Sometime ago, I and two of my neighbors were outside when we saw a man running out from the house opposite ours. Before we knew it a woman ran out after the man and started hitting him in public. The woman happens to be his wife that has two kids for him. She went further by plucking a stick and started beating the man like a child that refused to go to school.

The woman accused the man of cheating with his housemaid that shouldn’t be up to 12 years. But one thing the man didn’t know was that the wife was slutting around with some guys at the gym center. Even my unmarried neighbor had even slept with her. But inorder for the man not to bother investigating she turned the table around by accusing the man.

The man ran to where we were and begged us to help him beg his wife to stop beating him. After we had intervened, the man came to us and asked if any of us was still single. He said something that touched me, he said “Never tolerate nonsense from a woman from the beginning of dating cos she will use it against you”. Meaning never start what you can’t finish with a woman.

If you get involved into the deepest of the STREET you’ll know that married women cheat more than men. If she knows that you are going to forgive her for cheating she’s definitely going to continue cos she knows that with tears on her cheeks you can forgive her of anything.

This incident made me stop chasing women and spending on them cos it made me realize that if a woman doesn’t want you all your efforts, gifts, money towards her will be taken for granted.

Women do not automatically become less susceptible to male charm when they get married. Wolves do when they pair up. Humans don't. They still fancy studs they meet, they still develop crushes, they still have fantasies and daydreams, their sexual tastes evolve; and when they shut their eyes, conjure racy mental images, and hump pillows, odds are they aren't thinking about their husbands. A wedding band does not stop any of that. It might escalate self-introspection; but again that may have an expiry date.

In my opinion, a married woman is just as easy to plug as any woman out there; including strippers. The paramount factor is effortless connection or chemistry. Once that is established, and she sees herself going all the way, it becomes a matter of when. How she manages the affair depends on how clueless she thinks you are. If you're the eternal skeptic with a Sherlock Holmes alter ego, she'll be as secretive and ambiguous as an FSB agent. If she knows you're not observant or attentive, she could go as far as bringing her lover in-house with some BS cover story for kicks.

And should you get the drop on her and she still wants to stay, she'd put up an Oscar-worthy performance about how it was a mindless mistake or try to pin the blame on you.

Lastly, this isn't a particularly modern phenomenon. Married women have always been that way. Technology may have streamlined hooking up and keeping things under wrap. But I can assure you when men went off to war or on trips taking days; the women were not always sitting on their thumb being good, little, morally-pristine wives. An activist, Chukwuka Ofoegbu has claimed that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu was expelled from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka over cult-related activities.

Ofoegbu, who is popularly known as ‘Ijelespeaks’ took to his Facebook page on Sunday to criticise Kanu and his group, IPOB.

Speaking on Facebook live, Ofoegbu said that Kanu was not a ‘graduate’ adding that he was an ‘ordinary barber’ in brixton, London before forming IPOB.

1. SPEND TIME WITH SOMEBODY SMARTER

As the old saying goes, “No matter how smart you are, there will always be somebody smarter than you.” Use this situation to your advantage. A woman who curses and abuses you will still have the nerve to ask you for money.

Am not a perfect man..... I have my flaws but I am careful with words because I know what bad words can do to people.

Akioye added that his firm has decided to make it a fully planned city with distinct zones and building regulations, pointing out that each zone will have low, medium and high density areas with water view. He said the land to be built on will be completely reclaimed from the Lagos Lagoon, with dredging of 3.5 metres above sea level to avoid flooding, which is common in the Lekki axis. We have set 3.5 metres above sea level and we have already mobilized to site equipment to commence the first phase of sandfilling, which is about 100 hectares and within the next one year, we will complete the second phase”. That was part of the reason for conceiving the project. Initially, it was like a dream, but we thank God, it has become a reality”, said Oba Saheed Elegushi. The Imperial International Business City IIBC, is the next big housing project in Lagos for the discerning real estate investors set to be delivered faster than Eko Atlantic city and similar projects in Lagos. With a total land area of 200 hectares, IIBC will be zoned into residential, mixed use and commercial areas. Each zone will have low, medium and high density area, each zone will also be divided into inner city, water ways view and Lagoon view areas. The project’s top end infrastructure include roads, waterways, underground drainage, sewage, water and water treatment plant, independent electricity ( gas generated), fiber optics cable, cloud enabled communication network. Others are smart city/house infrastructure for willing subscribers, a mini marina, First Smart Shopping Mall in Africa, cloud enabled 24 hours spy eyed security connected to a central security centre, world class hospital within a dedicated healthcare zone. The access roads to the new city are currently three which are Freedom Road through Lekki Phase 1 (Lekki Third Roundabout), Kunsenla Road by 4th Roundabout off Lekki-Epe highway, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi road by SPAR supermarket before Jakande. Other access roads will be through Femi Okunnu and Jakande roundabout in the future. Land will be sold at plot sizes of 650 square metres, 800 square metres, 1000 square metres and 1200 square metres. Buyers will get a contract of sale documents immediately payment is confirmed.

The main recipe being used is pepper, ginger nd dried onions all blended dry nd few other spices depending on the person preparing the spice.
I worked in a hotel before, the guy who does ours mixes the spice from home, because he doesnt want the chef to see his mixture.
