minimise the cost of fuel for powering generators. Both pupils are coordinators of JETs Club in their school.

According to them, the generator does not emit any toxic waste neither is it a threat to human health.

They said, "We used magnetic flux to generate electricity which the conventional magnet cannot. It consists of a shaf fixed with eight neodymium magnets which rotates when an initial current is passed through the field coils. The electricity is then passed from the copper coil to a step-up transformer which steps up the power voltage from 32 volts to 200 volts to power the output of the generator."

Speaking on their motivation for the project, the 15-year-old Adebayo and Adewale who is 14 years old said the JETS club afforded them a vantage avenue to think, analyse and work on scientific research.

"It was this that made us to embark on the project based on our scientific knowledge that a generator can still exist without using fuel. It is possible to produce cheaper and more dependable source of electricity for both domestic and industrial use.

"The invention is not easy as we had to make several presentations and seminars on the project to the audience comprising our teachers and the school authorities. It was finally selected having defended the significance of the project."

While commending the efforts of the club for giving them the exposure and the ability, they said it was their intention to pursue a career in engineering and develop a bigger generator that could power the whole school in future. "This is just a prototype to showcase our endowment and potential," they added.

CrimeRe: Sacrilege: 14-yr-old Girl Delivers Father’s Baby by AloyEmeka5(op): 2:59am On Nov 21, 2010
'How I impregnated my 14-year daughter'
11.18.2010

It was both shock and disbelief for observers and eyewitnesses who listened to a father confess he was responsible for her 14-year old daughter's pregnancy. He begged that he did not know when he did it. CHIEMELIE EZEOBI writes

The girl-child has always been mapped out as endangered species in a world that no longer knows the boundary between morality and infidelity. This is why the clamour for protection and guidance for the girl-child has risen in leaps and bounds. However, despite all the checks put in place by the government and different non-governmental organisations, this fight seem to be on the loosing side as stories abound of abuses meted out to these youngsters.

Surprisingly, most of this abuse stem from loved ones, family members and close family friends and this was the case recently when a father chose to toe the part of a beast by abusing the trust reposed in him by virtue of his position as a father.

For 14-year-old Kehinde Onajobi, her dreams and aspirations to finish school seemed to be shattered, not by poverty or financial lack, but in the hands of her father whom instead of chasing the wolves away from the doorsteps of the growing teenager became the wolve in desecrating his daughter.

For the 50-year-old farmer, Yesiru Onajobi from Bogije in Ibeju Lekki Local government Area of Lagos State, he blamed his moments of madness on the fact that the daughter always slept naked. According to him, "we have been living together since when she was a little girl and we always sleep in the same room. I started sleeping with her last December because she was always naked in the night when she wants to sleep." Whatever happened to fatherhood, some observers wondered as he spoke to journalists.

Speaking through an interpreter, Onajobi said he was sad for what happened. Stating the reason why he used his daughter as a sleeping partner, he added that since his wife died 4 years ago, he longed for female companionship but none was forthcoming. When asked why he resorted to his daughter, he blamed the devil.

Speaking to THISDAY, Kehinde who was carrying her four-day-old baby appealed to the government to come and take the baby from her, so that she can get her life back on track as she could not even breastfeed the baby. The reasons for this is that it is an abomination in her town and so the innocent child would have to rely on baby food instead of breastfeeding which is what the new born needs now. Perhaps, this influenced her reason of not yet naming the baby girl.

Disclosing how the nefarious activity that left her pregnant and finally, the delivery of the baby for her own father, Kehinde said, "My father came to me in the night and slept with me. I told him that I might get pregnant but he said I will not."

To get the motherless girl not to disclose to anybody what was going on, Kehinde claimed her father threatened her with death if another person should be privy to the affair. According to her, "he told me that I would die if anybody knows what is happening between us but along the line my twin brother knew but he didn't tell anybody until I got pregnant, then he went to report to our relatives."

THISDAY learnt that in a bid not to get her pregnant, the man resorted to sleeping with her four days after her menstrual period but fate, as always, had another plan because despite the man's carefulness, his daughter came to him one day with the disturbing news that she was pregnant. Kehinde added that he took her to the hospital where she was confirmed pregnant and he told her to carry the baby to term. She said, "when people were looking at me and mocking me, I told him that I had missed my period and he took me to the hospital and it was true so he told me to keep it."

