A lot of them (especially the secessionist) have been cyberbullying Asari the MOST for some years now. That's why he has reacted angrily in several damning videos in 2023 and 2024 yabbing them right back.
"Nigerians" were insulting Asari Dokubo on live video, he vex start to show us he house for village

Vendor127001: Asari Dokubo prominent militant leader in the Niger Delta shows off his cars and guest house, including his mosque in one of his houses !!!
That village residence of Asari Dokubo is very vast and he has a great taste in top-notch cars.
However, Asari Dokubo has to URGENTLY go for body slimming with several available slimming regimens and options out there. I could hear him struggling with his breath through the video (and towards the last 10 seconds as he walked to his mosque), Asari has ballooned obviously beyond his usual big size. There's really NO virtue in being obese and he would develop complications from being overweight. Some of my favorite rappers Big Pun and my main man Heavy D all passed on due partly to complications from obesity.
jaephoenix: I have had a heated debate with your member here Mad.Max. This procedure does not work for every patient, and even if the patient is eligible for the procedure, it may not be available or too costly. This Epo you talked about wouldn't work for acute blood loss example for a woman who had a baby and is bleeding profusely in Post Partum Hemorrhage. This is the commonest cause of maternal mortality and it's due to JW blood refusal. Also if a patient has had an accident and bleeding from major vessels like femoral, only a transfusion would save him. Same with babies with severe jaundice. Exchange blood transfusion is the only savior. Also Epo is about 30k (if it's available) and one needs several shots for blood loss of 1 pint, not to mention that it works after weeks
So yes, blood transfusion is STILL a mainstay in management of blood loss globally
@jaephoenix
I CLEARLY stated on this thread that I'm NOT a member (or an adherent) of JW. Just as I stated, it was back in the 1990s via an AWAKE magazine published by the JWs that I FIRST got to know about non-blood transfusion alternatives such as EPO, so I had to do some more research on the Internet on EPO and other alternatives back then in the late 1990s.
Second, based off of your insights here, I appreciate your extra layers of CLARITY and insights into this blood transfusion OR NO blood transfusion alternatives topic. My primary concern and interest in these alternatives to blood transfusions though has to do with the many cases of reported infections of unsuspecting folks in some countries of the world with HIV, Ebola, Lassa Virus, hepatitis variants, etc, through improperly screened blood. So many people have been known to get wrong genotype results from some diagnostic labs (due to human errors or the use of expired reagents) so getting second or third opinions from more credible diagnosis labs become important.
It's important for folks to choose wisely when thinking of taking blood transfusions and alternatives as well because there are PROS and CONS in every situation. The prerogative to choose wisely is on everyone.
runningriot: Baba what are you saying? a whole state has no representative and you are saying that they might not have a professional and competent representative. Bro! this is magnanimous nonsense from you and a fatal error from the president. Not even a local government can be said that it has no professional and competent representative in almost all the field let alone an ambassador that a history, diplomatic graduate or international relations graduate can fit in.
Don't take my post here out of context. I won't take that from you. I CLEARLY spoke rhetorically right in my post based on specific contexts and "confluence of events." Most of the Ambassadorial nominees are an eclectic mix of non-career diplomats favouring APC members (made up of the two UK-educated lawyers, such as Reno Omokri, Femi Fani-Kayode, and more) and the usual career diplomats. It's NOT all LGAs that would have qualified SENIOR career diplomats with backgrounds in the Foreign Service. So, are you going to lower the Foreign Service standards just BECAUSE you want to accommodate just anybody to represent Gombe State? It was all a rhetorical comment I made.
However, I recall that Bagauda Kaltho (the famous Journalist who got killed in the 1990s via a parcel bomb blast in Kaduna) is from Gombe State, therefore, I'm NOT doubting that brilliant folks such as Bagauda Kaltho exist in Gombe State. I used to read Bagauda's magazine column back in the 1990s, so, he was very brilliant in his analysis. The then Governor 'Bola Tinubu renamed the NUJ Press Center (now officially "Bagauda Kaltho Press Center" in Lagos State) to honor Bagauda's sacrifices in the journalism and pro-democracy struggle against the corrupt Abacha Military dictatorship.
Learn to read properly before responding to threads. Some veteran NL posters and I have observed how some monikers jump right into NL threads without understanding the keywords and contexts used and then you start acting aggressively. I blocked a boy right on this same thread for taking my post out of context. I've been a veteran member of this discussion forum with an older account for 20 years (now since 2005) and the last 3 years have been the WORSE period ever which has thrown up a crop of young posters who jump impulsively (with short attention spans) into threads without reading posts and topic titles properly, and liberally use insults.
