Anyone has a sure plug (an agent) for rented apartments (2 bed) in and round Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead, Chester and Liverpool for a family of 4 that just relocated to the UK about 2 weeks ago. The family is ready to cough out 3 months rent upfront.

Or better still, anyone with a 2 rooms in a flat to sublet for a short period of time (1 to 2 months)

It hasn’t changed but thru connect you can get something a little above the minimum. That it’s the minimum doesn’t mean he can’t get something higher.
And I intentionally used £10 (50 pence above d min) for a reason as d basis of my calculations

Only some schools want to sight d refusal letter but as for U K V I, they don’t require the letter; you only need to state it on your application

He is expected to pay half by November and the rest by January

Please the guy doesn’t have dependent and he’s on the verge of giving up the whole process cause he feels like 20hours won’t cut it for him, knowing fully well he still have some other bills to pay like accommodation, feeding and transport.

The school is Uni of Derby

Your expected minimum wage per hour ranges from £10 to £ 12 (u get d max if you are lucky or can be higher if in care)
Do the maths , £10 * 20 hr * 4 weeks

I'm not aware if Qatar airways has direct to UK because they mostly transit their home country m, Doha and they are cheaper when compared with BA.
If you must use BA (they do direct flight mostly) m, book ahead of time otherwise you go pay high o

While living cost expenses is £9,027

Tuition fee balance + Living cost expenses = 11,895 + 9207= £21,102

£21,102*600 = 12.6m

I have more than that in the account am using for my POF but wanted a round figure before counting my maturity days that's why I added the 30k which is even more than 13m at the moment.

I guess am safe right?

You can renew your passport since it's expiring in September. If you have the time, visit IOM office nearest to you physically for manual booking. Prepare to pay and get tested same day as you go for the booking, you might get lucky

Imagine a family of 4, they released 3 and kept one for about 6 days. Eventually, when it came we realized they were all issued on the same day.

I have a family of 4 too and still on the process. This will help me to plan well.

The total required for her POF was £34,450 (bal of tuition, and maintenance for all) and was what she converted to naira around 19m + (560/pound in early February) but she had 21.8m in the account to make room for forex fluctuations.

So while the Naira kept gaining against d pounds due to Ukraine war, it was @ her advantage. With the oanda rate of 540 to a pound as at when application was with U K V I, the applicant was having about £40k in d account when converted