The bubble burst one day as the man's family stormed their quarters demanding to know who put her in the family way. Kehinde, who could not point out her father as the culprit told them that it was someone else. Undaunted, the family members who had earlier been told by Kehinde's twin brother, Taiwo, tied up the man and took the teenager to another place where she confessed the sordid details to the shock of the family.

Commenting on the sad incident, the Deputy PRO, Samuel Jinadu said," when the villagers realised what happened, they sent Yesiru out of their village and he ran to Elemoro Police Division and gave a fictitious account but on closer investigation by the DPO, he found out that he impregnated his daughter. The villagers sent him out of the village because he had committed an abomination which is strange to their culture."

He advised that grown men and women should desist from such barbaric acts that would taint the kids throughout their lifetime. According to him, "instead let the adults preach morality to their children. This case is a clear case of defilement of a minor and it would be duly taken to court and let the court met out justice to the offending party."

However, a conflicting story of the man's arrest by an officer who didn't want her name in print stated that the man was apprehended when he wanted to smuggle the baby out. According to her, he took the baby and was about boarding a bus, when the passengers got suspicious and wondered what an old man like that was doing with a young baby.

Fielding questions, he gave out different accounts and this aroused the suspicion of the passengers and they dragged him to Elemoro Police Division in Lekki, where he was probed until he admitted the truth. The arrest of the 50-year old father, raises questions of those not yet discovered or known as this acts has on countless times been brought to the public glare by acts of providence.

Many argue that the girl-child's care and protection should be taken more seriously than ever before.

CrimeRe: How We Butchered Girl For N15,000 by AloyEmeka5(op): 2:20am On Nov 21, 2010
“After concluding on the price, Nokia went again into his house and brought out a red cloth with charm and asked us to swear an oath that anybody who revealed the secret would die.
“The following day, we went to Nokia's house to meet Friday. Based on our agreement, he gave us N13,000 as advance payment. I gave Onajobi N4,000 and I took the remaining.”
Now that money had exchanged hands, it was time to strategise and carry out the operation. And these they agreed to do on their next meeting which was agreed upon.
Akala, gazing calmly at the reporters, continued his blood curling tale.
“Two days after he gave us the advance payment, Friday said we should meet him at a place called Aso Rock at Ikotun where commercial sex workers have their stand. On getting there, he told us that the deal must be done today. We told him that we did not have much cash with us and he gave us another N2,000. While still there, Friday pointed to a prostitute standing beside a pole and said that was the lady we would use.”
Akala told the Nigerian Compass on Saturday that immediately Friday pointed at the lady, he (Akala) went straight to the hotel to lodge while Onajobi went to meet the lady and bargain with her.
Akala went on: “When I got to the hotel, I told the receptionist that I wanted to lodge for the night. She told me the price was N2,500 and I paid. She never bothered to ask for my name or my house address but I was already with the cutlass. So, I went straight into the room waiting for Onajobi to bring the prostitute.
At this point, 21-year-old Onajobi took up the tale explaining what transpired between him and their target.
“I told the prostitute that I wanted her for the night and she billed me N4,000. I told her that money was not the problem. She asked me if I had already lodged in a hotel and I told her that my friend was there. When I entered the hotel, I told the receptionist the room number that I was going to and she allowed me and my 'baby' in.
“When we entered the room Akala was lying down on the rug and he exchanged pleasantries with the lady. I went ahead to make love with the lady. After sleeping with the lady, she felt tired and she slept off. Immediately Akala saw that the lady had slept, he quickly walked to the bed.
“After having fun with the lady, I was afraid to endanger her, so I asked Akala to bring out the knife and close her mouth before he held the lady down and cut off her two wrists.”
Akala however had his defence. He blamed his action on the wine given to him by Saheed claiming that immediately he took it he became bolder.
“With a strong heart that I had developed after I drank the wine given to me by Nokia, I brought out the cutlass and cut the lady's head. She wanted to struggle with us but she had no power again since her throat had been slashed. After cutting her head and her two hands, we put them inside a polythene bag and left the hotel around 4.am without being suspected by any of the hotel officials.
“We took the human parts straight to Nokia's house and he asked us to leave his house immediately.''
Nemesis however has a way of catching up with people. Akala's did not tarry. After making good their escape at dawn, they were oblivious of what transpired at the hotel.
Unknown to Akala, he was recognised by the hotel manager. A few weeks later, he was on the way to running an errand for his grand mother when the hotel manager ran into him and recognised him.
The Nigerian Compass on Saturday learnt that the encounter with the hotel manager was a classic case of divine intervention in the affairs of men.
Sources said that the hotel manager had previously been detained by the Police over alleged involvement in the crime. The Police had wanted to know how the killers got away after the murder, leaving the dismembered body of their victim behind, unspotted by the hotel’s front desk officers.
After a few days in detention, the Police investigators released the hotel manager on bail with a directive that he report to their station every other day until the conclusion of investigation.
After the temporary release, the hotel manager went to a popular church in Lagos and prayed that God should expose the killers. Just two days after, the selfsame hotel manager met Akala on the street.
Akala said: ‘’On that fateful day, my grand mother sent me on an errand. It was when I was coming back that a man approached me and introduced himself as a manager of the hotel where we committed the crime. He asked me if I had lodged in the hotel before and I told him no but that I had worked there as a plumber in the past.
“He said I had to follow him to the hotel and I told him that I needed to inform my grand mother. So, he agreed to follow me home.
On getting to our house, I told my grand mother and my father what the man said. My father was against my going with the man to the hotel. But later we all went with him to the hotel. It was when I got to the hotel that I opened up and told them that I was the one who killed the lady there.
The law enforcement agents were not so lucky with Friday. He still remains at large. Also, up till the time of the suspect’s parade, Friday had not paid them the balance of N45,000 but he had collected the hands .
But Nokia, who claimed to be a plumber and a fuji musician, said he was only trying to help Friday due to their friendship. He said he was only acting on the instruction of his friend to get him boys that could help him to get human parts.