DavidMm: "The entire Northeast has 7 nominees on the list, while the Southwest zone alone has 15 nominees.
The Northwest and Southeast have 13 and 9, respectively.
North Central has 10 nominees in the list of career and non-career ambassadorial nominees, while South South accounts for 12 nominees."
Ndume and drama are 5 and 6! Here's that paragraph again;
South West--15 North West--13 South South--12 North Central--10 South East--9 North East ---7
Making it 36 from the South and 30 from the North.
Withdrawing the entire list would be like using a chainsaw for a job that calls for a scalpel! And the honorable Senator from the great state of Borno seems to favor the dramatics over the logical, which governance deserves. Yes, there was an oversight in submitting a list with a deceased name on it and the list might not satisfy the Federal character requirements as it stands today; but governance is a continuum, not isolated packets of events. These things can be remedied without throwing out the entire list.
fobiflex: Don’t shift goal post, the question I asked is why was a dead man who died since July of last year name losted as an ambassador? Cuz the way you guys defend anything from this govt is really cr*zy
What are you on about with your needless aggressiveness and highly incoherent post that's filled with typographic errors?
Look here youngster! Get off my mention right away! I don't have the time to begin to exchange any conversation with a highly uncivil youngster like you. Matter-of-FACT I'm gonna block this boy right now. Period.
johnyguy: In recent years, a new phenomenon has taken the digital world by storm – non-fungible tokens (NFTs). These unique digital assets have captured the attention of art collectors, investors, and tech enthusiasts alike, leading to a surge in their popularity and value. But what exactly are NFTs, and why are they causing such a buzz?
Understanding NFTs
To understand NFTs it's helpful to first understand the concept of fungibility. In economics, a fungible asset is one that can be exchanged for an identical item of the same value. For example, if you have a $10 bill, you can exchange it for another $10 bill, and the value remains the same.
On the other hand, a non-fungible asset is unique and cannot be exchanged for an identical item of the same value. An example of a non-fungible asset is a one-of-a-kind painting by a famous artist. Even if you were to create an exact replica of the painting, it would not have the same value as the original.
NFTs are digital assets that are designed to be non-fungible. They are unique and one-of-a-kind, and their authenticity and ownership are verified on a blockchain. This means that NFTs cannot be replicated or duplicated, and their ownership can be easily traced and verified.
Types of NFTs
There are many types of NFTs, and they can represent a wide range of digital assets, including: [ol] [li]Artwork[/li] [li]Music[/li] [li]Videos[/li] [li]GIFs[/li] [li]Tweets[/li] [li]Virtual real estate[/li] [li]In-game items [/li] [/ol] These digital assets can be bought and sold on various NFT marketplaces, such as OpenSea and Nifty Gateway. The prices of NFTs can range from a few dollars to millions of dollars, depending on their rarity and demand.
Benefits of NFTs
NFTs offer several benefits that traditional digital assets do not. First, they allow creators to monetize their digital creations in a new and innovative way. By selling their work as an NFT, creators can retain ownership and control over their creations, even after they have been sold.
Second, NFTs provide a new level of authenticity and provenance to digital assets. This is particularly important for artwork and other creative works, where authenticity and ownership are crucial.
Finally, NFTs offer a new level of investment potential. As the popularity of NFTs continues to grow, their value is likely to increase, making them a potentially lucrative investment opportunity for collectors and investors.
Challenges of NFTs
Despite their benefits, NFTs also face several challenges. One of the biggest challenges is the issue of environmental sustainability. NFTs are created and traded on blockchain networks, which consume a significant amount of energy. As the demand for NFTs continues to grow, so does the energy consumption required to support them. This has raised concerns about the environmental impact of NFTs and the sustainability of the blockchain networks that support them.
Another challenge of NFTs is the issue of copyright infringement. Because NFTs can represent any type of digital asset, there is a risk that they could be used to sell and distribute copyrighted material without permission. This could potentially lead to legal issues and damage the reputation of the NFT industry as a whole.
Conclusion
NFTs represent a new and exciting development in the world of digital assets. They offer a new level of authenticity and ownership to digital creations and provide a new investment opportunity for collectors and investors. However, the rise of NFTs also poses several challenges, including issues related to environmental sustainability and copyright infringement. As the popularity of NFTs continues to
Easyinfoguide: It was a Friday evening. I had just finished eating suya and wanted to transfer ₦10k to a friend.
