You should be able to since they are all your personal accounts

I did mine 10th Feb, called UKVI thrice, decision has been taken, paid paid mail, decision has been taken. Have visited TLS twice now my document is not with them, I don't really understand, tier 4 dependent. Please what can I do


Is there any one here still waiting for a dependent visa after 8weeks on biometrics done. Several paid escalation mail( both wait for 10 and 15 working days) been to tls severally. Wife in the UK been to the post office which the BRP is the since February, been the school immigration team last week to escalate and they promise to do something but my passport isn’t back still.

Tell your main applicant to get in touch with the school's immigration team to find out from UKVI what could be wrong with your docs

My CAS shield was on 25% this morning after 3hrs went up to 69% then back to 25%. All the gurus in the house what could have caused the drop in the percentage.

Which school? Probably your docs were rejected after reviewing them.

Note, the shield system only auto update itself once you upload all relevant docs

Whatever you used in getting the admission is what you would be required to upload for visa application. It would be clearly stated on your CAS document

Yes, come clean n explain to them, they are not gods. It's better you have issues with schools than UKVI.

From experience, most schools are only looking out for their students to avoid visa rejection from UKVI

Do y'all know that these schools can have their licenses withdrawn (CoS) if they kept admitting fraudulent students who are not interested in studies. Same goes for employers who issue CoS under tier 2

I am not the applicant but close relative. She had 7 years gap. Her comprehensive CV had already been given to the school during admission. Either the school shared it with UKVI or not, we decided to give another document to support her employment history.

When it comes to gap years, the main thing is to show progression from one year to another. Even if you are not working or unemployed, show what you doing in terms of business (entrepreneur) - reason I always advise people register their hustle
NYSC service is also good in this aspect

Submit all other docs, your CV, if not already submitted to the school and employment letter.

Me: I work for a consulting firm (I mentioned the name of my company and I think he was impressed)

Me: I will join another consulting firm here (at this point, I was just wondering where this is leading to, though I was pretty confident because I was kind of prepared)
Officer: how long is your wife's study?
Me: 18 months
Officer: so after 18 months what will you guys be doing?
Me: we will be going back to Nigeria (for my mind, I say this guy, go back abi , okay ooo)
Officer: where is the letter you were given from UKVI?
Me: (this got me a bit shaking because I cannot remember where the letter was, I know I packed it but cannot remember where it was. I searched my bag and my laptop bag, only for it to dawn on me that the letter was in the bag I checked in, I say mogbe, I begin to pray in my mind that this will not lead to anything because its already a lot of questions)
Now the officer waited and looked at me, he noticed I could not bring the letter out.
Me: so i told him the letter is in my bag that I checked in
Officer: do you have any money with you?
Me: (I have prepared for this, so I was very confident, so by the time I brought out a bundle of 20 pounds notes, that was the end of the whole question)
Officer: alright, welcome to UK.

He stamped my passport and gave it back to me. Then I started to breathe normally again.

The lesson here is to be prepared and make sure you have money with you. I think the cash in pounds saved me from further questions and issues. I have heard they can depot if you do not have any cash with you.

how long does it takes for one to get an appointment date for biometric data after submitting your visa application online?
I am aware that it take 3weeks to get a decision after your biometric information must have been submitted
But I want to know how long it take to be given a date for biometrics after submitting visa application

It takes just hours (less than 24 hours for now)

I applied for a family on Monday evening (around 5pm) and got biometrics scheduled for 9:30am, 10:30am and 1:00pm on Tuesday

The proof of English will be whatever the school used in assessing the applicant. It's usually stated on the CAS document.

Nothing more. Please don't be decived.

He's not being deceived but all in all, it's a case-by-case basis - what works for one may not work for another and most importantly, it depends on an applicant's gap year(s)

Actual X-ray test for adults
Kids are only examined and their parents questioned to note any observations
If you get the test done b4 11am you can get result same day provided there are no much queues, otherwise; next day, result is out
You can book individually or as a family

Pls do you have idea if the same cv one used applying to school will be shared with ukvi when applying for visa? A friend of mine made mistakes on date in her cv when applying to school now she is considering readjusting the date by getting a new cv for visa stage

The school will definitely share your details with UKVI (they must be seen to be doing their job) so it's a way to make adequate prep for you and make sure you are not rejected.

Their licence as a Certificate of Sponsor (CoS) issuer must be protected too.
In student's case, CAS is the CoS

Just to clarify, won’t it be conflicting information if my school documents has “single” and I apply as “married” for visa application.

I was advised to send the school mail to change the marriage status and some said not to bother about it and just go one with the visa application and put married.

It’s just confusing and I wanted more inputs in the matter

Update the school about your situation as they do send your details to UKVI

And also, ensure your hubby's maintenance funds and all others in d account b4 are traceable even if your hubby has withdrawn parts of the balance for this n that

Or I should just replied that I tailored my CV with the experience I have gotten to suit the requirements of the course? Or make I just ignore?