Boy killers confess to murder of love-peddler

It was for a grand total of N60,000; but for which the main actors received N15,000. And no more.
For that sum, two young men, procured by a third partner, butchered a lady, cut her into pieces and served her remains to their senior partner for purposes unknown to them, and for which they had no care.
That is the sorry story of four persons which began as a friendly chat but germinated into a grand plot: the gruesome murder of a commercial sex worker.

The victim's two hands were sliced off even while she was barely dead. Two of the self-confessed killers are, also, just barely out of their teens, while the major self-confessed butcher is still 18 years old.

Three of the four friends who engaged in that tete-a-tete are now cooling their feet at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) Panti, Yaba, Lagos State, where they are also helping the law enforcement agents with their investigations.

Eighteen-year-old Jide Akala, Ayodele Onajobi, 2, and Ajoh Saheed, 22 have been arrested by detectives of the Homicide Department for killing a suspected love-peddler at a popular hotel at Ikotun, Lagos. They were on Thursday paraded at the Command PRO Section, Oduduwa, Lagos. Akala, who has just concluded his secondary school at a private school located at Ikotun, is friends with Saheed, also known as Nokia. He has also been into plumbing pending the time he would gain admission into a tertiary institution. The plumbing work facilitated his getting acquainted with Nokia.
It was this same Nokia, whom he calls Brother Saheed, that Akala has now accused of luring him and Onajobi into the business of killing human beings and exchanging human organs for money.

Akala, who spoke boldly and confidently to journalists at the Lagos State police spokesman's office, confessed to the crime but blamed the Devil for the deal, which he claimed was carried out on the instruction of Nokia and a friend of Nokia’s known as Friday.

His words: “I have been working with Brother Saheed as a plumber for a long time. He normally called me to assist him whenever he had any job to do. I look unto him as a big brother because of the way he normally treats me whenever I am with him.
''But on that fateful day he called me and told me that he had something important to discuss with me, as a big brother. I sat down to listen to him and he told me that he needed me to get him two female hands for one of his friends. I was shocked. Instantly, I asked him where he wanted me to get that from as young as I am. I quickly told him that I could not do the job for him. While we were still discussing the matter, one of his friends called Friday passed by and Nokia told me that, 'it is Friday who needs the two hands'.