Boom! “Transaction failed. Please contact your bank.”
At first, I thought it was network wahala. I tried again. Same thing.
That’s when my chest started beating. My account was frozen.
Now, many Nigerians don’t know this: 👉 Accounts can be frozen by EFCC, FIRS, courts, banks, or even CBN directives. Sometimes it’s a BVN/AML flag, sometimes tax issues, sometimes a security watch.
Here’s the step-by-step playbook I used to fix it:
1. Don’t panic. First confirm it’s really frozen, not just network. Use ATM, POS, or mobile app.
2. Call or visit your bank immediately. They’ll tell you if it’s a post no debit (PND) order or a restriction.
3. Ask for the reason. If it’s EFCC, FIRS, or court directive, they’ll usually show you a reference number.
4. Fix the root cause.
If it’s BVN issue → update your KYC.
If it’s FIRS → settle or reconcile tax issues.
If it’s EFCC → you may need a lawyer or petition for release.
If it’s a court order → your lawyer files a motion to lift the PND.
5. Always keep records. Every affidavit, tax receipt, or letter matters. Banks don’t move until paperwork is complete.
💡 Insider truth: Sometimes banks delay even after the order is lifted. Always follow up daily till you’re back in control.
👉 Thousands of Nigerians are facing this in 2025, and most don’t know the way out. Some accounts stay locked for months just because the owner didn’t push the right button.
michaelo2: Digestive issues such as gas, bloating heartburn, nausea, constipation or diarrheoa can easily interfere with what should be one of life’s pleasures—sharing a meal with friends.
The truth is you have to eat in order to live, but when uncomfortable digestive issues arise, what normally should be a pleasurable occurrence for you can take a turn for the worse.
As time goes on, you end up with a stressed-out stomach looking for relief. I know, have been there.
A happy, well-functioning digestive system is fundamental to keeping you healthy and feeling good. Having a disturbing tummy can ruin the best of days for anyone.
By knowing certain tricks to stop (or at least really reduce) symptoms, you can avoid tummy fluctuations and begin to improve your digestion without even noticing you’ve made any important changes.
1. Reduce sugar and fat intake
Too many calories from sugary, fatty or fried foods are hard to digest. They can irritate your stomach by slowing down the process of digestion, creating a very full, uncomfortable feeling.
Excess sugar makes your blood sugar skyrocket, setting up an unhealthy process of too much sugar in the bloodstream and too much insulin being pumped out by the pancreas to compensate for the situation.
The excess of insulin also leads to extra storage of calories, contributing to weight gain.
Instead, take more fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds.
When eating meat, go for something lower in fat such as fish, poultry, lean beef and pork. Take olive oil instead of butter and margarine.
2. Fill up with water
Being adequately hydrated is key in the digestion process. Water helps speed up the transit time of food through the digestive tract, and prevents constipation by creating a softer, bulkier stool.
Aim for 9 to 13 cups of fluid each day, or enough until your urine appears clear.
Also, do not drink water in between meals, instead drink water before or after meals.
3. Move more
It’s easy to understand the benefits of exercise by noticing the changes in the appearance of your bodies on the outside, but keeping active also does wonders for you on the inside.
Physical activity is important for good digestive health. Constant exercise improves blood flow to all your organs, including the gastrointestinal tract.
This stimulates and tones muscles within your stomach and intestines, keeping contents moving quickly.
Aim for at least 30 minutes each day but you should avoid strenuous workouts right after eating.
4. Include probiotics
Do you know you have more bacteria in your digestive tracts than other cells in your bodies?
Maintaining a balance between good and bad bacteria can sometimes be tricky, and when the bad bacteria dominates, you will certainly feel it with a dysfunctional digestive system.
Aiding your good bacteria with food sources containing probiotics are usually the best way to get your gut bacteria in balance. Try integrating yogurt into your daily diet. 5. Slow down when eating
Your digestive system doesn’t like to be rushed, if you in a hurry and also hungry, drink water it will satisfy you that moment.
Taking your time when eating a snack or meal gives the stomach the chance to easily digest and absorb the nutrients within the food.
This also aids your body and brain to give you the signal of when you are satisfied.
Turn off the TV and resist looking at your computer or smartphone while eating— if you are distracted, you tend to eat more food than when they put the focus just on eating.
