My brother don't let this issue weigh you and your poor wife down it's not her fault. If you hear other people's issues ehnn you will thank God for your own..My childhood friend had an infection as a result of ruptured appendix that he didn't treat on time and his scrotum started swelling up so he rushed to get treated in the hospital where he was bombarded with antibiotics and the swollen testicles shrunk,but one shrunk that it became like an orange seed o,the other one remained the normal size.

Fast forward to him getting married,kids didn't come after trying for years.He and his wife treated staphylococcus infection for years after their marriage. So now they finally went to the hospital and his semen no sperm cells in them,his wife no fibroid but she couldn't produce eggs o just like that..but when they were in the uni she got pregnant for him and they aborted it cos they weren't ready,now to born na wahala and they have to do serious medical stuff and treatment to force his wife to produce eggs since she still sees her period and he they have to surgically get his sperm through asperation or something like that.

He was crying telling me his story because we are very close..now he needs almost 10m for the whole process o..At least your case isn't as bad as his own..you are ok and your wife just needs surgery to remove the fibroid and some IVF treatment to get her eggs and fertilize with your sperm and that IVF you won't spend more than 3m if you too spend so its just to gather the money from both friends and famiky members. I truly need help cause have suffered this lower back pain for over 5 years today. At first, when I was going to the teaching hospital, the doctors I met never agreed infection can cause lower back pain. I blindly followed all of their prescriptions of Ibuprofen and Arthrotec for more than 4 years, which I see no result. Recently, that's last year October, November, I had to go do urine culture and sensitive test. Only for me to found out I was having heavy growth of Staphylococcus. I followed the test result, using those medications that were sensitive to it but after three consecutive tests and treatment, I see a little improvement but yet to clear totally. I had to go herbal, but haven't still gotten myself 100% yet. At this point I'm confused and depressed almost everyday cause I'm not having the health I do enjoy years back. I don't know what next to do as it stance.

Staph is a stubborn infection but can be cure with herbal medicine. I went through a lot with this stubborn infection but to God be the glory it's over now.

Actually, you don't need to depend on what I say, do some research.
Now Canada gives work visas in areas where there is shortage of skill..
There is a process and many Africans are going to Canada each year except that they are yet to discover trucking as about the easiest way.
Also, truck mechanics would do super great there.
But remember, having the right certificate is key.

There are so many factors:

1) Hereditary

2) Lifestyle

3) What you eat

4) Weight

The contributing factors are so many, i used to have a high BP 160/120 until i decided to change my lifestyle i stopped taking alcohol, and carbonated drinks, cut off beef from my diet and exercised more @least walking briskly for 30mins, my Bp is now 124/80

Also, visit a cardiologist they will prescribe the right medication for you, i'm currently on exforge 10-160

TTC journey is not an easy one, it can drain someone both physically and emotionally. I will try to be as brief as possible.

We started trying by Jan 2022 and at the end of 2022 still nothing. One thing that baffles me was that my woman's cycle is like a clock work, 28days and it doesn't miss even a day. I sent her for test and scan and the result didn't come bk with anything meaningful, only small homonal imbalance and scanty growth of staphylococcus infection.

I did some research about infertility and I realized that a man can be the cause as much as a woman, so I started to nutzte the idea of going for a test without my wife's knowledge.

Fast forward to Jan 2023, I went of semen analysis and the result shocked me, low sperm count, 70% dead, 20% sluggish and 10% active. I was depressed finding out that I was the cause and almost felt like to take my life but I summoned courage and decided to fight.

Then I started taking anything takeable, I boiled gauva leaf and garlic to drink, I blended banana, cucumber and milk, I blended tiger nut, I took Dr quick, Sperm boom capsule, and any other thing that I know that has sperm booster written on it. But still every 28day my wife will still see her period.