For 18-year-old Akala, the matter did not end there. He had to seek the counsel of another person, a friend, Onajobi. He headed for the church where the friend worshipped.
“When I got home,” he continued, “I went to meet my friend called Ayodele Onajobi in the church to seek advice on what to do about what Nokia told me. Onajobi told me that the job was a dirty one; that he could not do it but he would like to meet Nokia.”
The next day, the two friends headed for Nokia's place, but according to Akala they got more than they bargained for. They not only met Friday, but also concluded arrangement on what to do.
“The following day, I took him to Nokia's house. When we got there, we met Friday and Nokia , they were discussing.I introduced Onajobi to them as my friend. After much discussion about the job, Nokia went into his house and brought out a hot wine for us to drink. It was after drinking the wine that we accepted to carry out the operation and we started negotiating the price from N200,000. But Friday told us that the people that normally do the job for him weren’t collecting up to that amount and we agreed on N60,000.

THE State Security Service (SSS) has recovered a wired bomb vehicle and some military items allegedly from some of the suspects being held in connection with the October 1 independence anniversary bomb blasts in Abuja.
Spokesperson of the service, Mrs. Marilyn Ogar, told reporters in Abuja yesterday, while displaying the items, that the vehicle, an ash Mazda 626 with Lagos registration number BY 318 FKJ, was recovered from a hotel in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, and towed to Abuja.
Mrs. Ogar said investigation revealed that the car was kept in the custody of a sister to one of the suspects, who is a nursing mother.
Some of the items displayed yesterday were military boots, water bottle, camp tents, 10 bulletproof jackets and camouflage vests.
She added: “At the last briefing, we disclosed that Henry Okah purchased the vehicles used for the bombings. Investigations have further revealed that not all of the vehicles wired for the bombings were detonated hence, one of such has been recovered at a hotel where it was parked and has been towed back to Abuja.
“Also recovered are military items that were sent by Charles Okah to one of the suspects for onward movement to militants in the creeks. They include military boots, water bottle, camp tents and others.
“These items were sent through a popular transport company, which runs cargo courier services from Lagos to Port Harcourt.
“Military items were also found in the recovered vehicles. They include 10 bulletproof jackets and camouflage vests.”
The SSS warned transport companies to be more circumspect in handling goods for customers, adding that they would be held responsible for conveying prohibited items.

Music/RadioMichelle Obama Visits Fela On Broadway by AloyEmeka5(op): 2:07am On Nov 21, 2010
Michelle Obama and friends see 'Fela!' on Broadway

By MARK KENNEDY, AP Drama Writer – Fri Nov 19, 11:29 pm ET

NEW YORK – The audience at Thursday's performance of "Fela!" on Broadway got an extra thrill when an unannounced guest arrived — the first lady.
Michelle Obama and six girlfriends stunned theatergoers when she arrived at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on 49th Street to catch the Tony Award-winning musical about Fela Kuti, the Afrobeat artist and Nigerian political activist.

"When the audience realized that she was in the audience, they just went nuts," said Stephen Hendel, who co-conceived and produced the show. "People started standing up and applauding, saying 'We love you!' and 'We love you, Michelle!' It took a minute or so to get the audience to settle down."
The musical features dancers mingling with the audience and the first lady's group was seated along Row G, where many of the dancers cross over. The Secret Service asked the dancers not to change their performance but to give Obama some extra space.
Hendel was one of only few people who knew ahead of time that the first lady was coming. The cast was only told 20 minutes before Obama's arrival. She and her friends arrived shortly after 8 p.m. as the overture was ending.
The audience also cheered wildly when the musical made reference in the first act to one of Kuti's nicknames: Black President. Said Hendel: "The whole place just exploded."
At the end, the first lady's group gave the musical a standing ovation and Obama stayed to greet and congratulate each sweaty member of the cast as they passed. "She was hugely gracious," said Hendel, who watched the night's performance with his wife, Ruth, also one of the show's producers.
"It's a wonderful feeling that this show would have Mrs. Obama come to it."

Broadway shows have lured Obama before. She and daughters Sasha and Malia attended performances of "Memphis" and "The Addams Family" in March. And she and her husband saw "Joe Turner's Come and Gone" during a date night in 2009.
"Fela!" was nominated for a Tony Award as last year's best musical. It won for Best Choreography, Best Costume Design and Best Sound Design. In addition to the Hendels, it is also produced by actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith and hip-hop star Jay-Z.
A production opened this week at London's National Theatre with Sahr Ngaujah, who originated the title character on Broadway. The Broadway run, which features Kevin Mambo in the title role and Patti LaBelle as his mother, ends Jan. 2.

