In time past, invitation cards were primarily the medium to anounce an event for instance a wedding, and when u get served one, u keep checking the date and venue so as not to miss the event.
But in recent times bulk sms is taking over and it seems a better meadium to reach out to more invitees.

Nice observation. Developmental projects needs to be faster, the slow rate actually makes people feel everything is still d same. But lastly, I look forward to a country where industries will wait @ campus gates to absorb fresh graduates in such a rate that unemployment will be so slim.

Why are people quick to analyze and criticize pointlessly? If you were ever in an economics class you will know that economic development is more masses driven than economic growth. What the post actually points out is economic growth not development. You just turned everything upside down. What's constitute economic growth is mainly GDP while economic development includes improvement in standard of living economic sectors, life expectancy etc.

So at the end of your post you made no sensible point. How can u say 90 percent live in poverty? Perhaps the people around you are so poor.

The guy was answering questions from reporters, and not testifying before a court or the senate. You can't equate someone changing his mind about his political ambitions to treachery or dishonesty, its just lame. While campaigning for president, George W. Bush Snr famously promised not to increase taxes and did immediately he got in. Obama promised to close the guantanemo bay while campaigning in 2008, its still open today. As long as Jonathan's statement was not made before a court of law or the senate, like in the case of Bill Clinton who lied to a US grand jury about his affair with Monica lewinsky, nobody can accuse Jonathan of anything. He's a human being, he has the right to change his mind as he deems fit.

My adVice, contesting elections is way different from winning elections. Its his right to contest, its our right to let him win or not. Something tells me some people will have no choice to vote him if he contests, mayb because they can't make a better choice.