6. Consume more fiber
For a substance that really doesn’t get absorbed in our digestive system, it’s surprising how much healthy digestion relies on fiber to keep things running smooth.
Fiber comes in two types—soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber dissolves in water, helping you slow down digestion and absorption, making you feel fuller for longer.
It also slows down the amount of glucose entering into your boodstream, keeping blood sugar levels at a more balance level.
Insoluble fiber passes through unabsorbed, but it attracts water to it in the colon creating a softer, bulkier, easier-to-pass bowel movement, reducing constipation and pain.
7. Achieve and keep a healthy body weight
A healthy body weight is associated with fewer symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
This disease allows contents from the stomach to flow backwards into the esophagus due to a weak valve that doesn’t close completely between the stomach and esophagus.
The strong stomach acid backs up into the esophagus causing unpleasant symptoms of pain, burning and irritation of the lining of the unprotected esophagus.
Losing excess weight reduces the pressure and can help avoid heartburn and other kind of discomfort.
In conclusion, how fast our food moves starting from when we eat to the time it leaves our body, has a substantial impact on our gut health.
The longer food stays in our digestive tract, the more harmful bacteria degradation products are created.
A shorter transit time means a healthier digestive system.

emkz: 2Baba needs to also respect the public. He was the one who was attending Edo House of Assembly to watch plenary.
No one asked him.
When there was an altercation in a shop in the UK, who released the video the public?
When he was handcuffed in the UK, who released the video to the public?
2Baba opened himself and his affairs for scrutiny and this won't be the end.
As long as they create content, the public will scrutinize. Until he learns to keep his marriage an affair with his spouse, he sets himself up for dragging.
This also applies to Ned Nwoko who claimed he is being dragged online. All the things he wrote about Regina, was that not premium dragging?
Angelfrost: I have been married for a good while, and not a damn thing about my wife and kids has ever graced social media...!
Asking people to respect boundaries that you have failed to set and establish firmly from day one is just silly self-deceit.
Till this very day, I have not seen one thing about Olamide, the musician's, personal affairs... I don't even know what his wife or kids look like... Same for some other top celebrities within this nation and overseas.
Popularity or not, you can completely shield your personal life affairs from the public if you are smart.
SultanYoung: First God will deal with Daddy Freeze he is an Evll person, if you say you are a family friend that video could have been cut.
The Ifedayo Olarinde (Freeze) video was a live broadcast and it was good it wasn't cut eventually because it enabled thousands of folks to see the young 32-year-old Natasha hitting the 50-year-old Tuface right in the face.
That's a second EVIDENCE to show that Natasha has indeed been involved in verbal and physical abuse of Tuface which includes that verbal altercation at a London store when Tuface was arrested by the London Police.
ogawisdom: Natasha said you are an illiterate and you should go back to school and invest on self improvement, I think she is right.
You married a politician that smokes weed with drugs and you want to control her when you are almost broke. dey play
Tuface at 50 is certainly NOT an illiterate. He went to IMT Enugu and hasca diploma. His mother was even an academic at a high school back in the day.
However, I was taken aback reading the Natasha education advancement advice she gave to Tuface online. Natasha who is just 32 had NO right to openly call him out to tell him to go back to school and improve himself. That is condescending and demeaning him. Richard Branson of the Virgin Group who is a USD Billionaire never went beyond high school in terms of education but updated himself by attending courses. So, there are many like that he embarked on continuous education through formal online learning modules and informal means through reading of functional books.

Is Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq really paternally a Yoruba man?
I know that Senator Khairat Gwadabe (nee Abdulrasaq) is his biological sister and she is married to Col. Lawan Gwadabe (rtd).
Goc. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq He is married to a Yoruba woman from Lagos State though. I know his father (Abdulganiyu Folorunso Abdulrasaq) is the FIRST EVER lawyer and SAN from the old Northern Region.
Governor Abdulrasaq's father was ALSO Nigeria's former Ambassador to Cote D'Ivoire in 1960s where he met Bukola Saraki's father who told him that he is actually an indigene of Abeokuta in Ogun State but only went to Ilorin for Quaranic studies.
However, I'm fully aware that the former Kwara State Governor Absulfatah Ahmed is a Yoruba from Sare (Share) which shares boundaries with a Nupe community in Kwara North. Governor Lawal from Ilorin West too is a Yoruba man. INFACT if rotation isn't practiced in Kwara, the Yorubas who are indigenous to 12 out of the 16 LGAs of Kwara State will continue to produce the Governors of Kwara State.