Quick Facts

Genevieve started her acting career at the age of eight with Ripples.
She is hoping to hold the annual charity fashion show for her St Genevieve line in December.
Her favourite colour is black. According to Gene, “I like white as well but, in general, I like dull colours. I’m not a bright coloured person” This explains why we see her in a lot of black on the red carpet.
Gene considers acting as her job and designing her hobby. In terms of St Genevieve clothing production, Gene says, “I don’t cut, I don’t sew, I design. I make sketches and I have my tailors, people who cut and sew. I basically describe in the best way I can, what I want and I pick the fabric.“

Excerpts
What has been your most challenging role in a movie?
(Exhales) All of them come with their different challenges. But I would say playing the role of a blind girl in Wind of Glory was extremely challenging and I still consider it one of my favourite movies.

Do you have plans of going into producing or directing movies?
Yes obviously, I do.

Have you ever had any surgical beauty enhancements?
No. Not yet.

What does love mean to you?
Love, (exhales) well, what is love? (laughs,) love for me is when you derive joy in giving not in receiving. When you are happy loving someone and doing things for that person without asking
anything in return, that is love, genuine love.

Are you in a relationship?
In God we trust.

Any plans for marriage?
As for marriage, it’s every woman’s dream to get married. We can’t lie to ourselves. I do want to get married but overtime I have had opportunities to get married but I realise getting married is not actually the problem. The problem is finding someone you are compatible with because I’m born Catholic, I’m raised Catholic, I don’t believe in divorce. If I get married, I really want to stay married and staying married is not an easy thing. It means you are completely in tune with your partner. It means you’ve found your soul mate because you’ll have to be able to stand a lot of disappointments that would definitely come but then again you have to learn to forgive. For me, before I choose a partner I have to ask myself if this is the kind of person I would be willing to forgive no matter what when the time comes. If the answer is no, then that person is wrong for me. That person is not the person you want to get married to. If you know you can look into someone’s eyes and say yes, this is the most you can do to me. if you actually cheat on me the first time, I can find it in my heart to forgive you. If you can answer that question honestly and truthfully to yourself then you’ll know if that person is your partner or not. So compatibility is the word aside from the physical attributes that have to go with it. I need to be comfortable because I’m a woman and I’m used to a certain lifestyle.

What should your ideal man look like?

My dear, let’s not go there, I don’t want to chase market (laughs).

Any word for your fans
To all of you, for whatever reason you love me, I want you to know I appreciate it. I would not be where I am today without you obviously and as much as I come first in everything I do, I always consider you because you are a part of the decisions I make in my life.

knotty:
UPN of yore entrenched politics of thuggery in that State. remember the Olunloyo/Bola Ige/Adelakun debacle? the seed for eternal thuggery was sown and generations yet unborn then are now reaping it. Adelabu of infant memory, was a child`s play compared to the violence those pair unleashed on the State.
Akala is just using what he met on ground to keep himself in office. to stop him, you need violence on a much grander scale. as yet, i have not seen, i have not heard of anyone capable of deploying the violence Akala is capable of. somebody. please update me, if you know
The seed of thuggery is in every state and local govt in Nigeria and not only Oyo state. Let us stop acting as if all the political evils lies in only Oyo state.

Foreign AffairsRe: Tea Leaves Divination . . . . . . . .for Palin-2012 by AloyEmeka5: 4:21am On Nov 19, 2010
Whiners are here again with the same propaganda. Sarah PALIN CAN NEVER win the middle. Tea baggers and sworn republicans alone cannot win presidential election. If Republicans make the mistake of fielding Palin as their 2012 candidate, they will be handing Obama a 2nd term on a platter of gold. If you doubt me, go ask Karl Rove.

Hey, where is O'Donnelll again?. I thought this tramp known as Jesoul  swore that she must win?

And Negronations, I am wondering why you are more  interested in American politics instead of sharpening your learned tribalistic skills. Are you giving up tribalism or what?
