Real matters oo, the extortion is so very much. A lot of students pass through a lot to pay some of this dues and fees yet the management keep imposing some of this unnecessary fees on them.

This are pictures from the peaceful protest currently going on in Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi uku.
The protest is said to have started as a result of the imposed compulsory N7,000 on Final year Students for Microsoft Certification Program (MCP).
The Entire Student Union Body is on Ground as the protest is reported to have started as early as 6 am.
The Student Union President Comr Ofunne Thompson and the Nadesstu President comr MacDonald Ofilli was seen leading the front line during the early hours of the day, according to them there are a lot of unresolved issues facing the students which are still yet to be rectified by the management, this issues includes student welfare, dues , fees, buying of textbooks, unnecessary demands from lecturers and many more.
They also said that what pummeled the plan for the protests was that they have tried to resolve issues with the management but it was all to no Avail.
The management on the other hand has not given a response or feedback on the ongoing protest as of the Time of this report.
